The Residences at Hacienda Encantada

Daniel our Butler is probably the most caring person we have encountered during our travels, he makes sure that you are comfortable and that you have what you need or what you need to know. The resort itself is spectacular and the amenities are excellent and close to the marina and the shopping district. The rest of the staff is very nice and will work with you.

From the minute we arrived to the day we left we had the best time! This resort and our house was beautiful as always. Our butler Daniel Morales is the best! He made sure every day we were happy and booked all our reservations and answered our questions, day and night. Even when he was off work! Daniel helped us figure out which day was best to do the camel ride and boat ride, weather wise and he was spot on. He made sure we got the special at the spa and we loved it so much too. Hacienda Encantada is always top notch and they do everything right from the food to housekeeping too. We will be back again for many years.

We had an excellent time at the residences. The houses are beautiful, clean, and spacious. While using the resorts other pools and hot tubs are a lot of fun, it was great to have both in the back yard for our personal use when we wanted more of a quiet time to ourselves. We used the grill quite a bit, and the staff made sure it was scrubbed spotless each day. Also our residence’s butler, Daniel, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, and he was always very quick to respond to a message or call. Staying at the Hacienda Encantada has always been fantastic, but a stay at the residences always feels a little more special.

We have had another wonderful stay. So many adventures here in Cabo. Our butler Estafania has done a wonderful job making our stay feel welcoming like we are part of the family. We have a great housekeeper Angelina who has kept us neat and tidy. Thank You for another year of fun and memories. ❤️

We come to HE every year for Christmas with our family and keep coming back. The location is beautiful and the service makes you feel like you are part of the HE family. We stay in both Phase 3 and the Residences, understanding that no place is perfect, the atmosphere here is wonderful. The rooms are very clean with maid service daily if desired. By far the best part of all of this has been our house manager (butler) Estefania. She goes out her way to make sure our family is treated like family. Even on her days off she checks with us to see if there is anything we need. She is truly Familia!! We will be back next year and look forward to this experience again. Thank you Estefania for being the best, our family really appreciates it! See you next year!!!
