We had the absolute pleasure of being taken care of by Guillermo during our stay, and once again, he exceeded every expectation. His friendliness is unmatched — he greets us like old friends each year, instantly making us feel welcome and at home. Guillermo goes above and beyond to ensure every detail of our vacation is perfect. Whether it’s handling reservations, coordinating experiences, or anticipating our needs before we even ask, his willingness to help is truly remarkable. Every need is met before we even realize we have one. Another special shoutout to Jocelin, who truly goes above and beyond in her housekeeping role. Her kindness and attention to detail made our stay even more memorable, and it’s the little touches that meant the most — our kids will be talking about her towel swans for years to come! This is a beautiful resort. Everyone was very nice and helpful, especially Danny. He made dinner reservations and even helped us with booking a whale watching boat ride. It was amazing and we will be back.

We love it down here! Best place and the best staff! Everyone is so kind and attentive as far as the service staff goes. Guillermo our butler always takes great care of us. Trinidad and Marco are always Johnny on the spot! Our kids love that they all treat us like family here. Hacienda Encantada feels like home. 🏡 ❤️
