The Residences at Hacienda Encantada

Our experience was wonderful. The resort is beautiful, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Our accommodations were lovely and well-appointed. The resort is large but easy to navigate, with many options ranging from the beach to rooftop pools. Restaurant options are varied, with great-quality food and excellent service. Menus include local and regional selections as well as other options. We found all the staff to be exceedingly friendly at every turn, and we never encountered an unfriendly face. Housekeeping services were exceptional. Special callouts to our incredible butler, Guillermo, who is a true professional and always makes everything special. Martin at the Vista pool was our best friend all week long. Beto, Gustavo, and the team in the bar were incredible in the evenings. Servers at El Eden, especially Gustavo, rocked. Breakfast with Kevin and Eleazar was made extra special by their great service and that of others, especially the lady who makes the omelettes. The lobby team, including Adan, Marco, Trinidad, and Humberto bring everything together on a daily basis. There were no complaints from anyone in our group!

We enjoyed our time. Clemente, Carina, Moses and Rafa were standouts in providing exceptional service! We had 3 grandchildren under age 5, and our 4 children along with us to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We stayed at the residences. It was beautiful, we enjoyed the facilities and restaurants, The food was great.

What a great place! Also Clemente and the best butler!!! Super helpful, responsive and knowledgeable about the property! He took care of my family and I and helped make our trip seamless!

The highlight of our trip were the workers at Hacienda Encantada. Filepe the cart driver was always so friendly and helpful. He really took care of us, Reyna Guadalupe kept our place clean and always well stocked. She did a fantastic job both morning and night and Teresa in the restaurant at the breakfast buffet was a joy. Always so friendly and helpful. The grounds and staff at the Encantada were amazing but the food was a huge disappointment. I would not recommend the premium all inclusive, it is definitely not worth the extra money. The pools play loud music and the drinks are watered down. Beautiful resort, friendly staff but not great food. We stayed in the Residences and they were amazing. If I would rate the food out of 5, I would give it a 2. If we came again we would stay in the Residences and buy our own food and alcohol.

This was our second visit to Hacienda Encantada and it was better than the first. Our butler, Monserrat, was there for our every need and want which made everything so much better! Will plan on going back next year!
