Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal

So excellent, in every respect. We were treated so well. Received a room upgrade fit for royalty. One unanticipated touch was, for my birthday I was sent a small Waldorf-Astoria cake just like the ones my mother made for me on my birthday when I was a child. I had forgotten about that (we're looking at 60 years ago). Anyway, how do you beat this... you don't.

Continually one of the best resorts we’ve ever been to. The service at this hotel is what sets it apart from any other hotel in the world. The concierge butler, Rey, did an outstanding job with helping with any issues, booking reservations and even double checking restaurants for us when we wanted a last minute reservation. He went so above and beyond for us and made us feel deeply welcomed. We ate at Don Manuel’s twice during our 4 night stay and each time we were completely blown away by the high end Mexican flavors and dishes. Their aguachile dish was incredible we could drink the sauce like a soup! Another favorite was their catch of the day in a sweet potato puree that still very much had a Mexican flare and was so amazing. And during the day my husband was obsessed with their Mexican pizzas and fish tacos! Our 2 servers were so incredibly kind, Rafael and Omar you could tell were so passionate about their careers and so happy and proud to work here. You really felt like family and they went above and beyond to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. Most of all I love this Waldorf’s spa the best. There is no where like this in the world. It’s truly something incredibly special with their foot scrub ritual and the pool area where they bring you fresh popsicles. I also took advantage of their in room bath soaks 2 different nights called Inner Goddess which was such an amazing addition that they offer to their guests for the ultimate relaxing experience. I’ve stayed at numerous 5 star resorts and various Waldorf Properties including the one that just opened in Costa Rica and no one comes close to Waldorf Pedegral’s food, location, service, and vibe. Something so uniquely special I’ve travel from South Carolina 5 times now to come visit and each time is better than the last. We can’t wait to come again!

Hands down one of my favorite places. Usually come as a couple but this time we brought our 3year old. Kids center staff was attentive and very nice allowing us to play definitely would feel comfortable having a nanny watch him. Food by pool great for kids! Honestly the most attentive staff and I e stayed all over along with just a calming atmosphere!

This information is awesome. Our Butler, Daniel was one of the best in the world.! I recommend this resort if you're looking for peace, relaxation and beauty. This is the place for you.
