It was pretty good
Honestly a really good place to go for all inclusive, i would say a little more expensive than I think its worth but definitely better than something like Riu or chain all inclusive like I've been. Fransisco in the restaurants has been a massive help as well as the managers in the restaurants so shout out to them. The workers were all extremely kind and helpful although had a hiccup with 1 of them in the front desk. Please be careful with the vendors on the beach though especially with the jet skiis because we were promised different costs and the day of told us a much higher rate than we agreed on and even said saying that's yesterday price. These vendors arent with the hotel so just always have due diligence but otherwise rooms are really nice and good experience

Our stay started poorly: we arrived exhausted and hungry, but were denied wristbands to eat before check-in and were promised a 30% discount that was later refused by the restaurant and denied by the front desk. The food was disappointing, the dining areas were overcrowded, and there were too few restaurant options for the number of guests. Overall, the service and communication were inconsistent and the experience fell short of expectations.

Loved Casa Dorada
My girlfriends and I recently went to Casa Dorada and had a fabulous time. The location of the hotel was amazing! Near so many restaurants, the marina, shopping but right on the beach. The hotel has an amazing pool, beautiful gym and the customer service was outstanding! I highly recommend this hotel for your stay!
