We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment of our experience. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived — the staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and so polite, always making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and everything felt thoughtful and well organized. What made our stay even more special was how thoughtful the team was when they found out it was my birthday. They surprised me with a complimentary cake, a candle, and a beautiful big birthday card, which was such a lovely gesture and made me feel so special. It’s these little details and genuine kindness that make a place unforgettable. Thank you for such a memorable stay — we would love to come back!

The hotel is v beautiful. Staff were generally polite and helpful. Our room was clean and pretty but the bathroom was not good and ruined the experience for us. There was almost no water pressure in the shower and there was a bad leak from somewhere that caused the toilet to flood. We told the hotel but they only wiped up the water, so it happened again. There were not enough places to eat at in the hotel and no special provision was made for hotel guests. We and a few other guests went from restaurant to restaurant within the hotel , sent from lobby to the top floor, but were turned away at every restaurant. No, they did not call ahead for us to check if there were places in the hotel restaurants and no one cared. One restaurant said the wait was over one hour and told us we had to wait there for a table. No, we were not allowed to put our name down and return to our room to wait; they would not call us. On check out, they had ladies dressed in red to manage guests leaving. These ladies stood next to guests and asked us to open up TripAdvisor / Google in front of them and asked for 5 star reviews. They exerted pretty strong pressure on me but I had learnt to say No also, just like the restaurant staff when I was hungry.

This hotel honestly has the best service I have ever experienced. Everyone is attentive, everyone wants to help, everyone wants to make your stay better. Impeccable service. If you are staying in Cairo it’s the only choice. Make sure you get access to the executive lounge, Ragab will look after you. This guy deserves a raise.
