Stunning hotel with first class service!
Our stay at the Fairmount Nile City Hotel was incredible. We felt like a king and queen as we enjoyed the beautiful suite and convenient location. Best of all was our server, Fatma, at the Champagne Bar! She was so kind, thoughtful, and will always bring back fond memories of our time in Cairo, Egypt!

Exceptional Experience with Fairmont Gold
My recent stay at the Fairmont was truly memorable. The Fairmont Gold team deserves a special mention. The staff were very nice and helpful throughout my visit. Christine, Sarif, Abdel-Rahman, and the team member who assisted me with the in-room check-in were always eager to help and genuinely focused on making my stay comfortable. There were some challenges with the communication of billing instructions within the team, however everyone handled it with patience and care. They took the time to address and resolve the issue, which I sincerely appreciated. The hotel itself is lovely, and the views of the Nile River from the room felt wonderful and calming. The facilities were well maintained and added to an enjoyable experience. Overall, I had a great stay and would surely recommend the Fairmont for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

Best driver
Mahmoud ahmed the best driver in all of egypt. I would recommend him to everyone. He explains everything while you go past buildings.
