Our butler Monce is the best!
The best part of HC is our butler Monce! She’s fabulous. The worst part is the string-arm sales tactics and the food on site

Great property, friendly and attentive workers; Guillermo our butler was great as always! We stayed on property alot this trip, and food was great as well - Barolo and Los Riscos and the breakfast at Las Marias

Always a beautiful experience across the board! The staff and service is amazing…they care for us as though we are family. We truly feel like we are at home.

Perfect family vacation spot
We have been vacationing at Hacienda Residences for over 10 years. We stay in a 4-bedroom house and Guillermo takes such great care of us. If I need anything for the kitchen or have any questions he is always available and quick to respond.
