Your experience begins as you drive up to the property, the driveway is built through the mountains and is an amazing fete of engineering and architecture. The property is beautiful. The staff is amazing and anticipated our needs. There is a wonder variety of food, they served the best tacos. The environment was kept clean, and the staff went through lengths to ensure we were not bothered by pesky flies. The cost experience was worth it.

Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal was exceptional from start to finish. The great service and exceptional staff made every moment feel special. Concierge Diego stands out as best in class—his expertise and attentiveness were unmatched. The on-site restaurants are fantastic. At Don Manuel’s, Sebastian and Enrique provided warm, knowledgeable service. At El Farallon, Simon the sommelier delivered perfect wine pairings with stunning views. We loved the mezcal and cocktail class at Agave Study/Don Manuals, where the entire crew impressed us with their expertise and passion. Highly recommended for luxury, dining, and unforgettable experiences. We’ll be back

The hotel was wonderful with spectacular views. Every detail in the design and decor were perfectly thought out. My siblings and I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and need to commend the amazing service provided by Heriberto and Salvador. They were lovely and extremely attentive.

My first visit and probably not worth the hype and cost. I expected the food to be crazy expensive, but I did not appreciate the service issues and nickel&diming. Our plunge pool light was flickering - we called asking for maintenance but 30 min went by without anyone coming. So we called again asking them to just deal with it tomorrow. There are not enough pool chairs for the number of guests, so we were off to the side. We asked to be moved once something opened but then I saw the staff give a newly opened chair to someone who just arrived. I called the staff out on it but they didn’t seem to care. Don’t tell me to my face you’ll take care of it if you won’t. And lastly my cappuccino at breakfast cost an extra $10 before tax and service. Considering we paid $170 for 2 for the buffet, I’m shocked they then charge for espresso drinks (without pre warning). I’ve never had espresso drinks not included in a nice hotel breakfast buffet. The positives are the room, views, and close proximity to town. I have in the past stayed at Auberge Chileno Bay and would recommend that resort over this one

My wife and I just returned from a 3 day stay in paradise, celebrating our belated anniversary. What an amazing time at the Waldorf Pedregal. Before our arrival, our personal concierge, Fabian, reached out and asking if anything was needed for our upcoming stay. His communication and willingness to accommodate any request set the tone for the entire trip. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Fabian and David, who handled our room preferences, luggage, and even a room upgrade. We highly recommend taking advantage of the concierge service as well. Whether it’s securing dinner reservations in Cabo, planning excursions, or coordinating special experiences, the concierge can help. The best part of our trip was a private sunset yacht cruise, arranged by Fabian - absolutely breathtaking and unforgettable. Highly Recommend! What continues to set this property apart is the Waldorf team. We’ve visited multiple times over the years, it’s amazing how team members like Louis and Alberto not only remain part of the experience but remembered us, even after long gaps between our visits. I will say we were a little shocked with the change from the authentic Waldorf branded Clase Azul bottles and replaced with another tequila, no branding. We always enjoyed taking this back to showcase in our house. The other feedback is regarding the amount of snacks and wine displayed in the ‘mini-bar’ area. For the price and luxury of these rooms, I felt this was “too” much of a pushed upsell. Last note, while glass should never be allowed at the pool, they provide glass water bottles. I didn’t think anything about it, until we walked from our room with a glass cup, they poured it into a plastic cup, then handed us a ‘glass’ water bottle.
