Restaurant choices and changes not positive
Arco used to be our favorite resort for our family. We loved the restaurants, pools, and swimmable beach. However, they have recently updated the restaurants and we are so disappointed. They have salad bars and dessert bars in most of the restaurants now. We can no longer order appetizers, salads, or desserts at most of the restaurants and have to go to the salad bars. Some of the best things about Arco were the amazing restaurant menus. It feels like they are choosing the cheap route. I think we will be sticking with Tafer properties in the future. So disappointed!.

Fun volleyball
Rodo at the volleyball court and all the activities was excellent. He’s full of personality and makes everything fun. Can’t wait to come back in October and do it all over

Worst hotel ever
maybe THE worst place ever. Service was completed horrible and there is bugs everywhere. Tried to get my friend inside and they denied her service even though her stuff was in my room. Seriously the worst place in Mexico not worth any price I don't think I would stay here if it was one dollar per night. Do not stay here if you are a teen, unsafe, gross and disgusting.

Good Food & Great Service
Stayed in Cabo and had a great experience. Joel was a great server — my drink never ran out and he was always on top of anything we needed. Food was really good too. Would recommend.

Great food, better service
Phenomenal dinning experience. The food was amazing and our server, Ramses, was so kind and professional. We plan on returning throughout our stay.
