Consistently Exceptional Service Year After Year
I’ve been staying at Villa La Estancia in Cabo several times a year for over 20 years, and I have never once been disappointed. The level of service is consistently exceptional, from the bell staff to the servers, front desk team, maintenance, and housekeeping. Every detail is handled with care, and everything has always been fantastic. During this most recent visit, I hosted a cocktail event, and Paola Garcia, the manager of La Casona, along with her team, truly went above and beyond to make it special. Every detail was executed seamlessly, and they exceeded all expectations. The food was outstanding, and the entire staff continues to deliver a warm, attentive, and elevated experience. I would absolutely recommend staying here and look forward to returning again and again.

THIS IS WHAT A 5***** STAR RESORT SHOULD BE !
I was fortunate enough to come in contact with the Douglas Dodge the GM. Its apparent the resorts high standard begins with Mr. Dodge and flows down throughout the his entire staff. Some outstanding notable staff we encountered were: Oliver the concierge & Adrain the pool attendant, but we encountered dozens of staff that greeted us with a warm hola and they hand over their heart. Thank you to them all.

Enrique and Angela are the best
We recently stayed at Villa La Estancia in Cabo San Lucas, and I can honestly say this has been our best Mexico vacation yet. We’ve traveled to several resorts over the years, and this one truly stands out. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The level of friendliness and attention to detail was on another level. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained, which really adds to the overall experience. The food and restaurants exceeded our expectations, with great variety and consistently high quality. The pools were fantastic, and one thing I personally appreciated was the fully equipped gym, which is not always a given at resorts. What really made the trip special, though, was the service. It was exceptional across the board. I want to give a special thank you to Enrique and Angela, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their kindness and attention to our family did not go unnoticed. Overall, this was an incredible experience, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay in Cabo.

I just returned from a fabulous holiday at the Villa La Estancia Cabo San Lucas. The hotel is luxurious, and the location is without a doubt the best with a view of the arch at Land's End! Our package included breakfast buffet every morning. The staff at the restaurant Casona are professional, friendly and overall lovely people. We received very good service throughout our stay. The breakfast food offered was amazing. Dinner was also definitely high end. Our sunset dinner was especially set up for our dining right on the beach... very romantic. We watched the sunset and enjoyed the clear starry night sky from the sand. Our package also included spa treatment which was thoroughly enjoyable. The facilities are quite new with modern amenities, and we felt completely pampered! We love to go back and soon!
