We stayed at the Kempinski Nile Hotel for 7 nights. It was an amazing experience. Everything about the hotel was just perfect, from the beautiful room to the excellent service by everyone. You were really made to feel welcome. The rooftop bar and the Jazz room were wonderful places to have a drink or a meal and relax. Staff were very attentive and so friendly. The choice at breakfast is fantastic. The location of the hotel in garden city is very convenient. The view from our bedroom window overlooking the Nile was beautiful. The room was very quiet and super clean. We always had a good night's sleep. The hotel provides a kettle and coffee and tea for free as well as mineral water, which was a nice touch. There's a fridge in the room, too. Everything a traveller needs was provided. We had a fantastic time.

I felt this was a good base for Cairo. We had stayed at Mena House earlier, and there was some benefit to being close to the pyramids and the GEM, but this was a nice location too. This was close to the old Egyptian museum, restaurants and the Islamic section. I felt very cared-for at this hotel. Security was good, the buffet very nice and the staff friendly and helpful. We had a Nile view, which was worth it. Pool seating very limited.

Everyone at the hotel made a huge effort to make our stay memorable. They were all so helpful and in particular I’d like to say Abeer in Guest Relations went over and above to help us and was so supportive when we had an issue. We felt very welcome and the hotel itself is great. I’d highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Cairo.
