The Residences at Hacienda Encantada

We celebrated a 60th birthday with a total of around 30 family and friends. We stayed at a 3 bedroom residence, 4 bedroom at Vista and 6 studios at HE. Beautiful and clean property and residences/suites. Excellent services from our welcome drinks, check-in, rides on the golf carts to our residence/suites and throughout the property. Beautiful views from all over the property which I’ll never get tired of. We also saw whales breaching! So much to do here! From our private pool, to multiple pools all over the property, tennis, pickleball, beach volleyball, mini golf, biking, horseback riding. This property has everything on my check list! We even attended Sunday mass at the beautiful in-property church on top of the cliffs overlooking the Sea of Cortez ❤️ Of course, saving the best for last, our Residence butler Estefania made our stay the most pleasant and memorable! She arranged our dining, transportation, housekeeping and grocery deliveries to our room. She also beautifully decorated our place with birthday balloons and decorations for our 60th birthday 🎂. I highly suggest to request her! Last, I hate to do this because with this exception we had nothing but the best experiences here. We had all our guests come to our residence to enjoy bbq and swimming in our private yard during daytime hours. I guess a few of our neighbors were jealous of our happy and fun guests that they complained about the noise. A rep from the resort asked us to keep our noise down! First of all this is not a nursing home, second it’s daytime and not 10pm-8am, third we are not obnoxious! A few neighbors a couple houses down said they did not hear anything from our house and said they’ll have a party at their place and join us! Lol! That’s my only “beef” from our experience.

We had a great time staying at a 2bdrm residence. Daniel our butler was on point and eager make sure we were taken care of. Thank you!!

Our stay at The Residences at Hacienda Encantada was absolutely incredible, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to our butler, Daniel Morales. Daniel went above and beyond every single day. He always made sure we had transportation ready whenever we needed it, checked in on us regularly at our villa, and secured reservations at the best restaurants on the property. No matter what we needed, he handled it quickly and with a genuine smile. We traveled with our family for our wedding week, and Daniel took amazing care of all of us. His professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and sincere hospitality made us feel like more than guests—he made us feel like family. If you’re fortunate enough to have Daniel as your butler, you’re in the best hands. He played a huge role in making our wedding and vacation absolutely unforgettable. Thank you, Daniel, for everything you did for us. We will always remember your kindness and look forward to seeing you again on our next trip to Cabo!

Hacienda Encantada truly feels like my Home away from Home! We first experienced it in 2007, only phase 1 was constructed, when we arrived in port while on a cruise ship! We've been to Hacienda Encantada six times since then and have stayed the past two times at The Residences. Hacienda never disappoints!! When staying at The Residences, you have access to a butler/consierge to enhance the experience. We've been so lucky to have Monserrat both times now!!! We met Monse in 2020 at the El Patio pool, so were so happy to see her again in 2024, as our butler!! She is the BEST and truly wants to make your stay memorable and enjoyable!! She took care of ALL our needs and even some we didn't know we had!! From getting shuttle tickets, booking a whale watching excursion, our spa time, decorating the house herself for our friend's birthday party the night she booked our private chef, who happened to be Dony and he was amazing!! SO, special shoutout to Monse for always being so caring and attentive~~ her attention to detail is immpecable! We love you Monse!!! Everyone is always top notch at Hacienda Encantada, so that's why my family knows that's my Heaven on Earth! I even designed our backyard to bring Hacienda Home!! Hacienda never disappoints and I'm always sad when we have to leave! It truly is my #HomeSweetHacienda!! So until we are able to return, take care and we'll see you soon Hacienda Encantada!
