Excellent help from the staff
First, this truly is a five star hotel! More importantly the staff team is so responsive and helpful. The food and rooms are fabulous! In particular, I left my iPhone in the Uber car that we rode in from the airport. The whole team in reception was so helpful and in particular Sabry the concierge. I did not think I would ever get my phone back but he PURSUED in getting Uber to finally respond to my report of losing an item and I was able to get my phone back. He did an excellent job of negotiating a fee with the Uber driver. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and the staff.

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. Here are the main positives: • Service: The staff provided professional and efficient service throughout our stay. They were very helpful with all our requests. • Cleanliness: The hygiene standards are excellent. The room was clean, and the housekeeping team did a great job every day. • Comfort: Overall, a very relaxing and pleasant environment. Would definitely stay here again!
