The Residences at Hacienda Encantada

We were celebrating honeymoons, anniversaries and birthdays on this trip. It was amazing!!! Highly recommend. We stayed at the Residences and I cant describe how perfect it all was. Spoiled by amazing food and private residence with assets to all resort amenities. Guillermo was our conceige and helped us plan all Cabo had to offer according to our preferences!

This was an amazing resort we stayed in the residences that have a private pool. Guillermo was our concierge and was very knowledgeable about all the region and took very good care of us.

I visited Cabo for the first time and we stayed at this amazing resort. Everyone there made I an unforgettable stay. Unfortunately when I left I forgot a personal item of mine and luckily Guillermo found it and ran around trying to get the item back to me He stayed in contact with me everyday and found a solution and I will have it in a few days. Thank you Guillermo you truly are amazing and it means so much to me.

We had a great week at Hacienda Encantada. Guillermo Justo was our butler and he was perfect-checking in with us every day to be sure we had everything we needed. Anything we needed he delivered. His attentiveness made for the perfect vacation. Thank you Guillermo! We worked out every morning in the sky gym It’s a beautiful gym, fully equipped and very clean. Cesar, was amazing assisting us with our workouts. He was very encouraging and super knowledgeable. I highly recommend the gym and Cesar as a trainer. We can’t wait to visit again soon

We’ve owned at this resort since its inception in 2008 and upgraded to larger villas over the years. We have always had a wonderful time during our visits and this time was no different. The service staff are wonderful, including housekeeping, pool bar attendants, and especially our personal butler, Daniel “Danny” Morales. We did have several villa maintenance and repair issues and he coordinated everything for us beautifully the two weeks we were there. The villas have stunning views of the ocean and The Arch. We are in Phase 3, and the villas are definitely showing some wear and tear and were a bit “tired”. The sales staff will tell you that the villas are updated every few years, but we did not find this to be the case. That said, it doesn’t take away from the gorgeous location of the resort, the incredible views, and the beautiful infinity pools throughout the resort.
