Casa Dorada Resort & Spa

Requested a quiet room, or as quiet as possible given that the hotel is adjacent to the Mango Deck. First couple of nights were fine but we were concerned about a very large group of graduating high school students checking in. First night they were very noisy but we hoped that they would settle down. Second night was much noisier and we notified the front desk in the morning. We were informed that we should have called the front desk during the night. Third night of noise, so I called the front desk three times and no one answered. Finally dressed and went to the front desk at 5 am to complain about the lack of security in getting these very inebriated students to quieten down. Front desk didn't seem bothered that we had had three nights of hardly any sleep and couldn't explain why no one was answering the phone. No one contacted us to apologize. Very disappointed as this was an expensive hotel

Cold water plunge was not cold, sauna doesn’t work, jaquizi jets don’t work

The staff at Casa Dorado is second to none, especially Anahi. Always helpful, always happy to see us. We feel right at home every time we’re there. Beautiful grounds, beautiful scenery, great service, and great location. Thanks Casa!!

I love HERIBERTO!! He is always the life of the party! Makes the best drinks! Never argue and always so sweet! Yall have some of the best people but their was this one really rude do but that doesn’t matter because Heriberto made up for it!

Isle the photographer captured our engagement at this beautiful beachfront resort. I couldn’t recommend Isle more. The photos she took are absolutely breathtaking and she took her time editing them to perfection. 10/10 recommended her for any occasion.
