Esperanza, an Auberge Resort

My girlfriend and I stayed at Esperanza to celebrate her graduation. Staff went above and beyond to make our experience special and personalized. Our room, grounds, and everything at the resort was beautiful, but it was the kindness of the staff that really made this experience incredible. Highly recommend Esperanza to anyone looking for a special trip!

My stay exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel truly welcome, and every detail was thoughtfully planned to ensure that both my daughter and I had an unforgettable experience. The warmth and kindness of the entire team made all the difference. I would especially like to thank Michelle, my concierge, who was always attentive to everything I needed and went above and beyond to make my stay even more special. The little touches were unforgettable: being welcomed with guacamole, chips, and cookies for my daughter, having the option to order room service and enjoy a comfortable dinner in our room after arriving late at night from our flight, and the delicious complimentary mango ice cream that the team at Cocina de Mar surprised my daughter with during dinner. These thoughtful gestures truly make guests feel at home. The entire hotel staff was incredibly kind, respectful, professional, and always attentive to every detail. Their genuine hospitality made our stay truly memorable. I am leaving with wonderful memories and will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I look forward to returning very soon with my daughter. Thank you for making this trip such an unforgettable experience!

Such a beautiful location! Rooms were very comfortable and always clean. I enjoyed the welcome hibiscus margarita and it was a nice surprise to have additional welcome snack and drink in the room. Turn down service was a great surprise to see the little figures on the bed each evening! The food was delicious. The only negative I have is everything is quite expensive! However, it was top notch!!! I would stay here again.
