The best Waldorf and service from room attendants to personal concierge to wait staff and pool team! These professionals set the bar for excellent and above-and-beyond service and style and grace. We were here for our 25th wedding anniversary and the Waldorf and the team members made it the memory we will never forget. We cannot recommend highly enough to put this on your list for a visit and stay. You will not regret it! They all know your name - I wish I could name all of them. From Rey and Libia, to Daniel Rgz, and our pool hosts Daniel, Fernando and all the others. And our morning wait staff. Muchas Gracias! Truly the best and greatest luxury experience by far!

Simply wonderful Enter a private tunnel to be welcomed by a staff with cool drinks on hand (considering that the weather can be warm, it’s really quite a nice touch). This resort really has outstanding service. After multiple stays I want to especially give a special shoutout to Raquel from concierge. She was outstanding and really made a difference for the experience at the resort. I hope she is still there because tbh on a recent stay I was assigned another concierge who (not to say they weren’t helpful) really just didn’t make the trip as special as before. Beautiful plunge pools and a wonderful breakfast. Staff sometimes learn your name after one day which is very impressive for a semi large resort. I always appreciated how attentive the breakfast staff were. Look forward to returning!

The Waldorf Astoria Pedregal never disappoints. My family and I were booked for three nights leaving on the 4th of July. Our rooms were upgraded and confirmed prior to arrival. Unfortunately when we arrived we were informed due to the busy weekend they couldn’t accommodate the room upgrades. As Diamond members who periodically frequent the property, we were very disappointed. We expressed our disappointment but were fine with the downgrade. The ambassador Lyus Alberto told us he would speak with the front desk manager Deborah. She magically was able to find us a beautiful suite for our stay. They both went above and beyond to make our stay most enjoyable. We also redeemed several Hilton Experiences. We enjoyed an amazing spa package but the crowning jewel was the Claim your taco dining experience. The staff were exceptional! As a semi-regular at this property, I must say this was the best stay yet!

The place is amazing. The staff are amazing (Eloy). The food is absolutely terrible at both restaurants. We have been eating breakfast lunch and dinner here and it’s all been terrible. We just spent $600 (2 people) at dinner that nobody ate because the food was terrible. The breakfast was terrible. The chicken sandwich for lunch was terrible. We’ve sent much of our food back. Super disappointing, and it’s very very expensive! A basic vodka redbull at the pool bar is 42 bucks! Ridiculous.

Our family stayed in one of the 3 bedroom cassonas at Pedregal. The highlight of our trip was the staff at the Waldorf. We thought everyone on the property was extremely personable and made sure we were comfortable, relaxed, and happy during out stay. We especially appreciated Oscar who works at the front gate, Jay who took care of all of daily needs, was extremely responsive and was always quick to find a solution, and Andres who we did a photo shoot with on the last day and his work was top notch. The hotel is located very close to the marina and downtown which made it very convenient. The food at the resort was amazing. The pool was ok and the beach is pretty to look at but not swimmable. That said, you are close enough to the Sea of Cortez that you can go there to swim in the ocean. The resort will be undergoing a renovation soon so there was some work already being done but once it reopens at the end of the year, we would love to return.
