Great trip!
An amazing trip! One of the best parts was the incredible service. Specifically, Julio Garcia was absolutely phenomenal. He is one of the main reasons I would come back to this resort. He checked in on us constantly and gave us great service with all the restaurants. Thanks so much Julio, can’t wait to see you next time!

Beautiful resort with kind and helpful staff
Extremely friendly and kind staff Julio Garcia was a great host and conversationalist at El Patron. The food and drinks at El Neptune were amazing and I especially recommend the pork chop. The service is prompt and very clean.

Villa del Arco was awesome!!
Absolutely beautiful resort with excellent amenities, including a great selection of on-site restaurants with very good food options. Rooms are tastefully appointed and very clean. Service level of the staff members was top notch. Flavio, Camila and Gloria were exceptional in the El Patron restaurant. Eduardo was so attentive by the pool that it felt like we had our own personal butler. The activities host by the pool, Valery, was such fun and enthusiastic. The entire experience was an A+. I would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone.
