Stunningly beautiful property with extraordinary service. Michelin star restaurant (Comal) was lovely, food delicious. TNT fish taco (sea bass) was heavenly - sitting by the pool under that blue, BLUE sky! Yaya had delicious pasta and pizza. Our concierge was so helpful and kind - going back to regular life hurt!

Perfect in every detail. You could not ask for better service and all of the staff was so accommodating and polite. Truly First Class in every detail. Would go back again without any hesitation. Truly a little slice of heaven!

Wow. Simply Wow. We travel to Los Cabos a couple of times a year and always stay at Grand Velas. We are golfers and have always been intrigued when passing the Chileno Bay Golf Course. Then I found out in order to play there you have to be a member or stay at the resort. Ok then. We stayed 2 nights and could have spend a week there. The resort grounds are enough to make you want to stay there. Impeccable landscaping that is a joy to view on your way to the pool/restaurants etc. We stayed in an Ocean View Room 4th floor and had an awesome balcony with a gorgeous view. At first it seemed like it was a long walk to get to the pool, etc. But that quickly gets forgotten (wouldn't want to do it in summer - too hot). Beautiful room, lux amenities, outdoor shower, premium linens - everything you could ask for. First week of November was the perfect time. Weather still warm, ocean still warm, ZERO crowds. We felt like we had the place to ourselves. We left Chileno Bay to go to Grand Velas. I guess you could say you really cannot make a fair comparison. They are both luxury high end resorts with awesome staff, beautiful rooms and gorgeous views. Chileno does have a swimable beach and we snorkeled in the warm water full of fish. When we return to Los Cabos in February we will most likely spend time at both resorts! Thank you, Chileno Bay! The staff is nothing short of amazing. I wish I could remember all names. They all deserve a shout out. Our concierge, Ronaldo, was a gem. He responded promptly and politely to any requests. Very genuine smile and a warm personality. One of the most fun things for us was the opportunity the staff gave us to practice our Spanish. They were so helpful and understanding. I think they appreciated our efforts to communicate in the language of the country (even though they all speak English very well). We ate at both YaYa and Comal and had fantastic experiences at both. Comal at breakfast is also a thing of beauty. With tables right at the ocean it is a very special place. Food is wonderful at both restaurants. Exciting menus and all on point. We enjoyed spa treatments in the beautiful spa. Recommended to go early to take full advantage of the water areas. I think there are 4 pools onsite. We stayed in the furthest Adult pool and basically had it to ourselves. Kudos to having the pool open 24 hours! The golf? OMG Facilities and course are top notch. We loved every minute.

5 stars. Beautiful resort. Clean, classy and an expensive splurge. A chill vibe that you don't find at the all inclusive resorts I would return. My only issue was they give you bottled water in room and at pool, but then charge $8 for it at dinner when your meal average cost is well over $100.
