5 stars every year

ME Cabo has been our home in Cabo for many years now. Not just a beautiful resort, there are many of those in Cabo. The staff here treat us like family, as they do everyone, You are welcomed at the front door by Rene or Jose with a smile and champagne. They are such gentlemen and keep an eye out for you if you need anything or if you are going off property, Raisa and Maribel were fantastic in welcoming us too. Paulina and Elizabeth are boss lady concierges. Anything you need. - it’s not a problem The pool always has loads of chairs, no need to save any unless you want a certain spot. It’s a fun party vibe on the weekends for sure. The pool goddesses, Dunia and Vanessa, will take care of you with a beautiful smile. And sweet Pablo at the pool! Breakfast comes with each stay and it is fantastic every morning. Fresh fruit, juice, baked goods and eggs Benedict, omelet, brûlée French toast, etc - Bryan and Cesar are amazing! It’s very safe environment with tight security. The gorgeous hostesses, Cindy and Merlly, are kind and efficient. Craft restaurant on the roof of the resort is gorgeous and a perfect spot for sunset dinner/drinks or 9:30 fireworks (i know it’s definitely Friday and Saturday fireworks, not sure about other days) Gilberto is your guy to go to up there. Also - the best espresso martinis in the lobby bar and a cocktail called The Witch at Craft that’s a different take on espresso martinis 💋 both yum Gorgeous place with gorgeous people!! 5 stars every year ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent Spa!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

The hotel was excellent but the Spa was the best part. The ladies that work in there are all so nice and helpful. The young lady at the front desk with braces was excellent along with Jessica, Penny and Mary. At one point I left my earbuds there and they found me and returned them. Sometimes Spas are stuffy but not this one. The Deep Tissue Massages were excellent as well!

Lovely hotel and staff

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and not too big, which we loved! It’s located about a 10 minute taxi ride to the Marina district, so it feels a little secluded and private. The Pool area is perfect and super clean. The poolside workers are very attentive and come around very often to check on you. The music wasn’t too loud and the dj played amazing music all day. Bryan was our sever at Mamazzitas for breakfast every morning and be was super attentive and hepful. He came around our table often to check on us. The steak at Taboo and at the rooftop Craft restaurant/bar was delicious. Drinks were well made too! Both restaurants had superb food. Mariana was our Concierge and she was amazing! She helped us book restaurants, taxis, transportation from and to the airport, helped with ordering groceries delivery and was super responsive every time we messaged her (no matter what time). I will definitely be returning to Cabo and will for sure look to stay at me Cabo again!

Nice resort - room for improvement

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

My husband and I booked Me Cabo for our honeymoon trip from October 6 to 11. Although it wasn’t an all-inclusive property, it was conveniently located near the downtown area and marina, which was exactly where we wanted to be. We opted for a resort with multiple dining and drinking options, a nice pool, a balcony off our room, and close proximity to town for exploring. Before our trip, I had called the Melia Company to inquire about transportation to and from the airport. To our delight, I was informed that the rates for our scheduled trip had dropped, and we could take advantage of a discounted price for our stay. This positive start made us feel confident in our resort choice. Let’s talk about the positives we experienced. We were greeted by multiple staff members who were eager to assist us, unload our bags, and even offer us a complimentary shot of tequila. Our room had a beautiful view and was spacious. They had decorated it for our honeymoon, complete with rose petals and a chilled bottle of champagne. We were informed that we had a concierge available at our disposal anytime, whether it was for fresh towels, room service, alcohol, reservations, or anything else we needed. The massages we received at the spa were simply wonderful and exactly what we needed after a whirlwind wedding weekend. The food at Taboo was incredible. We didn’t have a single bad dish and raved over our entrees. The airport transportation was punctual, seamless, and private, which was a great touch. Our driver was the same both ways, and we loved him. As a fun addition to our stay, the Arch boat tour was included. We made friends and had a great morning exploring the city and visiting the iconic arch. Everyone on the tour was charismatic and entertaining. Next, let’s discuss the areas where we felt the hotel could have improved. On the day we arrived, Hurricane Priscilla was making its way towards town. We were promptly informed that all staff members were on high alert to assist us with any concerns we might have. However, they also emphasized the importance of being cautious outdoors due to strong wind gusts and flood warnings. While we didn’t experience flooding or heavy rain in our specific area, the weather conditions were cloudy, windy, and there were frequent waves. Initially, only one restaurant was available for our stay, which is usually four when fully operational. The hotel was eerily quiet, with hardly any music playing even in the lobby. The staff dwindled, and the service we received upon arrival had taken a drastic turn. The concierge was unavailable, and our reservations for a romantic dinner on the beach were abruptly canceled without any prior communication. We were left entirely on our own to fend for ourselves. While I understand that the weather was beyond the hotel’s control, I couldn’t help but feel that they had let us down. Considering the cost of over $1,000 per night, we deserved to feel valued and appreciated. Apart from the single message informing us that only one restaurant was open and that it would be available, we had to actively seek out any necessary services, even if they seemed basic. I had meticulously planned our meals, scheduling dinner at different resort restaurants each night. In some cases, I had even paid in advance. Despite my repeated requests for a credit for the unused expenses, it never materialized. The food, as mentioned earlier, is good. However, for two drinks, two appetizers, and an entree each, we ended up paying $300, including tip. Considering that we are two people, without bottle service at the pool, and light appetizers and drinks for the entire day, our total bill before tip came close to $600. While Cabo is undoubtedly more expensive than other areas I’ve visited in Mexico, I think we would opt for all-inclusive to not have to sweat about these items in the future.
