The Residences at Hacienda Encantada

This is a wonderful facility with a wonderful staff. The Residences are very comfortable and spacious. The restaurants all had great food and drinks. I really can't find one bad thing to say about our stay at Hacienda Encantada- The Residences.

The Hacienda Encantada Recidences are absolutely amazing! This is always a return vacation for us! What makes it even better is the service and staff. Our concierge, David is THE BEST. We have had the pleasure of having him twice and he is really what makes the trip flawless. Everyday he made sure we had exactly everything we need, checked in on us often, and just all in all took complete care of us. That’s what vacation is all about, we felt so pampered! The whole resort is gorgeous, the food, the views, the cleanliness is outstanding, highly recommended if you want a real treat!

The Residences at Hacienda Encantada was a great experience for our family. I'll start with the Villa we stayed in. It was exactly as described online, the 3 bedroom villa also had 5 1/2 bathrooms and was exactly as pictured. The backyard has every amenity you would want on vacation. Pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, fire pit and chairs to sit out on balcony or in the backyard and lay in the sun. The property was very clean and it came with daily house keeping in which they did the dishes, changed out linens and towels and if we needed anything at all they would run it over immediately from staff on site of the resort. The A/C was great, it kept the property very cool even though it was extremely hot outside. Each room is also equipped with a fan if you prefer that. Most everything worked perfectly in the villa, and our butler checked in with us to make sure that all was good. We did have a problem with our hot tub one evening and they were there first thing in the morning to fix it. We felt that maintenance and house keeping were very available if needed at any time. The resort itself is very nice, it offers 4 different pools at which you have bars and food as well. Our favorite was the rooftop pool on top of the main building at the resort. It has a stunning view and also had a very large hot tub that has an amazing view of Cabo. The resort is fairly big, but a great part about it is you can call for golf cart service to get anywhere on the resort at all times, and within 5 minutes of calling someone was picking us up. We had 3 or 4 meals onsite and the food was good at each restaurant. Food was reasonably priced and about what you would expect to pay for food and drinks on vacation. There is a all inclusive package available also but it didn't make sense for us to do with our family. The resort is approx. 12-15 minutes via Uber, Taxi or shuttle to the marina area of Cabo, so its in a great location and there are many places to eat nearby if you want to go off site. Only negative I could find in the resort is that the beach is not a swimmable beach, we knew that going in to our experience so it didn't bother us one bit, but for families or people staying at the resort who want to be able to swim at the beach this resort doesn't cater to you. That being said there are nice beaches within a 10-15 minute drive. The pools were perfect enough for our family. One of the best parts about our whole trip was the service from our Butler. Danny was AWESOME the whole time! He had ideas to make our trip better, helped us arrange rides, answered calls and texts at any time to help, checked on us multiple times a day to see if we needed anything but wasn't overbearing at all. Anything we needed or had questions on he helped us. He made myself and our family really enjoy the resort and our week long trip and helped us feel safe and comfortable if we needed anything at all. I would definitely recommend the resort and staying in the villas based off our experience.

This is our third visit to the Residences at Hacienda Encantada. We absolutely love this property and all of the amenities it provides. It’s like a beautiful home away from home! The service is excellent, and we especially love the butler service. We’ve been fortunate enough to have the same butler each time we have traveled here and he is exceptional! Daniel took care of every request and need we had with urgency and a smile on his face. He helped us with numerous restaurant reservations and multiple activities. He was very responsive had wonderful suggestions. We are looking forward to coming back soon and look forward to see Daniel’s smiling face when we arrive! We highly recommend this resort and the Residence accommodations.

I love hacienda encantada.. It is beautiful along with the view. The staff always goes above and beyond to welcome us. Love Manny at the front desk that always corrects any issues. Love to see Felipe.. Trinidad and Marco. That are always willing to help. Had guellermo as our butler. And he went above and beyond to find my granddaughters purse.
