We are here right now and the staff: Ceasar, Noe and Eduardo (to name a few) have gone out of their way catering to us, making us feel like special VIP guests.. The grounds are amazing. Our ocean view room on the 3rd floor in the 800 building overlooked the adult only Costamar Beach Club and Sea of Cortez where we sat each day looking at the beautiful Sea of Cortez. I highly encourage you to stay at this amazing resort!

My wife and I just completed a lovely stay here, we spent 7 nights at the resort in building 8 (plunge pool suite with ocean view). Both our butlers, Nicholas and Daniel were responsive to our requests, and it was great to get to know a lot of the staff given the low occupancy of the current season. Callouts to Cesar and Fer for the coffee and chocolate experience at Datil, well worth it if you are there on the day that they offer it. Oscar and Miguel were great staff at Mesa Madre Room: the suite was well laid out, and plenty of space. I appreciated the unheated plunge pool as a way to cool down in the heat. Might have suggested a double shower in the room. There were only two of us so no comment on sleeper sofa. I appreciated that the first round of soft drinks were free. The view was pretty good even from the ground floor. Dining: the plating was excellent, general encouragement to try different breakfast items, and enjoyed the pastries from Datil that they had. I really enjoyed the Fideo Abuela appetizer which is a hidden meal in itself, dried noodles with a mini rib eye steak. For the pool I would recommend the Trombo tacos and the Banana caramel dessert.

We had a fantastic stay at Park Hyatt Cabo Del Sol and can’t wait to return. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a modern design and one of the largest private plunge pools we’ve experienced—easily big enough for multiple people. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional service. Tiffany was a wonderful ambassador who helped make everything seamless. Oscar and Pedro at Mesa Madre provided outstanding service every morning, and Juan at the pool was equally attentive. From hotel management to the in-room dining team, every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. A beautiful resort with service to match—we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Absolutely stunning property with the most caring staff. Food was excellent, pools and amenities were immaculate. Definitely one of our favorite stays ever.

Location: ★★★★★ The location is beautiful with stunning ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere. Atmosphere: ★★★☆☆ The resort itself is beautiful and relaxing. However, upon arrival, I wasn't given a clear introduction to the resort or its amenities. As a first-time guest, I didn't know what activities were available and often felt unsure about what to do. I also wasn't informed that there was a Kids Club, even though I was traveling with my daughter. Better communication at check-in would have made a significant difference. Rooms: ★★★★☆ The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. However, during my stay I received around 15 mosquito bites, which affected my overall experience. I hope the resort can improve mosquito control around the property and provide insect repellent for guests when needed.
