Exceptional, Amazing experience in Egypt!
We arrived early in the morning at Kempinski on the Nile in Cairo. Checking in was swift and pleasant. The atmosphere was so welcoming. Rooms were luxurious. Mr Ragab from the Executive Lounge and Mohammed Sayed from the Butler team, served my family and I with exceptional care. Their professionalism, warm and friendly disposition was deeply appreciated. They contributed to our overall experience in Cairo. They have enhanced the reputation of Kempinski Nile hotel.

World’s best staff
Staying in the hotel was a truly an exceptional experience. Breakfast was a real feast! We were so well taken care of, the hotel is clean, well maintained, all the staff is kind and very competent. I would love to mention particularly Mr Ragab in the executive lounge- he was amazing! That was the best service we have ever experienced in any hotel. He was so kind, attentive and took care of every single thing, nothing was impossible for him. Thank you once more Ragab! Additionally, I want to mention also Ms Aya who we met at the reception. She took care of any request we have with such profesionalizm and speed that we were truly impressed. Top quality service. Thank you again Aya. Also, Mr Mohammed who cleaned our making it spotless and bringing us joy whenever we saw him. Overall, one of the best hotel me and my family stayed in. Thank you for making our holidays a wonderful experience!
