Friend’s 40th birthday
Second time visiting the Montage Cabo and it did not disappoint. The occasion was a best friend’s 40th birthday and the hotel made sure that she and the rest of our group were well taken care of throughout our stay. The food at this hotel (across all restaurants) is some of the best I have experienced in the world. The beach access and hotel grounds are IMO best in Cabo and the spa was incredible. We felt constantly pampered and whether you are traveling solo/with friends/family or even kids, they go above and beyond to accommodate every type of traveler. This is a special place - highly, highly recommend.

Mario & Marco threatened & harassed us
Mario and Marco at Montage handled a situation in a completely unacceptable and disturbing manner. We were approached and harassed in front of other guests at the pool regarding an alleged issue tied to a prior stay that was booked through a travel agency — something we had absolutely no knowledge of or involvement in. As current paying guests, the way this was handled was beyond unprofessional, humiliating, and frankly disgusting. Any billing concern should have been addressed privately and respectfully by management, not as a public confrontation. Because of how poorly this was handled, we chose to leave and book another hotel. This level of treatment is shocking for a property that claims luxury hospitality. This needs to be addressed immediately.

They gave us the moon!
We attended a wedding at Montage. The service was superior. Every person was extremely helpful and wanted to make our experience the best. The room was clean and wonderful. The food was delicious. Thank you for that beautiful full moon for both of the nights we stayed at the Montage.

Family vacation memories of a lifetime
Our family vacation at the Montage was absolutely the most wonderful experience for us all. The children ages 5, 6 and 7 had the time of their lives and all the adults enjoyed every aspect of the property from the pools, beach, sea acitivites, food and best of all the staff/employees. Brisette and Lewis took care of every need and the rest of the staff provided the best service I have ever encountered.
