Reviews for Kempinski Nile Hotel Cairo

Good access to wonders of the world

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 23 hours ago

Good location and accessibile frontage for transport pick up drop off. Atmosphere pleasant and staff helpful in the main. Great room with all you could require to complete your stay. Nothing was too much trouble should you require anything. Overall good value for money. Cleanliness asxonexwould express for 5 star hotel. Your in a city so noise levels were as one would expect. Service good and always polite. Very good amenities. Love the pool and spa. Great massage. Restaurant times varied from website and would of helped if an in room update with information so to be aware of any events i.e. refurb which may affect the dinning options available.

Our stay at Kempinski was indeed an excellent choice - felt absolutely welcome! Hotel is easy to get to from the airport. Very pleasant, friendly, welcoming atmosphere and service is excellent! Luxurious rooms and delicious healthy food! It's such a perfect peaceful place to stay and good value too, particularly the executive and presidential suites. From the security, concierge to all staff at the restaurant and staff on the floors keeping our rooms tidy - all were truly amazing. They go the extra mile to make you comfortable but I personally want to give a shout out to Ragab - he's such an excellent host! 🥰 He meets you with a wonderful smile each day after a tiring morning and afternoon tour. With such care you are bound to sleep soundly at night. I wanted to give my daughter a good experience and Kempinski Nile Hotel made it happen! We were very well looked after! 🥰 ❤️

Staying at Kempinski is 1000/10

Staying at Kempinski is like no other! From their impeccable hospitality, luxurious rooms, peaceful rooftop with beautiful view of the Nile and city, well-equipped gym and spacious dining/relaxing areas. I’d like to give a special shout to Ragab who was an amazing and pleasant host (my mum & I will truly miss seeing him). The staff at Kempinski are honestly the best! Readily available and willing to make sure our experience is top notch. It’s great value for money and I would recommend purchasing access to the executive lounge (where you’ll meet Ragab). It was convenient having this option after a full morning-late afternoon of touring. Ragab ensured we were looked after each and every time. The location of the hotel is perfect for arranging tour pick-ups/drop-offs. As for noise - I slept like a baby each night so there’s your answer!

Zeer welkom!

This was a relaxed hotel in the otherwise quite busy Cairo. The breakfast is delicious and very complete. The staff are extremely polite and helpful, with Ragab being an especially warm and welcoming host in the executive lounge. 👌🙏. A hotel where you can truly feel at home and unwind.
