Chileno Bay Resort & Residences

Chileno Bay was truly exceptional and easily one of the most memorable resort experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and attention from the staff made the entire stay feel incredibly personal. Everyone was genuinely welcoming, thoughtful, and attentive, and they had a way of anticipating the little things that made every moment feel special. One of the absolute highlights was dinner at COMAL. The setting is beautiful, the food was outstanding, and the service elevated the entire evening. It was one of those dinners where everything comes together perfectly — the atmosphere, the cocktails, the food, and the hospitality. What really sets Chileno Bay apart, though, is the people. The team didn’t make me feel like just another guest at a luxury resort; they created an experience that felt personalized specifically for me. There were so many thoughtful interactions throughout my stay that made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Luxury hotels can have beautiful rooms, amazing pools, and great restaurants, but the service and people are what make a place unforgettable. Chileno Bay absolutely delivered on that. I left feeling genuinely grateful for the experience and already looking forward to returning. A truly special property with an even more special team. Five stars without hesitation.

We had such a wonderful stay and honestly felt like we had everything we could possibly want. The service was excellent, but what really stood out was how genuinely kind and helpful everyone was throughout the resort. There were so many people who made our stay special. Pilar at the pool was wonderful, Donnie was great with our paddleboarding, and we absolutely loved Jorge and Orlando at Comal. Paco was incredibly helpful, Minerva took such great care of our room, and the attendant at the gym was fantastic. The gym itself was huge with a wide array of equipment. We were really impressed by the attention to detail throughout the property. After the storm, seeing all of the pool loungers already dry, fresh, and ready to use was impressive. The H2O Cave had so much water equipment available, and the snorkeling right from there was surprisingly superb! We weren't expecting it to be as good as it was. Our room had an awesome view and was quiet and comfortable at night. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept extremely well. I also appreciated having a kettle in the room, although I would have loved an option for regular coffee rather than only espresso. Security throughout the resort was also impressive and made us feel very comfortable. In fact, we were so relaxed by the end of our stay that we almost left without our passports! The gentlemen at the front were incredibly helpful and quickly helped us retrieve them at the last minute. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The property itself is beautiful, but the people and level of service are what really made our stay memorable.

Best hotel in Cabo hands down! Swimmable beach, amazing service, wonderful restaurants and the most amazing staff you will ever find!

Chileno Bay is a beatifull hotel. Our trip was a family trip to celebrate my birthday, and decided to stay in a 4 bedroom villa with pool. It was the best decision, to be all together, apart on the fact that the villa was spectacular and with ocean view. Location of Chileno bay was perfect because it is in the middle between Cabo san lucas and San Jose del Cabo

I would give this resort and 11/10 if I could. I rarely write reviews, so here goes. I was a bit early for check in but they accommodated me with a beautiful room. I was shocked at how spacious it was and had an indoor and outdoor shower. The restaurants were unbelievable - I swear the avocado spread as a starter with the blue corn tortilla at Comal along with the steak was the BEST I have ever had (and I live in Texas). Service was perfect - the best in Cabo. The pool was gorgeous, and the beach was so much fun (it was a public beach but full of wonderful people). The spa was amazing as well. I went alone to relax, and that's exactly how I left. Loved it here, and as a picky person, have no complaints. So clean and great service as well from my butler. LOVED IT!
