Some Positives and Some Negatives
The villa and the overall complex were really nice as was our butler, our cleaning staff and all the rest of the service staff. We did not appreciate: The time share sales pressure - we said we were not interested multiple times over multiple days! The fact we could not take an Uber from our villa to locations outside the resort and had to use way more expensive taxis to get out - time for a change in policy! Not being allowed to bring in our own caterer to our own villa for a special dinner meal! - time for a change in policy! The cost of drinks and meals - so we ate elsewhere for most of our vacation.

Dream of a Week at Vista Encantada
Utterly amazing week! Guillermo was our butler and made sure we knew how to get the most out of every amenity throughout each day. He booked all our restaurants reservations on day one. The resort is exquisitely maintained. The service staff make you feel like family- Isabel and Kevin at Vista pool, and Daniel in Mestizo, in particular. If I had to pick a favorite- I'd say the food at Mestizo for dinner was amazing!!! There were 6 of us and everyone's meal was fantastic.

Best Service from our Butler Monserrat!
We had our first stay at The Resisdences that included our own private butler, Monserrat. She took care of every need we had over our 2 weeks at the resort. This was our first time having a butler. She was on top of all our needs and suggested many things to us that enhanced our stay. We look forward to returning to the Residences and having our butler Monserrat again!

Best Butler Guillermo
What made this special was all of attention we received from Guillermo. He scheduled out all of our restaurant reservations, gave us daily check-ins, provided us the the menus. Guillermo is remarkably focused on making guests feel special and cared for.
