Absolute fabulous time with the staff at Hacienda Beach Club. Each person was so nice and sweet and took care of all of us so n Villa 18. The Chefs Max and Andrea, along with their sushi chef, Diana, Benito and Edison were the bomb!! The private dinner that Max prepared for us on Saturday night was amazing!! We had another great stay at Hacienda Beach Club. Everything about the place is top notch. The service from the very beginning to the end was amazing! A very special thank you to Juan, David, Santiago, Hugo , Tito and Salvador. They made our visit especially good! They All Need A Raise! 😊

I had an excellent experience at the poolside. Diego, Mauricio, and Jorge were awesome in catering towards the beach volleyball activities. Narcisso and Sergio were excellent in getting our food and drinks very quickly. These servers were perfect in making my entire trip memorable.

This is our second time in Cabo San Lucas and also our second time we have stayed at the Hacienda Beach Club since 2022. The Hacienda provides us with everything we needed for our 9 day stay. Excellent location, excellent service and excellent accommodations. Our room was always clean and ready for another new day. Service by everyone including Paula and Emilio was cheery and friendly and completed in a timely manner. Wish we could stay there longer but we had commitments elsewhere. Next time we come to Cabo we definitely will stay at the Hacienda again. hasta la vista baby....

We had an incredible stay at Hacienda Beach Club & Residences in Cabo San Lucas. The property is absolutely beautiful, the location is perfect, and the service truly made the experience unforgettable. A huge thank you to David, Santiago, Tito, Salvador, Hugo, and Juan for taking such amazing care of us during our stay. Every one of them went above and beyond to make sure our group had everything we needed. They were attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead—whether it was helping at the pool, arranging things for us, or simply greeting us with a smile each day. Their level of service made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of, and it’s clear they take great pride in what they do. Because of them, our trip was relaxing, fun, and completely seamless. We can’t wait to come back, and we hope to see all of them again on our next visit. Thank you for making our vacation so special!
