Chileno Bay Resort & Residences

We have been coming to Chileno Bay for years. The property is gorgeous, the food is delicious, and the entire staff (from the front desk to the pool to the restaurants) is so friendly and accommodating and amazing. We especially love Rodrigo, Daniel, Yohan, Martha, Pilar, Ernesto, and Carlos. This is the best resort in Cabo.

This was hands down the best experience my wife, our group, and I have ever had. Alan F., our concierge, went above and beyond in every possible way — and then somehow exceeded even that. He made the entire stay absolutely seamless and truly unforgettable. The rest of the staff were just as impressive — every interaction felt genuine, warm, and filled with authentic happiness. You could tell they truly love what they do. Combined with a flawless, beautiful property, it all came together to create a perfect experience we’ll be talking about for a long time.

We had an amazing stay at Chileno. My husband was feeling sick and the team took great care of us! The property was beautiful, service was fantastic and the staff were very friendly.

Fernanda took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. She checked in regularly, was incredibly attentive, and was always ready to help or solve any issue quickly. The entire staff was sweet, hardworking, and genuinely service-oriented, which made the experience feel warm and welcoming. The amenities were also a highlight. The gym was well equipped and easy to use for a full workout, and the hot jacuzzi was a perfect way to relax. Overall, the service and facilities made this a very enjoyable stay, and I would happily return.
