Montage Los Cabos

Exceptional resort, but VERY expensive. Resort is intimate and had great food and coffee shop on premises, But, it is not all inclusive. Your daily food and bar tab is going to be significantly higher than you would expect. Definitely great experience, just do your research on what you want to do so you are prepared for the final bill.

We just spent 4 days at the Montage in Los CABOS and it was fantastic! From the minute we got there we were treated like royalty: they gave us our own concierge that we could text 24/7 and our room was immaculate. The staff and grounds are exceptional but the best part of the trip was the stunning view of the cove that we enjoyed watching from one of the dozen pools - never got old! Also, the food was absolutely amazing, and Im a picky eater. Every detail of every meal or appetizer was cooked to perfection - simply the best. The 14,000 s.f. spa was nice as well. I also want to do a shout out to the yoga instructor Donaji. Her 7am class was very nurturing and she was patient and awesome. Great resort, great staff and we will be back - highly recommend!

A truly magic resort with a wonderful room experience , beaches, pools, golf and restaurants - however most of all it is the staff that make it all so special. Friendly efficient and engaging they make the stay so memorable. Thank you we will be back. The Arte Culinario event was fantastic - impecably executed !!

Beautiful hotel with nice staff; however, the service is not aligned with what we paid for. Everything is extremely overpriced. Any time we contacted hotel personnel, there was immediately a price attached to even the simplest request. My 3‑year‑old son developed a bad cough, and when I called the front desk for cough medicine, the first thing they mentioned was the price: 24 dollars for a small bottle. There was also a country music party happening right outside our room, which the hotel management failed to inform us about prior to our arrival. My kids were awake until midnight because of the loud noise. On top of that, we informed the hotel staff multiple times that we do not eat pork, and on our last day we discovered that the hotel makes their tortillas with pork. This is completely against our Jewish religious dietary restrictions and was extremely upsetting. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We spent 5 days at The Montage and had the time of our lives! The staff are incredible - friendly, polite, attentive, and really on top of things everywhere you go. It’s the little details (example: I really appreciated how they kept moving my umbrella for shade without me even asking and management stopping by for friendly daily chats). The staff just have a keen eye for hospitality and are really on top of things. We attended Arte Culinaria - a food and beverage event open to all guests with the top chefs in the world. It was organized beautifully and felt intimate and exclusive. The rooms are great… love the outdoor shower!!! There is also an excellent gym and spa. The beach is beautiful as well. We loved the live music. There were so many little complimentary treats being offered on property and pool side: popsicles, ice cream, fruit, hot coco in the evening, etc. It feels like home!!! Thank you to all the staff: Marco, Irme, Chefs Cavier and Mark, the wait staff at Mezcal, and more!!! We will be back.
