Worst hotel ever
maybe THE worst place ever. Service was completed horrible and there is bugs everywhere. Tried to get my friend inside and they denied her service even though her stuff was in my room. Seriously the worst place in Mexico not worth any price I don't think I would stay here if it was one dollar per night. Do not stay here if you are a teen, unsafe, gross and disgusting.

Good Food & Great Service
Stayed in Cabo and had a great experience. Joel was a great server — my drink never ran out and he was always on top of anything we needed. Food was really good too. Would recommend.

Great food, better service
Phenomenal dinning experience. The food was amazing and our server, Ramses, was so kind and professional. We plan on returning throughout our stay.

All employees very friendly and accommodating The entire resort and pool was very clean A special recognition to Mariano( bell boy) All the elite concierges and Joshua and Oswaldo (pool attendants)
