Our annual family getaway at Hacienda Encantada, was another incredible experience! Whether you are searching for a relaxing get away or an action packed vacation this is the resort for you! We are always welcomed with open arms by everyone on staff at the resort! Our family has created a strong tenure with this group here over the years! Clemente & his associates continue to impress by going above and beyond with their hospitality! We can always count on this crew to take care of every detail that is requested to make everyday just right! We appreciate everything and everyone that makes our vacation so easy and enjoyable!

Residences
Our stay at the residences was amazing. The house was beautiful. All three bedrooms were spacious and had attached bathrooms and large closets. Having the pool and the hot tub in the backyard was amazing. Our house keeper, Eusefia, was wonderful. She made sure the house was taken care of and was so kind. We’d love to come back again!

Wonderful vacation
Our experience at Hacienda Encantada was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and attentive ~ especially, our butler, Clemente. No request EVER went ungranted. It was top notch!!!

Best all inclusive hotel
Hacienda Encantada is such a wonderful exclusive resort that has superb service. Every person that works there that we encountered has been amazing. Shout out to our Butler, Clemente. He is the best. Shout out to our server Kevin and our golf cart chauffers. We forgot all our names. Our stay has been beyond amazing. Can’t wait to go back and bring more friends and families along
