I had a wonderful stay at Kempinski Nile Hotel Cairo. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the service exceeded my expectations. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the hotel staff, starting from the reception team and every department throughout the hotel. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to the General Manager, Mr. Henry, for leading such an outstanding team and ensuring guests receive exceptional hospitality. I truly felt valued throughout my stay and look forward to returning in the future. Hamza Tuffaha

I have stayed in many five-star hotels around the world, but my stay at Kempinski Nile Hotel Cairo has been genuinely exceptional. My Nile Junior Suite was beautiful, immaculate and incredibly comfortable, with a spectacular view across the Nile that became part of my experience of Cairo every single day. The hotel itself is stunning, from the restaurants and rooftop to the flowers, public spaces and attention to detail, and the service somehow manages to match it. What I didn’t realise until later was just how much effort had gone into giving me that view. My Lady in Red told me that, before confirming my room, she had actually visited the available suites herself to find the one she felt had the best view of the Nile. That perhaps sums up my experience of Kempinski better than anything else: extraordinary attention to detail combined with people who genuinely care about the experience their guests are having. She deserves particular recognition. She learned very early in my stay that this was an important and emotional trip for me following the recent death of my mum. Her kindness was immediate and completely genuine. Throughout my stay she remembered me, asked about my days, helped with arrangements and reservations, and somehow always seemed to appear when I needed something. She never made me feel as though she was simply doing her job; she made me feel looked after. That same attitude runs throughout the hotel. Housekeeping kept my suite immaculate. Restaurant staff were attentive without ever becoming intrusive. Reception, concierge, security and the people I would simply pass in the corridors greeted me with warmth. Even the smallest interactions felt personal. The food has also been excellent. Osmanly was a particular highlight, not only for the food but for the wonderful service and little touches that turned dinner into an experience. I also loved being able to sit above Cairo on the rooftop overlooking the Nile with a glass of wine, then come downstairs and find an entirely different atmosphere within the hotel. There are details I didn’t expect to matter so much: the spectacular flowers in reception, live music drifting through the lobby and the sense that every area is being cared for. On my final afternoon I returned hot, tired and not feeling particularly well, intending to go directly to my room. I heard a harp being played in the lobby and ended up sitting there with a Turkish coffee and a bottle of water simply enjoying the moment. It is one of those small memories of Cairo that I will take home with me. I came to Egypt alone during a very significant period of my life, and there have been moments during this trip that I will remember forever. Kempinski wasn’t simply the hotel I returned to afterwards; the hotel and the people within it became part of the experience. Luxury can provide a beautiful suite, a spectacular Nile view, wonderful restaurants and immaculate surroundings. Kempinski Nile Hotel Cairo delivered all of those things exceptionally well. What elevated my stay even further was the care behind them — including someone personally walking through suites to make sure that the view waiting for me when I opened the curtains was the best she could find. Tomorrow morning I leave Cairo, and I am genuinely sad to be leaving. To my Lady in Red and to everyone at Kempinski Nile Hotel Cairo who has looked after me this week: thank you. You have been part of a trip I will never forget. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ without hesitation.

A special thank you to Mr. Hassan at the reception, who deserves particular recognition for his exceptional hospitality. We stayed at Kempinski Nile again and this time booked directly at the hotel. During our previous stay, our Nile view had been partially obstructed by trees, so we politely asked whether a higher floor with a better view might be possible. Mr. Hassan handled the request wonderfully. He was smiling, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help, and he arranged a beautiful room for us that gave us the experience we were hoping for. But what impressed us most was not simply the room upgrade/arrangement—it was the way Mr. Hassan made us feel. He was extremely respectful, warm, professional, and attentive. That kind of thoughtful service makes a huge difference. We felt genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for. Mr. Hassan has the rare ability to make you feel that you are not just another guest, but someone whose experience genuinely matters. Kempinski Nile is fortunate to have Hassan on its team. I sincerely hope management recognizes him for his outstanding guest service. He is exactly the kind of employee who creates loyal guests and makes people want to return. Thank you, Hassan, for making our stay memorable.

My husband and I stayed at the Kempinski Garden City Nile, and it was lovely. The lobby assistant Sandy was very helpful and helped my husband and I with taking pictures and overall answering questions about the hotel. The bed was so comfortable and they have a nice pillow selection. They have 24/7 room service and the food is good. Saleh was very helpful on getting us extra towels when we needed them. Mousa the manager/supervisor was very kind and helpful. Our room had a nice view of the nile. It was nice to drink tea and watch the nile. The breakfast crew was so kind. Abdirahman always made sure we had our coffee and got what we needed. We will definately stay here again!
