Unique Luxury Park Plaza
Pareru 183
Buenos Aires, Argentina
This is a good hotel in a quiet district in Buenos Aires. Shopping, groceries, cafés, restaurants etc. are all in walking distance. We felt safe out side even in the dark and always at the day. If you take an Uber, it is about 15 min to the city center and costs about 5-6 Euros. The hotel itself could need a renovation, but it is ok. The A/C in our room was quiet and sufficiently powerful. The beds were fine, the bathroom as well. There are two old-fashioned elevators for two persons (together max. 150 kg, but there is apparently no sensor), but it was ok, although there are eight floors. The WiFi is free and reasonably fast. The breakfast is continental and of sufficient quality and variety. Nothing special, but acceptable for this price. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. We paid about 90 Euros per night in the double room including breakfast which a very resonable value for money. If you are not looking for a Hilton but for a reasonable accomodation, this is a very good place to go.

I pre paid 16 nights at this hotel and it was awful. Here is a comment from an employee “the owner doesn’t want to make any improvements/repairs, because all he cares is about money” and that was true. Windows are not sound proof and are so cheap that cold air goes through them all day long; they only have flat sheets, I guess they never heard of fitted sheets and beds are very old and uncomfortable; internet service is terrible, very weak and you have to sign on every time you use your phone or laptop; towels were dirty, no sleepers, nor bathrobes; no coffee machine; no ice, no room service; breakfast is limited and served in a small room; the elevator is old and only two people can fit at once, most guests have to use the stairs, some of them like me going up or down 9 floors. Security is also an issue, twice the front desk was abandoned for over 20 minutes, plus I witnessed two robberies in the neighborhood during my stay. There are plenty of other options in the city, don’t book this hotel.

Horrible experience. Sheets were dirty, doors that can’t be opened, noise everywhere, filthy sheets and pillows. Overall, overpriced for the location/what you get. We had and horrible experience? Unfriendly staff and very unclean installations. This is a two star hotel.

We stayed when we get to Argentina and again when we left , have a great location and nice room for a very the price. Local area is an upscale residential neighborhood with Awesomes restaurants a 10 minute walk away. Room was clean with a nice television, small cooler and comfy bed. Bathroom was clean. Would definitely stay again, mentioning the hotel staff was excellent with the service helping with information about the area and securing a remise to EZE upon departure and any transportation needed. I have to check out early and flight late at night and they taking care my .
