Perfect!!!!
The stay was perfect! The rooms are spacious, extremely comfortable, and clean. The bathroom is also large and clean, and there’s even relaxing instrumental music to unwind after a busy day in Cairo. The Wi-Fi works very well, and all the facilities are in great condition. The staff is extremely polite and helpful — they carried our luggage and even gave us a room upgrade! The hotel is located in the best area of the city, close to restaurants, shopping centers, museums, and the American and British embassies. It also has an excellent Turkish restaurant called Osmanly — the food was divine! At night, it’s a very quiet place, perfect for sleeping without the city’s honking. I highly recommend this hotel!

Best way to vacation in Cairo!
This was a wonderful experience as a first-time visitor to Cairo. The rooms and amenities were beautiful; and the staff were very accommodating and personable (shout out to Mohammad Said and the butler team!). The breakfast was delicious and the options were plenty. We loved the Jazz Bar and the live music, as well as the rooftop area. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Highly Recommended!
I was extremely impressed with my stay at this hotel. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition—Special thanks to Mr.Ahmed Suliman ,Mr.Emad Mohamed, Mr.Mohamed Abdullah and Mr.Sayed -they kept my room immaculate throughout my visit and consistently went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. From the neatly arranged bedding to the fresh towels and thoughtful touches, everything was perfect. The hotel’s warm atmosphere paired with such excellent service made my experience truly memorable.

A wonderful place for a family stay — great staff, delicious food, perfect location, excellent hospitality, and solid security. We had a fantastic time with a beautiful view of the Nile River. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed at the check-in & check-out desk for handling everything with a smile, Mr. Ragab from the Executive Lounge for his sincere and hardworking attitude, and Miss Abeer for her thoughtful and personal follow-up approach.
