Top notch service and beautiful setting.
We’ve been here several times and the staff are always our highlight. Their care, concern and attension to detail are always top notch. Jose, Ofelia, Cirileo, little Jose, Raciel at The Ridge, Jose and Esela at Colima, Anahi at the Sports Bar were all attentive and fun to interact with. Abril kept our room clean and orderly. The facility is itself beautiful and well maintained, views are stunning. We opted for the ‘all inclusive package’ which made things very easy and I think is a good value when you add things up. The food is good and servings are generous. Drinks were good, too. Security is good on location. We walked into town to do a little shopping and felt safe (watch for traffic tho). We love coming here. It’s a relaxing way to spend a vacation.

Outstanding service from an incredible staff
Very good week spent on the ridge due to the staff who made our time restful. Shout out to Jose, Ofelia, Cirileo, little Jose, Jose at Colima, Raciel, Daniel, Anahi and Elesa at the Sports bar. Also the maid service from Abril.

Wonderful family vacation in Cabo San Lucas
Wonderful time at Playa Grande! Facilities and staff all top notch! Especially enjoyed the Monday Mexican Fiesta. Ophelia at the Ridge restaurant is the best server for breakfast and a great Spanish teacher

Excellent first time
The bartenders and servers were so friendly and hospitable! The ceviche and breakfast were so yummy! Really happy to have stayed and dined here.
