It's a Great Day at Chileno Bay
Amazing experience start to finish. Can't wait to return. The service was impeccable. Food was amazing. They added little complimentary touches that made all the difference.

Amazing customer service!
10/10 customer service. Every detail of the resort was taken into consideration. Beautiful design and layout. Amazing food. The customer service team was the best I have ever experienced!

great except piped in fragrance
amazing except for the piped in fragrance all throughout the pool area coming from the bathrooms and the bathrooms around the restaurants. It’s so strong. It’s sickening. And very toxic. You can’t get away from it, so if you care about your health, this is not somewhere you can stay. They also use very toxic chemical laundry detergent on their sheets. It’s the Mexican equivalent of tide. And even washing it in water forus several times it still was terrible and very hard to sleep in. They do not have any laundry or dryers that haven’t been saturated withthe strong smell so they can’t even get the smell out of their sheets for clients who don’t like chemical fragrance.

Family Vacation
We had an all-around 10/10 experience! The service was top notch. My wife is gluten free and the servers at each restaurant were so accommodating and even knew she was gluten free before we showed up. Chicho at the pool bar was THE BEST! He reserved chairs for us without us even asking and helped make sure we had a great time!

Wonderful family-friendly stay!
Amazing stay here with my husband and our 2.5 year old. Incredibly accommodating, kind, and professional staff. Grounds are stunning. Food was excellent. Room was gorgeous. Amazing place to stay.
