The Residences at Hacienda Encantada

This trip was amazing. We’ve never stayed in a house as beautiful. Of course the Hacienda Encantada grounds are spectacular. Daniel: We’ve never had a butler before but we did this time. His name is Daniel and he was the absolute best. He saw to our every need. He made it so convenient to reach out to him and responded immediately. He sent golf carts, gave us suggestions, made reservations for us, and made us feel like we were at home. Oscar: Oscar from the phase 1 pool ensured we had an amazing time both days we hung out there. Felipe: And, Felipe not only helped us check in and get our luggage to our residence, but he even drove us to the hospital in the middle of the night when our friend was taken by ambulance. He recovered it was a kidney stone:-(. Over all our whole experience was amazing and our friends are begging us to take them again! We are just sad Daniel could not come home with us. Our trip to Hacienda Encantada was an experience we will never forget. The property was well maintained, very decorative and attractive. Our residence was very clean, quiet and accommodating in every facet a traveler is looking for. Monse, our butler was very professional, courteous, cheerful and was at our call immediately when requested or needed. We will surely be back to the property in the future when we visit Cabo San Lucas.

We were there from 9/26-10/2 for the Extra-Anejo party. What an amazing trip! Such fun activities plus breakfast/dinners-the food was Fabulous! The wait staff at both Las Marias and Mestizo were very attentive and friendly. While the weather dampened the sunset cruise activity, Ariel and Monseratt made up for it with Extra-Anejo fun for everyone! Daniel was our butler and he was EXCELENTE! He was very attentive and communicated daily even on his days off. He arranged for another mattress for the fold out couch as the one we had was curled up and unusable. Elder was also very helpful and friendly from check in and throughout the week. Marco and Trinidad were also very attentive, helpful and always smiling! Housekeeping staff were thorough, efficient and friendly. Stephanie & Evelyn are to be commended for arranging and the follow through for Extra-Anejo-2026. We truly feel that this trip felt like coming home again! Thank you to everyone!

The entire experience was exceptional. The resort property was breathtakingly gorgeous at every turn. The service by staff was outstanding and went beyond what we would have expected. Our “butler” Guillermo even brought a forgotten phone all the way to the airport prior to our departure! He went above and beyond and provided remarkable service! From the moment we arrived, he was warm, welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. He made us feel like VIPs and set the tone for an amazing stay. **Trinidad – Cart Service** Trinidad was always friendly, helpful, and ready to get us where we needed to go with a smile. His positive attitude and excellent service made getting around the resort effortless and enjoyable. **Marco – Cart Service** Marco was another outstanding member of the team. He was always so accommodating, friendly, and attentive. His great attitude made every ride around the resort something to look forward to. **Guillermo – Butler** Guillermo was exceptional! His attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made us feel pampered.He anticipated our needs and provided the kind of personalized service that makes a vacation extraordinary. **Maria – Maid Service** Maria deserves special recognition for keeping everything so beautifully taken care of. She was incredibly kind, thorough, and attentive. Coming back to a beautifully cared-for room made our stay even more relaxing. **Gustavo – Patio Bar** Gustavo was fantastic! He provided wonderful service with such a friendly personality and made our time at the patio bar even more enjoyable. He truly knows how to make guests feel welcome. **Oscar – Patio Bar** Oscar was absolutely wonderful and another reason the patio bar became one of our favorite places to spend time. His attentiveness, friendliness, and great service were exceptional. **Samuel – Patio Bar** Samuel was outstanding! He was warm, personable, and attentive, and always made us feel like we were his most important guests. His service definitely helped make our vacation over the top. **Efigenia – Patio Cook** Efigenia was amazing! Her food was delicious, but it was her care and pride in what she prepared that really stood out. Everything was made with such warmth and attention to detail. **Benjamin – Patio Cook** Benjamin was equally fantastic. His cooking and friendly service added so much to our experience. The patio food was one of the highlights of our stay, and he played a huge part in making it special. **These incredible employees are what make Hacienda Encantada a five-star resort in our eyes.Their genuine hospitality, kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel like family rather than just guests. We have stayed at many resorts, but it is the people who make you want to come back — and Clemente, Trinidad, Marco, Guillermo, Maria, Gustavo, Oscar, Samuel, Efigenia, and Benjamin are exactly those people.
