Another memorable family vacation at the Residences at Hacienda Encantada! Guillermo, our butler, made sure our experience was perfect. From the minute we arrived he helped with dinner reservations, transportation, spa treatments and assuring our villa was perfect! Our housekeeper, Guadalupe, was excellent as were our cart drivers, Marco, Antonio and Trinidad. Thank you, Guillermo, We’ll see you next year😎

We love Hacienda Encantada. The private villas are the perfect place for our big family. And Monse is so helpful in accommodating, getting all of our activities and dinners scheduled. We always arrive feeling welcomed and leave feeling relaxed. Highly recommend!

We return to The Residences at Hacienda Encantada every year and always request Montserrat as our butler. Montse has become one of those rare gems who turns a great vacation into an unforgettable one. She consistently delivers a level of care, anticipates needs, adds thoughtful touches, and does it all with genuine warmth, creating a bond that feels less like service and more like friendship. What sets Montse apart is her intuition. She notices the little things: the activities you enjoy, the moments when you want privacy and the moments when you’d appreciate a surprise. She assists lining up our transportation, books our dinner reservations, makes restaurant suggestions on and off the resort, she elevates every day with gestures that feel personal and thoughtful, never routine. Whether she’s arranging something special to celebrate an occasion or simply checking in with a smile that makes you feel instantly at home, she brings a sincerity that’s impossible to teach. Her presence has become part of why we return year after year. The resort is beautiful, the amenities are wonderful, but Montse is the heart of our experience. She embodies hospitality at its very best—gracious, attentive, and genuinely invested in making each stay memorable. If you’re fortunate enough to have Montserrat as your butler, you’ll understand why we can’t imagine our trips without her!

Guillermo and the staff at Hacienda Encantada continue to work relentlessly to ensure all of your hospitality needs are met at the greatest level of care. There isn't an ask too big or small that Guillermo doesn't promptly handle with the utmost professionalism. This was our fifth consecutive year staying at The Residences, and we look forward to returning from the moment we depart. Trinidad and Marco swiftly took care of local transport around the resort and made sure our luggage made it to and from our villa upon arrival and departure. Guadeloupe was our phenomenal housekeeper, providing daily makeup service, from making beds to cleaning kitchen and bathrooms, making our villa feel especially homey. Daryl punctually accommodated or daily needs, delivering fresh ice to the villa, and going the extra mile by asking whether we needed anything more, including transport to/from dinner at the resort. Without even needing to make a call, Daryl was ready to take us to our dinner reservation on time, and was waiting to take us back to the villa once dinner was complete. The resort amenities are top tier, coupled with one of the most beautiful views of the sea and coastline in all of Cabo. The fitness center is modern and clean, and located at the top floor next to El Atico, and offers incredible views. Cesar (gym attendant) is welcoming, offering water, towel and any other support you need while exercising. Monica at the lobby coffee bar pleasantly greeted me every morning following a workout. The patio pool (adults only section) was a fun break from the privacy of the villa. Juan and Omar made sure any food and beverage requests were quickly met, checking in with us regularly whether we were lounging by the cliffside enjoying a spectacular view, or cooling off in the pool. The lunch offerings at the patio pool were also delicious, especially the shrimp tacos. The world class service offered by the staff here is obviously a baseline expectation, and sets the bar especially high. Cannot wait until our next visit!

Guillermo has been our butler for years, and I cannot say enough good things about him. He is like family to us now. He is always on top of it, gives us excellent restaurant recommendations and great service. We typically stay at Hacienda Encantada 2-3 times a year, and request him every time!
