Two Great weeks of top notch service!
We spent two weeks at the Vista. We had a great time, as always! I want to highlight great service from Miguel Venegas, server both weeks at Phase 1 pool. Day in and day out he provided us with 5 star service! He also found a number book that our friend had left behind and returned it to him two days later! At check-in, Salma Ramero greeted us and took care of any thing we asked of her. Before our guests arrived, she gave us our balance for our week alone. Then she created a dual account for the following week so our guests and us could have our own accounts. It seemed like she was always working and checking in on us! She made reservations, adjusted reservations, etc. she, too, gets 5 stars for her performance Our bellboy, Trinidad, also was quick and efficient taking care of all our needs! He greets us like we are family and takes care of our luggage, transportation, etc! Five stars for Trinidad! How could we not have a great two weeks with this kind of service! Thank you!

Excellent customer care
Omar at the Adult pool was a great server. With an excellent attitude willing to conversate with the guests. Recommend Hacienda Encantada to anyone.
