Amazing stay!!!
This is our 1st SOFITEL experience here in Buenos Aires! Due to flight delays from the U.S., we checked-in during the early morning hours on Oct. 14. I must give a shout out to Mikael at the front desk who was the utmost professional: kind, welcoming, informative, and very helpful. The check-in process went very smoothly for my husband and I. Mikael even lent me a couple of adapters since the ones I brought weren’t the right fit. He gave permission to keep them until after my Patagonian trip which turned out to be a life-saver and time-saver! I would also like to give a shout out to Ezequiel as well who worked the night we arrived. His demeanor was very friendly and welcoming as well. He had a delightful conversation with my husband while I checked us in. After 2 weeks our Gate 1 Patagonian tour group returned for an overnight stay before returning to the U.S. I encountered the Concierge (sorry for I don’t remember his name), Gisele at Guest Relations, and Enzo at the front desk who was so upbeat and full of life! All of the aforementioned and the numerous staff whose names I cannot recall are deserving of recognition for being the face of this hotel. On the whole, the experience we had at SOFITEL BUENOS AIRES was very positive!

The staff is welcoming and eager to please. The style is elegant. Restaurant and cafe are delicious. Just across the street from Bullrich mall with european food court. We would love to stay again!

Alma restaurant was amazing
This is a review for Alma restaurant in the Sofitel hotel. The food was incredible, had good vegetarian and meat options. Our waiter, Matias, went above and beyond. He was very helpful in selecting the wine and giving food recommendations. The flan was definitely one of the best flans I've had.
