I have been coming to Playa Grande since 2005. Overall—Beautiful facility. Outstanding rooms. Gourmet food. Exceptional service. In the this instance, i ordered room service while watching a game. The food was delicious and service was prompt. Highly recommend this travel destination for a five star experience.

Amazing
Our stay here was absolutely amazing . I’ve never gone to a place that I didn’t want to leave. This changed that. The resort staff we great. Especially Jose who was our server most days over at Calima restaurant. He absolutely made us feel welcome and at home the whole time. Very fun and helpful in every way .

Always a wonderful place to stay, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Julio from Veracruz in the sports bar is my favorite. Ask for him, he is soooo nice. I hugged him when I left.
