Monse is the best! We have had her as our butler every year for the past 4 years now. We ask for her Everytime and she is the BEST!!! She works so hard and makes our stay so wonderful and does everything for us so we don’t need to worry about anything! We love her!!!!

Wonderful Time at the hacienda Encantada Residences
We love staying at the Hacienda Encantada Residences. The living areas are always first rate, the food is always excellent along with the amenities. However, the service and our butler Monse was outstanding. She provided service above and beyond and made our trip absolutely wonderful. Thank you Monse!! We’ll see you all again soon!

Another two weeks of paradise come and gone
Sadly we had to return home after two wonderful weeks at Hacienda Encantada in Cabo. We had the pleasure of staying in a one level three bedroom villa with our own pool and beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. We had the privilege and luxury of having our own butler, Monse, whom we have had twice each year for four years. Monse was very attentive to our needs and desires, making dinner reservations, texting or stopping by daily to see if we needed anything, and responding immediately when we texted, whether it was for a cart or something we needed in our villa. And a couple of years ago, she also introduced us to Agricole and the best strawberry cremes in Mexico. We couldn’t have had a better two weeks anywhere else.
