We had a really nice stay. The employees made it extra special. The location is perfect to walk and enjoy the restaurants at the hotels nearby and the marina, we had a great whale shark adventure from Cabo adventures. The Breakfast buffet at the hotel is amazing, definitely include that in your package. chef Jorge Luis helped me find gluten-free options and made sure I stayed safe. Even making me a special omelette every morning. Our waiter Joni spoke perfect English and also helped with the gluten-free issue. Dinner at the beach front restaurant,at Lands end Grand Solamar was a highlight. easy walking distance. All in all a great birthday vacation, Made even better because of the exceptional employees.

Good food and great atmosphere. The resort is well kept and beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the drinks are strong. The provided daily activities are enjoyable and the people running the activities desk are fantastic and made my stay that much more enjoyable. Mi amigo eduardo es el mejor.

Having been an owner at Solmar since 2000, I have recently purchased at The Ridge at Playa Grande. I have found the facilities to be fabulous and the staff out of this world. I want to give a special shout out to concierge, Martin Mirele, for going above and beyond to make my niece and her husband's first trip to Playa Grande perfect. Thanks, Martin!!!!!

Absolutely incredible resort! Best location and the staff make everything so much fun. Pool activities, theme nights etc. they are truely excellent at their jobs, thanks for an incredible stay to the stay and especially the entertainment crew Humberto, Amie and Edwardo. Absolute legends!

Fernando was a great server, made sure that we had everything we needed throughout the week at the pool. Love that the full lunch menu is available poolside (the sushi is good!), along with buckets of beer, water and cocktails. From the entertainment team- Humberto was a great blackjack dealer and him and Rodrigo were awesome and made an effort to really enhance our stay.
