The Residences at Hacienda Encantada

Great property and relaxing atmosphere. The in-person customer service was exceptional, especially the concierge (Clemente was great) and Julio, our bartender at the swim up bar, was wonderful! 95% of the interactions were great, while we had trouble ordering room service (language barrier) to the point we couldn’t order food, so we ended up just buying snacks from the market. This was the first time here for our family. We sort of learned later in the stay that we should/could have used the concierge more than we did. I bet Clemente would’ve ordered our breakfast for us if we asked! Admittedly, I probably could’ve sharpened up a bit on my Spanish skills.

Having stayed here before, maybe I expected too much. Wrong shuttle, wrong rooms, zero help from front desk staff. Terrible.

The residences @ Hacenda Encantada have been our family meeting place for the last 10 years + we love the accommodations, such a beautiful, quite setting for us to all relax together, private pool, hot tub & grill to be able to cook our own food if we don’t feel like going out. Easy accessibility to go out downtown Cabo or San Jose for nights we want to go out- love that there are beaches close to snorkel & surf. We have grown to love Guillermo and his family and all the staff that are extremely helpful with any needs we have. Guillermo is our private butler who books any activities we may do, has great restaurant recommendations and is all around an amazing person.

During our stay at our Hacienda Encantada timeshare in Cabo San Lucas, Daniel provided exemplary service. His attention to detail, clear communication, and proactive approach made a meaningful difference throughout our visit. On our first night, he assisted us in contacting the airport regarding a missing piece of luggage — a stressful situation he handled with calm efficiency. He also ensured that missing cutlery was promptly delivered, arranged for the replacement of non‑working appliances, and coordinated repairs for a few physical issues in the unit, including a drooping shower light. Each time, he followed up to make sure everything had been resolved to our satisfaction. Daniel’s professionalism, reliability, and warm demeanor reflect the highest standards of hospitality. His commitment to ensuring our comfort was evident in every interaction, and we would gladly recommend him to future guests.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this incredible resort in Cabo! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The food here is simply delicious—each meal is a delightful experience, showcasing fresh, flavorful ingredients that satisfy every craving. The staff truly went above and beyond to make me feel like family. Special shoutout to Butler Guillermo, who was exceptional! His attentive service, kindness, and personalized recommendations made my stay all the more memorable. He truly embodies what top-tier service is all about.
