Casa Dorada Resort & Spa

Stayed a week, they do try to sell you something, but weren’t too pushy and we only had to say no a few times, which was much less than other places I’ve stayed. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We did the all-inclusive package and saved a lot of money. Each meal was basically the cost of the daily rate. There were others who didn’t and they have generous happy hour specials and such, which is nice. The view from our room was awesome, as are the majority of the rooms. The room was a studio, it was more than ample in size for the 2 of us. One thing to note, all dining is in open air or outside completely. It was very hot some days in September, which is why it is the low season. The gym was nice, with plenty of machines and free weights. I suggest getting a massage at the place in front of the hotel, Medano Massage, they are cheaper and over the surf below, it was awesome. The location of the place is almost perfect for getting to the marina, and Wal-Mart is very close too.

Two gals for a quick getaway. The hotel wasn’t full but wouldn’t offer an upgrade. Room service had to be instructed 3 times to make up the room. But the worst is the hard old mattresses. I have stayed here before in a different room, had the same issue. Otherwise it’s a great place with friendly pool and bar staff.

We travel to Cabo twice a year and decided to stay at Casa Dorada and I am I so glad we did! I highly recommend going during the "low season". Not only do you have the hotel to yourself, but the city as well! Joel and Hemberto at the pool made our stay excellent. Carmen in the B bar makes a great drink! If you want shade in the morning stay in higher numbered rooms. Our room as spacious, the bed was comfortable and every staff was beyond pleasant.

Location is absolutely perfect the atmosphere is relaxed but also alittle crazy with the right people. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. you cant beat the value of Casa Dorada this is our 3rd time there and will be back . Rooms are always clean and beds are made twice a day . Minimal noise from the resort itself mostly from the mango deck but not alot . Service is top notch and everyone is so helpful and caring. Amenities are also top notch no complaints here.

We stayed at Casa Dorada from September 21st to the 25th to celebrate my 60th birthday, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how well-maintained the property and facilities are. Our room was wonderful, and the view was absolutely spectacular. Walking up to that view every morning made our stay even more special. We would like to give a special thank you to the entire Casa Dorada staff for their amazing service and hospitality. A very special thank you to Cesar, who went above and beyond to help us. Enrique and Heriberto at the pool bar, this guys are fantastic! They have excellent customer service skills, are always friendly and attentive, and made our time at the pool even more enjoyable. Thanks to my Jamaican friend!!! Now we are family. We had an amazing time, enjoyed every moment and made memories that we will cherish. Muchas gracias a todos!!!!!
