Chileno Bay Resort in Los Cabos is breathtaking! That resort is immaculate, the staff is very nice and attentive. The food is amazing - Highly recommend this location to all!

We spent an amazing 5 nights at the magnificent Chileno Bay Resort and Residences. A special thanks to our concierge, Fernanda, for taking care of us throughout our stay. She ensured we had reservations to the spa, dinner, and that our car was waiting for us when we were leaving the resort for an excursion. Fernanda made us truly feel special. Comal is an absolute for dinner and breakfast. We were impressed with the menu and the quality of service. The views of the Sea of Cortez were a great bonus. The waves were rough during our stay, unnaturally so, which made swimming difficult but provided some unbelievable waves and views of the Sea. Cocktails at the beach and pool were fabulous. Nothing says vacation like an amazing cocktail by the pool or the beach. Lunch at Yaya was great. Do not forget to order the bread! It’s a Mediterranean flat bread baked in their outdoor oven that is just exceptional. We forgot to get the recipe for the amazing welcome cocktail that Fernanda served us in our room. Still talking about it and will be emailing the resort for the recipe. Thanks for an amazing stay!!!

I recently stayed at Chileno Bay Resort in Cabo and left feeling disappointed, especially considering the premium price point. While the property itself is beautiful and the beach is excellent, the overall experience did not justify the cost. Service was inconsistent throughout our stay. Some staff members were attentive, but others seemed overwhelmed or uninterested. Poolside service was particularly slow, and it often took a long time to receive food, drinks, or even basic assistance. The food was another letdown. While presentation was impressive, the quality and flavor did not match the extremely high prices. After a few meals, dining options felt limited and repetitive. Our room was modern and clean and spacious. Small details were overlooked, and housekeeping was inconsistent. What frustrated me most was the value. Between resort fees, expensive dining, and additional charges for many services, the final bill was far higher than expected. For the amount we spent, I expected a truly exceptional experience, but Chileno Bay fell short. Overall, the resort has a stunning location and beautiful design, but the service, food, and value did not meet the standards of a world-class luxury property. I would consider other luxury resorts in Cabo before returning.

As a travel advisor, my standards are high, but this property easily scores an 11/10. Hands down one of my favorite stays in Cabo! Between the serene private cove beach, the jaw-dropping infinity pool, and the impeccable service, we were completely spoiled. The food was incredible—do yourself a favor and order the mac and cheese and the short rib tacos at Comal. The rooms are massive, complete with deep soaking tubs and dreamy outdoor showers. Counting down the days until I can go back!
