Esperanza, an Auberge Resort

This place is an Oasis in the middle of paradise. We were there for a family wedding and everything was perfect. From arrival to departure the team took amazing care of us. Rueben our butler was the BEST! the place is beautiful the restaurans were great and we just had a great time. The Spa has great massages.

Amazing multi generational hotel set up. Plenty to do with kids and grand parents. The family pool was the best pool in the entire resort. Staff were so friendly. Everyone had a great time. Views and room set up was perfect. Kids loved their outdoor plunge pool.

Clean, beautiful and friendly staff. Food is amazing, pools are spacious and have great views and the rooms are wonderful. Will be back

One of the best hotel stays in my life - went with my brother for a few nights in a standard double queen. Mario (our concierge) was amazing, communicating with us consistently during the stay + followed through with any request. Turndown/housekeeping team was amazing - great amenities, timely service, and perfect surprises. All restaurants (there is one at each pool + main restaurant) were different/genuine with great menus. Cocina Del Mar (main restaurant) was so good that we cancelled all other off site dinner reservations… The team overall is very attentive and well trained. I was really looking forward to a cotija fat washed martini that I saw online, but in person then told me it was from an old menu. The next day the bartender saw me and got my attention to tell us that they batched the cocktail to have it available for us for the rest of our stay. We expressed interest to play tennis in the mornings and they had a ride ready for us either way every day. Really top tier experience

From the minute we arrived to our final goodbye, we were amazed by the staff, the resort and the wonderful experience. It was perfection. Room was beautiful, food was great and the staff was impeccable. We will be returning!
