Casa Dorada Resort & Spa

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Dorada. All the staff’s attentiveness and friendliness truly made our experience memorable. A special thank you to Johan, Blanca, and Raol at breakfast for their warm service and for remembering our preferences after a few visits. You are all remarkable. Chema, Carlos, and Emilio at the pool were always cheerful and helpful, ensuring everything was well organized for guests. Food and Beverage servers are remarkable, ensuring guests were fed & hydrated! Our room was spacious for two, comfortable, and offered a spectacular ocean view from the terrace with breathtaking sunrises from the 5th floor. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, and we also enjoyed the steam bath and pool. We loved swimming in the ocean. The resort location is ideal, with easy walking distance to the marina, grocery stores, and nearby restaurants. We also appreciate the friendly entrance staff and David for assisting with weighing our luggage, and the welcoming front desk team. Special thank you to Ms. Miriam, the reservations manager, always prompt to reply to my questions and eased my concerns of airport transportation because of a delay with the arriving airlines. We would highly recommend Casa Dorada to anyone visiting the area.

I’m guessing that we’ve stayed at Casa Dorada close to 15 times in the past 15 years. We’ve tried other Cabo hotels, but Dorada keeps us coming back. Why? Location, pool, staff, and rooms. You can’t find a more convenient location for restaurants, shopping and activities. You can easily walk to the marina. The pool is warm, even in winter. I wish the hot tub were warmer, but the room bathtubs are big :-) The staff is always cheerful, friendly and helpful. Shopping in downtown Cabo can be fun, or you can wait for the vendors to come to you on the beach. Personally, I don’t come to Cabo to shop, but many people find it fun. As mentioned, the marina is nearby so you can easily walk to most piers, where you will find fishing and sunset cruises. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, from families to couples.

Upon arrival this place looked great. Amazingly friendly staff. Helpful and knowledgeable! Awesome beach front with swimming area, quiet pool areas and attentive staff. An easy walk to the marina with many tasty places to eat close by. Beautiful weather while we were here. Makes you want to start planning the next trip back here. Friendly locals, watch traffic on the streets and get out and enjoy what Cabo has to offer!

Beautiful property. We stay in 1 bedroom PH suite. We had two full baths. The unit had a full kitchen and in unit Washer Dryer. The balcony was huge and had a hot tube. It was a beautiful place to enjoy morning coffee. The pool and beach were great. The staff is wonderful and made it easy to get chair each morning. The location is a 10 min walk to the marina, Walmart and tons of restaurants.
