Playa Grande is the best. Uriel at the Ridge is the best. Been coming 20 years. Don't forget to tip the servers. They are awesome.

The hotel is super clean. The staff is very attentive and genuine. The views are gorgeous. The food is decent but can improve. The entertainment is sooo funny with Roberto and the crew. Cirilo and the other waiters are warm, attentive, and genuine. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The pool at the ridge!
A great mix of calm and exciting all at the same time. We loved all the staff especially Raciel the ridge bartender.. We come every year at the ridge for the personal experience we get.

Our room at Playa Grande was being remodeled this year so we stayed up at The Ridge. We ran into our old friend Rasiel still bartending and reminiscing with us about old times down at the lower pool bar. Ofelia took very good care of us up at the infinity pool at The Ridge. Down at the lower pools, Julio Cesar took great care of us as well. It was also great to see Samuel, Hector and Edgar at the front door, greeting us with open arms when we arrived. Emanuel at the front desk was a pleasant addition to the staff this year. We even went over to Grand Solmar to say to get a hug from old friends Danny and Manny who are still working the front door to get you in, and get you where you need to go. Even our house keeper, Inocencia Ramirez Lopez added to the quality of our Cabo vacation. We thank all of you for treating us like our family away from home. We can't wait to see them all again next year.

Loved the food at the poolside cafe. How often can you say that lol. Amazing service and Jose was super friendly and helpful!
