Villa del Arco Beach Resort & Spa

We had a marvelous time at Villa de Arco! The beach, the pools, the restaurants, the rooms were glorious! In general the service was excellent, but one standout was Iris at the Taco Bar. She made us feel welcome every time we saw her, and her smile was contagious! We were also quite entranced by Isabel at Baja California and Eddie at Neptune. The Spa was so elegant and the massage was sensational!

We had the most incredible stay at Villa del Arco, and a huge part of that was thanks to the outstanding concierge service. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive, kind, and sweet. What we appreciated most was how genuine they were never pushy or aggressive with sales, but instead completely focused on accommodating our needs and making our stay comfortable. ​The highlight of our trip was deciding to do an impromptu gender reveal. Fernanda, the concierge, jumped right in to help us! She was so keen, enthusiastic, and genuinely kind as she helped us figure out exactly how we were going to reveal the big news. She turned a last-minute idea into a magical, stress-free moment that we will cherish forever. If you are looking for a resort that truly cares about its guests, this is it. Dimitri is one of our favorite servers for dinner at El Patron. Always greets us with a smile and a hug. Attentive, funny, friendly, makes us feel like family.
