Chileno Bay Resort & Residences

Service and food were exceptional. The partial ocean view room was a comfortable size, large walk-in closet with plenty of storage and a huge bathroom and indoor as well as outdoor shower.

The pool service left much to be desired. Not sure if they were understaffed, but it did not compare to the last two times we have vacationed at Chileno Bay. We did have wonderful experiences at Comal, Yaya, and TnT. We also loved the H2O cave for snorkeling and paddle boarding. Top notch.

Chileno Bay is easily one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had — maybe the best. From the moment you step onto the property, you're greeted by staff who already know your name and genuinely want to make your stay effortless. Even before arrival, someone from the concierge team reaches out to help plan activities, dinners, and any special arrangements. We traveled as three generations — our toddler, my in-laws, and us — and every single person was looked after with real thoughtfulness and care. It's the kind of place that just gets it right at every turn. We're already looking forward to going back.

Chileno Bay was a fantastic getaway for our 17th wedding anniversary. Very friendly and attentive service. Beautiful gardens and flowers throughout the property. Modern design and architecture.

This hotel was amazing in every way- the service, the food, the atmosphere. It was so much fun and the hotel was stunning. We loved the attention to detail in everything from the food to the rooms. We would stay here again without hesitation.
