Incredible resort. The suite was incredible, one of the best rooms we ever stayed in. Highly recommend.

Our stay at La Monastica Resort & Spa was absolutely magical — one of those places that stays in your heart long after you leave. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by a wonderful sense of luxury, history and authentic Italian charm. The traditional rooms are truly beautiful, full of character and elegance, while still offering all the comfort and refinement you expect from a luxury hotel. Every detail feels carefully considered, creating an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and special. The service was warm, attentive, professional and genuinely welcoming. The food deserves a special mention. Dinner was absolutely outstanding! Breakfast was equally impressive: fresh, high-quality and the perfect way to start the day in such beautiful surroundings. La Monastica is much more than a beautiful hotel. It is an experience that combines Tuscan tradition, breathtaking views, understated luxury, incredible food and exceptional hospitality. Everything about our stay felt authentic, peaceful and special. A true Tuscan gem!

We stayed at La Monastica hotel for two nights. Even with Google Maps, and the help of the hotel, it was a bit challenging to find, but so worth it when we did. The renovation is excellent, and not just standard hotel specification - all the luxury you expect, with character. The room was spacious (we had illuminata), and well appointed, and the air conditioning was excellent (appreciated in a heat wave). The terraced garden was lovely, and the two small pools perfect to refresh. Dinner was excellent, with good service, and the views were amazing (as they were from the whole property). The only downside was wasps at dinner - presumably attracted by the food at dusk. Once night fell there were none. We would strongly recommend.

What a wonderful time we spent. Staff excellent, everyone so friendly, rooms fabulous, food fantastic and our cookery class with Chef Igor was fab and such fun. We enjoyed the spa and will certainly go back

A truly relaxing and peaceful destination with breathtaking views and outstanding service. It is an ideal place for those seeking tranquility and comfort in a beautiful setting. However, it may not be the best choice for families with young children, as there is no dedicated swimming pool area designed for them. The restaurant is another highlight of the property, offering excellent service and high-quality food. The staff are attentive and professional, making the dining experience especially enjoyable. The only suggestion for improvement would be to expand the menu, as a wider variety of dishes would make an already excellent culinary experience even better.
