Absolutely amazing trip , lived up to the hype. just go if you get the chance, really. has spoiled all other hotel experiences for me now

We just returned from a week at Chileno Bay and it's hard to imagine a more complete resort experience. From the moment we arrived — spotless airport transfer, professional and warm drivers — through our last morning, every detail felt considered and cared for. The service is what sets Chileno Bay apart. Staff remembered our names and drink preferences from day one. Room service came with a full place setting that felt genuinely special rather than perfunctory. Our concierge Paco was exceptional throughout — thoughtful suggestions, seamless reservations, and an easy readiness to help with even the smallest hiccups, including adjusting our turndown service on a whim when we decided to stay in one evening. The food was simply outstanding. We dined at COMAL twice — once as a family and once just the two of us — and both rank among the most memorable meals of my life. The combination of exceptional food, impeccable service, and that breathtaking Pacific backdrop is something we'll be talking about for years. Yaya delivered two more excellent dinners as well. We also spent an evening at the TnT bar, where Gustavo was a wonderful host — cracking jokes, fetching a menu from the pop-up in case we wanted to order, and even snapping a photo of us with the rising moon over the ocean. Every meal across the property was a genuine pleasure, and even the poolside food was top-notch. We ate our weight in tacos and chips and guacamole, and the margaritas were strong, fresh, and exactly what you want on a warm afternoon by the water. The grounds are impeccably maintained and beautifully landscaped. The pools and beach were never a problem for seating — and on the one busy day, pool attendants proactively cleared long-abandoned saved chairs without us even asking, which was a small but telling gesture. The beach equipment team set us up with snorkels and paddleboards and gave great suggestions for making the most of the water. The rooms were spotless, orderly, and thoughtfully stocked — housekeeping was consistently excellent. Having Chromecast on the TVs was a nice touch for quiet evenings in. The overall feeling throughout the stay was one of being genuinely cared for — not in a transactional way, but in a way that felt personal and attentive. Chileno Bay earns every bit of its reputation. We'll be back.

Our family of four agrees that this was one of our best trips yet! At the last minute, the reservations manager Jeremy went out of his way to book us a gorgeous three-bedroom casita with butler service. Our butler, Francisco, was incredible. He truly went above and beyond to ensure every minute of our stay was perfect. He set up large reservations, planned fun activities, carted us all over the property in his golf cart, and immediately took our daughter to a doctor when she experienced ear pain. We miss him already!  There is a swimmable beach (rare in Cabo) at Chileno, where we took full advantage of the on-site sports activity center. A guide named Danny took us all out paddle-boarding and snorkeling, where we were blown away to see so many large and colorful fish directly off the beach. Our daughters absolutely adored Danny, as he was such a great guy, so much fun and extremely knowledgeable about the fish and local environment. We also had a blast swimming in the beautiful pools, exercising in the gorgeous gym, and playing pickle ball on the property. Finally, we would be remiss if we failed to mention the incredible service and food at the restaurant Comal. Abdul and Elizabeth went out of their way to make every meal a pure delight.  We can't wait until our next trip to Chileno Bay!

After 1 day of an offsite work trip with significant others, I texted my older kids that we were coming back as a family. The location is amazing, the room quality was amazing, and the food never missed. It was a truly magical vibe that I'll want to recreate in the future. We found our family Cabo destination.

This was our first visit to an Auberge property, and the experience did not disappoint. Though the resort was busy during Spring Break, the hospitality staff went out of their way to ensure every experience was personalized and first-class. We stayed in a garden-view 2-queen with a plunge pool. The room was beautiful and suited our needs perfectly. Every dining experience was delicious — COMAL, YAYA, and TNT — all excellent. Special acknowledgements to our concierge, Fernanda, who was attentive and available to meet all of our needs, and Ernesto, the pool attendant, was delightful and ensured that we were all well cared for and hydrated!
