Our Home Away from Home
We love coming back to this place ... and the staff always makes us feel so welcome. From the greeting we get from Trinidad and Marco in the Bell Staff, to the attention from our Butler Guillermo, along the great cleaning services we get from Virjinia in Housekeeping and the encouragement from Cesar in the Sky Gym we are extremely well taken care of. Thank you all! Already looking forward to our next visit.

Relaxing week, great weather, and attentive service.
Staff are friendly, very helpful, and attentive. Grounds are immaculately maintained. Stayed at The Residences and enjoyed the pool and quiet surroundings. We like being able to go to any of the several pools on property but enjoy the serenity at the Villa/Residences pool the best. This is our second year having Daniel Morales as our butler. His service was impeccable which made our vacation even better. He provided just the right amount of attention and offers great suggestions/options. Definitely will request Daniel the next time.

Once again our 2 week stay in a 3 bedroom residence was outstanding. Starting right at check in with our butler Daniel Morelas upon our arrival. Everyday Daniel would message us and stop by for a visit to see if we required his help on anything we may need. Faniel thanks for the great hospitality.

We love this resort most of all for the friendly staff. We’ve been staying here for 3 weeks each year since 2018. Our butler Guillermo goes above and beyond in helping us with any issues we ask for from activities to reservations and any questions we may have. His response is always “on it “ with a smile. My wife says this is her happy place. Thanks Guillermo.
