The Residences at Hacienda Encantada

Our stay at Hacienda Encantada in Cabo was truly unforgettable, and a big part of that was due to Guillermo Justo’s exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, Guillermo went above and beyond to ensure our visit was nothing short of perfect. He thoughtfully stocked the refrigerator with waters, soft drinks, Tecate, and Dos Equis XX beverages, making us feel right at home. Each day, Guillermo checked in to see how we were doing and made dinner reservations for us, taking all the hassle out of our planning. He also arranged for a seamless checkout and transportation to the airport, making our departure just as smooth as our stay. What truly touched us was Guillermo’s attention to detail for my wife’s birthday. He and the housekeeper arranged for rose petals and heart-shaped decorations, creating an incredibly romantic and memorable celebration. Guillermo’s dedication, warmth, and genuine care made our vacation truly special. We will cherish these beautiful memories for years to come, and we are grateful for Guillermo’s efforts in making our trip so extraordinary. Highly recommend!

Our stay at The Residences was phenomenal, and a huge part of that is thanks to the incredible team. Guillermo and Daniel were amazingly helpful at every single moment. Had a flawless experience here at the residences in Villa 2529. Mostly due to the efforts of Guillermo our Butler, who provided a tremendous experience. We will certainly be back and we will certainly ask for Guillermo again when we arrive.

It’s our second time at Vista Encantada and it never disappoints. The residences are lovely and so well thought out, the spa services are always top notch, and the staff truly work overtime to make sure our needs are met. Special thanks to Daniel, who was our “butler” throughout our stay and ensured we had great activity and restaurant recommendations. Yes, the Four Seasons condo buildout next door is a bummer, but I hope people can look past it and see what a gem this property truly is.

This is a wonderful facility with a wonderful staff. The Residences are very comfortable and spacious. The restaurants all had great food and drinks. I really can't find one bad thing to say about our stay at Hacienda Encantada- The Residences.
