Average for the level of a Kempinski hotel.
Stayed in a non-smoking Deluxe Room with a balcony and a stunning view. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. As first-time guests, we were warmly welcomed with a complimentary cake and a fruit platter, which was a thoughtful gesture. However, the rooms are in need of renovation, and the bathroom amenities were limited. The breakfast buffet area was quite small, and the size and arrangement of the chairs made it difficult for guests to move comfortably between the tables and the buffet. The buffet selection was limited, and on one occasion, the white cheese balls and fresh mandarin oranges sliced served at breakfast appeared to be spoiled.

Great experience
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere made my stay truly enjoyable. Every detail was taken care of, and I felt valued as a guest throughout my visit. Even the service was very great and fast, whenever i call them for any help they come to me in less than 5 minutes. Thank you for providing such excellent service. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.

A night to remember
A wonderful stay for two at the Kempinski Nile Hotel in Cairo. Our Suit with a balcony offered an impressive view of the Nile and was modern, clean, and comfortably furnished with great attention to detail. The absolute highlight is the rooftop pool with the attached restaurant, from where one enjoys a breathtaking panoramic view over Cairo and the Nile, especially unforgettable at sunset. In the lower area of the hotel, there are additional restaurants that are diverse in cuisine and highly recommended. Room service works flawlessly, and the staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel places great importance on security, which is felt from the very first moment and is particularly pleasant in Cairo. A luxury hotel that impresses in every respect.
