Casa Dorada Resort & Spa

This is our 3rd visit to Casa Dorada in the last year. Our family absolutely loves it here. We love the energy during Spring Break as do our children. We want to give a special shout our to LORENZO, JOHAN, MAURICIO, SERGIO, BLANCA among all the other staff at Casa Dorada for always being such exceptional staff. Our family feels is treated like Royalty when we stay here. Everyone is so nice and wanting to serve and make your trip the best possible one. We will be back ASAP. This place is probably our favorite place we've every stayed at.

Beautiful resort and great location. We had such a great experience at the pool bar thanks to Heriberto. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy. He made everyone feel like they were on vacation the right way — relaxed, laughing, and having a great time. Heriberto was attentive, fun to talk to, and clearly takes pride in making guests feel special. His personality and service truly stood out and he was a big part of what made our trip so memorable. It’s people like him who turn a good vacation into a great one. Thank you, Heriberto, for taking such great care of us. We hope to see you again on our next visit!

Emilio at the Pool and Beach was an amazing worker with great customer service . You never had to ask he just knew before you needed something done.

Emilio Tiznado was absolutely amazing at the poolside. Polite, helpful, kind, considerate. He knew what we needed before we knew what we needed! Cesar (waiter) was also very attentive, Gambino (poolside/beach) was really just super - always ready to help with anything we could have needed. Your staff are exceptional compared to other properties in the area; which says a lot for your management.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Dorada. All the staff’s attentiveness and friendliness truly made our experience memorable. A special thank you to Johan, Blanca, and Raol at breakfast for their warm service and for remembering our preferences after a few visits. You are all remarkable. Chema, Carlos, and Emilio at the pool were always cheerful and helpful, ensuring everything was well organized for guests. Food and Beverage servers are remarkable, ensuring guests were fed & hydrated! Our room was spacious for two, comfortable, and offered a spectacular ocean view from the terrace with breathtaking sunrises from the 5th floor. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, and we also enjoyed the steam bath and pool. We loved swimming in the ocean. The resort location is ideal, with easy walking distance to the marina, grocery stores, and nearby restaurants. We also appreciate the friendly entrance staff and David for assisting with weighing our luggage, and the welcoming front desk team. Special thank you to Ms. Miriam, the reservations manager, always prompt to reply to my questions and eased my concerns of airport transportation because of a delay with the arriving airlines. We would highly recommend Casa Dorada to anyone visiting the area.
