We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and had a wonderful time. We had 3 rooms between 6 people. Sleep quality 4/5- comfy beds, a/c worked well, a couple nights some noise outside the room till about 2am ( even though we were on 10th floor) Rooms 5/5- very clean, we had Nile view which was excellent, housekeeping twice a day, good counter space in bathrooms. Coffee and tea in room. Water bottles replenished generously. Breakfast 5++- we have travelled extensively and stayed at 100s of hotels and this might be one of the best breakfasts we have had. Extensive choices, eggs station ( highly recommend the Shashuka eggs), multiple fresh juices ( never had strawberry juice before) and a lady making fresh bread in a brick oven. Staff 5/5- attentive, friendly, always smiling and willing to help. I asked for a yoga mat for the room and they brought one immediately Hotel 5/5- sauna and steam room available in the spa which I used once and regretted not using daily. Did not get a massage- a bit pricey. We sat as a family daily in the lounge playing games, taking, and getting tea/desserts Restaurants in hotel are convenient, especially after long days of touring and not wanting to go out again for dinners. As far the food- Egyptian restaurant 4/5, Japanese restaurant 4/5, ginkgo 3/5, Italian 3/5. Did not try the French/ American restaurant. Attached to a small mall with a movie theater, pharmacy and few shops/restaurants. Getting out of the area to get to sites can be time consuming due to the heavy traffic in the area. Overall we loved it, would stay again and would recommend it.
