Beautiful
This is a beautiful resort. Everyone was very nice and helpful, especially Danny. He made dinner reservations and even helped us with booking a whale watching boat ride. It was amazing and we will be back.

Feels like home!
We love it down here! Best place and the best staff! Everyone is so kind and attentive as far as the service staff goes. Guillermo our butler always takes great care of us. Trinidad and Marco are always Johnny on the spot! Our kids love that they all treat us like family here. Hacienda Encantada feels like home. 🏡 ❤️

Vacation never to forget!
Staying at Hacienda Encantada is a vacation we look forward to every year! Our butler, Guiermo, is very kind, knowledgeable, and always there to assist with every need! The maids are very friendly and thorough. We consider Trinidad and Marco (golf cart drivers) to be like family! Definitely coming back!!!

Hacienda Encantada is great. We’ve been coming down here since 2009 and we love it every time we come down. The staff is wonderful! Shout out to Trinidad, Marco, and Guillermo for always making our trips special.
