Unique Luxury Park Plaza

Horrible experience. Sheets were dirty, doors that can’t be opened, noise everywhere, filthy sheets and pillows. Overall, overpriced for the location/what you get. We had and horrible experience? Unfriendly staff and very unclean installations. This is a two star hotel.

We stayed when we get to Argentina and again when we left , have a great location and nice room for a very the price. Local area is an upscale residential neighborhood with Awesomes restaurants a 10 minute walk away. Room was clean with a nice television, small cooler and comfy bed. Bathroom was clean. Would definitely stay again, mentioning the hotel staff was excellent with the service helping with information about the area and securing a remise to EZE upon departure and any transportation needed. I have to check out early and flight late at night and they taking care my .

We had the misfortune of staying at this hotel recently . Could not sleep at all for the first two nights since the air conditioner did not work and had a flashing light throughout the night . We complained a number of times and they never did anything about ir . Also when they moved us to another room the floor below whenever we flushed the toilet it flooded . But the worse thing is that although they promised when we left that they would give us a compensation for the two sleepless nights and flooding we are still waiting having written to them twice but they do not even bother to reply . Appalling way of treating their guests !

Terrible service, terrible elevator, minimal breakfast, overbooking at the beginning so a member of our group had to sleep elsewhere. Room was not clean, pillow smelled. DO NOT TAKE THIS HOTEL. No minor problems can be resolved by the (young) staff. I bet that after this negative comment there will be a positive one … guess how they do that …

AVOID THIS HOTEL! Fantastic location but very old rooms .. no tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast is subcontracted to another company. The cleaning lady did not wash the glasses.. My friends had a suite next to the elevator’s engine 😬 Well overpriced due to the currency exchange rate. You have fantastic hotels in Palermo for half the price. The worse is the CUSTOMER SERVICE. I stayed for 3 nights and had to come back for 2 nights a week later. My mother in law passed away and I had to leave Argentina. I informed them on WhatsApp 5 days before, I sent emails… no response and they refused to reimburse me !! That’s is appalling…
