The Residences at Hacienda Encantada

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by our butler, Clemente. From the very beginning, Clemente displayed an exceptional level of professionalism and warmth, which made our experience truly memorable. When an issue arose in our residence, no matter how minor, Clemente sprang into action immediately and resolved it swiftly and efficiently. He struck the perfect balance between being present and attentive, while still respecting our space and privacy. His constant smile and genuine warmth were much appreciated, and they truly made a difference in our stay. We would consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to have Clemente assist us again in the future. Thank you for having such dedicated and talented individuals on your team.

We had a wonderful week at the Residences at Hacienda Encantata! From the moment we were greeted with complimentary cocktails and got checked in. Monse our concierge butler was wonderful from the start! She helped get us settled and into the house, after we enjoyed some lunch and drinks with Isbella on the patio. We enjoyed our golf cart rides with Darryl around the grounds! We also loved being greeted at the Residences gate by Adrian every day!

Hacienda Encantada has been a yearly vacation in paradise for the past 10 years!! This very large resort has so much to offer including spectacular ocean views and an absolute gorgeous property!! We always feel at home and that is due to the incredible staff throughout the entire resort! I can’t say enough good things about the incredible welcoming and service we received throughout our stay! The staff work tirelessly, day and night, to give everyone the very BEST vacation possible! Manuel is an amazing concierge that has become family to us over the years! He always greets us and makes sure we have everything we need during our stay. He’s the best along with his wonderful team! The registration staff and managers were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay! We felt like VIP!! Thank you to Oscar, Mr. Carrillo, Elder and Manuel for making this stay extra special!! We were blessed to stay at the Residences during this stay and it was nothing short of AMAZING!! We were greeted by our FANTASTIC butler, Daniel, who we now call friend! Daniel meant it when he told us to text him ANYTIME (even when he was off work) with any needs! He has such a special gift with the job he does and made our vacation extra special! He even arranged for another wonderful butler, Paul, to sing for our friends when they arrived. His beautiful voice brought us to tears!! Daniel provided exceptional service and made our 5 star vacation feel not only luxurious but effortless. We couldn’t have asked for a better butler!!! Daniel was so kind, professional and truly indispensable! Thank you Daniel for EVERYTHING!! Jazmin was our primary housekeeper for our Villa and was just the sweetest. She worked so hard each day to make our Villa perfect for our stay! There are so many people on property that deserve special mention! The pool staff worked so hard and fast in the extreme heat to provide us with excellent service!! Thank you so much to Juan at pool 3 as well as Omar, Ingrid at pool 1. They went above and beyond along with many other co-workers! The bellmen provided outstanding service as well! I saw so many familiar faces and as with other staff, they welcomed us back to our Hacienda Encantada home. Trinidad, Felipe, Adan, Antonio and so many others carted us all over the property. They were always so kind, fun and professional! The front lobby bar has an exceptional bartender, Miguel! His mixology skills were nothing short of amazing! I highly recommend visiting him for a special cocktail. The resort offers a huge variety of restaurant options. The food is exceptional at most of the restaurants. my favorite pool food is located at pool 1. It’s always fresh and delicious. The steak restaurants, Los Riscos as well as Meztizo, are both wonderful for incredible views however the service is extremely slow. Plan on 2 to 2 1/2 hours to eat. If you are in a hurry I do not recommend eating at either spot for dinner. The staff at Barolo Italian provide quick and excellent service! The food is also very good. Shout out for the fantastic service Barolo staff! I can’t wait for 2026 and making more amazing memories with my Hacienda & Vista family!

I recently took a trip to Cabo and stayed at The Residences at Hacienda Encantada. The property was gorgeous, and the staff was amazing! Our butler, Daniel, took great care of our every need and was so thoughtful and welcoming. I would highly Daniel and recommend this property!

It was our family’s second time visiting and we love this place. Our experience overall was great! Monse, our butler for the week was quick and efficient with dinner reservations and always responded fast with times for us! Had an issue with one of our rooms but was able to get help to change rooms from the front desk staff. Communication on last day for departure was kind of confusing with our shuttle to the airport, wasn’t where it was supposed to be but didn’t have to wait too long and arrived at airport on time still so overall a good vacation! Thank you!
