Chileno Bay Resort & Residences

We truly had the best and most relaxing time at Chileno Bay! The service and hospitality was unmatched. Staff was always around making sure we were taken care of. Service was also super friendly and warm, never stiff/formal. We loved the availability of complimentary water activities. While the current was too strong to allow us to snorkel for a couple of days out of our stay, we do appreciate they put our safety first. Food was certainly expensive on the resort, however the quality and flavors went way above our expectations that I feel like we got what we paid for. We loved Chileno Bay Resort so much that we plan on coming back again next year, next time with our kids!

Absolutely amazing. From the minute that we walked in till the last minute that we drove away, it surpassed all our expectations. From the service that we received to the friendliness of every person that we encountered in the hotel. I've stayed in a lot of four season hotels and they just went above that experience. Special thanks to Maria, Abdul, Mauricio, Claudio and everyone else that made our family vacation so memorable . I wish I remembered all the names. Everyone went beyond to make us feel great and welcomed with a nice smile on their face. Way to go and can't wait to come back Also, the food at the pool was the best pool food that I have ever had. and the service was immaculate. Thank you all

We had a fantastic stay. The property was beautiful, but the service was second to none. Paco took great care of throughout our stay. Everyone we came in contact with was great. From servers to grounds keepers were very friendly and hard working.

The resort, grounds , golf course and staff make this a true 5 star experience that we will continue to enjoy. We have been here 6 times and Auberge will be where we stay in the future when we go to Cabo! The staff makes you feel speacial and VIP. all the restaurants are delicious so you do not even need to leave the property. The golf course I think is the best in Cabo. If you want a spectacular resort to enjoy an amazing vacation , this is the place.

Our family just returned from our first trip to Cabo, and I can honestly say this was one of the most exceptional resort experiences we have ever had. We typically stay at Four Seasons properties, so our expectations are very high, and this resort exceeded them in every way. We were celebrating our twin daughters' birthday, and the entire team went above and beyond to make the trip unforgettable.
