Villa La Estancia - Cabo San Lucas

The staff are incredible here! Alejandro is one of the best waiters by the pool. He always checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. He would greet us everyday no matter where we were in the pool! He goes above and beyond his job. He truly is a hard worker. Thank you Alejandro for an incredible week!

We were absolutely blown away by our experience at Villa La Estancia! This was a family trip with two kids (13 and 10), and we had two other families with us who also had similar aged children. All three families were just so, so happy with the decision to stay at La Estancia. First, the location is amazing and while the beach right outside was pretty rough surf, just a short way down the sand was a much more swimmable beach with a line of buoys to mark it off from the jet skis, etc. The rooms are beautiful and luxurious and the food is all to die for. We really thought that the website didn't do justice to how gorgeous the property is. It's also very quiet, which was great. Next door at Villa de Palmar it was much louder with music, and we had the option to go there but we didn't NEED to do it. And the SERVICE! It was to die for. None of us were used to being catered to so helpfully and we all loved it. A few folks that we need to call out specifically: - LUIS in concierge, upgraded us immediately from the garden room that we paid for to a gorgeous ocean view unit. He was so helpful in answering our questions since this was our first time in Mexico and first time doing all-inclusive. - SANTIAGO, PAOLA, MICHELLE, FREDY, ESCARLET, RICARDO, EDGAR and MINE at La Casona were all just ridiculously friendly to us and helpful to my kids when ordering. Special shout out to Fredy for always recognizing us and never asking our room number after the first day. We felt so special! - ALBERTO at the pool! Seriously, if you can get in his section when staying here, it's going to be amazing. We never had to ask for more water, he was always there with a bucket of ice waters, and he knew the kids by the second day. Even after his day off he remembered our room number and all of our preferences. We ended up choosing seats in his section just so that we could have him as our waiter. We are all dying to go back now, and we definitely will!

This was our 3rd stay here, we got an older villa over the main building kinda blah. La Casona restaurant breakfast service was not up to par, got our orders wrong several times the dinner service was a little better. The pool was freaking hot like they were heating it up, not refreshing at all. We will not stay here again.

Beautiful, relaxing and pampering. The property manager Johana was always available for any questions or requests. This place is perfectly located near the poolside and the beachfront. Every amenity top notch.

We’ve been coming to Cabo for 13 years and keep coming back to Villa La Estancia. Tried other places but none give us the experience we get here - Villas are beautiful and well appointed. I’ve stayed in various different units, recently in 1201b and 2405. - 1201b: can’t beat the view, corner Unit right on the beach, can hear the ocean even with the doors closed. Honestly one of the best views I’ve ever had in Cabo. very clean, updated with small kitchenette that was perfect for us. - 2405 is stunning. You walk in and instantly feel the beauty of this unit, wrapping you in elegance and comfort. Perfectly appointed kitchen, baths and bed rooms. I didn’t want to leave. We curled up on the cloud sofa and binged Netflix one night. Felt like home - Joanna the concierge was amazing we decided to extend our stay and she helped us find an available unit and had all our belongings moved. / it was my husbands birthday and I wanted to surprise him with a private sunset cruise. She took care of it all. All we had to do was show up. She is amazing - best bartender is Pedro at the pool bar. He knew what we wanted before we ever ordered. And drinks did not disappoint. We would set down our empty cups and he’d have another already made. /. All the workers were so nice, many of them r remembered us from previous visits which mafe us feel so welcomed, Will always come here and can’t wait to book next trip.
