Enrique and Alejandro made our trip great!
I had the best experience at Villa Del Estancia considering a hurricane disturbed our trip. But at the pool, the service was phenomenal! Enrique and Alejandro were the best servers one could ask for! On our first and second day (before the hurricane) Alejandro served us and made sure all our needs were met. He was very accommodating even when I couldn't make up my mind about ice in my drink! Enrique sealed the deal on our last day here! He was very attentive and checked on us frequently by the pool and even remembered our drink orders and kept us hydrated! I even learned a new Spanish word! I now know how to say "straw" in Spanish. We will make an effort to return when Hurricane season is gone and we will be looking for Enrique and Alejandro! I suggest you do the same! See you later guys!!! They deserve raises!

Our eating and lounging experience was great because of the wonderful service that was provided by Enrique, Alberto and Alexandro. Their service was excellent and I would highly recommend them to others.

Fabulous experience.
I stayed at Villa la Estancia. From the moment I arrived until I left, I was treated like royalty. Although everyone went above and beyond, always with smiles on their faces, Ana, Joselin, and Carina stand out. The entire compound made me feel welcome and safe. Thank you for helping make my trip so fantastic!

Best Restaurant on Property
Latitude Steakhouse Carlos the manager welcomed us warmly our first night. We enjoyed him and the service so much we must’ve ate there 6 times during our two week stay. Santiago the server was helpful, friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed Enrique, the server assistant. I was sad saying goodbye and as we left there were many warm hugs. One night after our fishing trip, Susana, Manager, and the Chef prepared the fish we caught. It was a surprisingly great deal for the preparation. They checked to make sure it was good and some sides were included in the pricing. All the cooks there were wonderful. Thank you for many good meals.

I just returned from a fabulous holiday at the Villa La Estancia Cabo San Lucas. The hotel is luxurious, and the location is without a doubt the best with a view of the arch at Land's End! Our package included breakfast buffet every morning. The staff at the restaurant Casona are professional, friendly and overall lovely people. We received very good service throughout our stay. The breakfast food offered was amazing. Dinner was also definitely high end. Our sunset dinner was especially set up for our dining right on the beach... very romantic. We watched the sunset and enjoyed the clear starry night sky from the sand. Our package also included spa treatment which was thoroughly enjoyable. The facilities are quite new with modern amenities, and we felt completely pampered! We love to go back and soon!
