A fantastic hotel with even better staff. Highly recommended
The hotel is lovely and the food and facilities are fantastic. Spotlessly clean everywhere the room was well equipped, cleaned daily and had a free mini bar for soft drinks which was a nice touch. But what really shines out about the Kempinski has been the staff. They could not do more to help and greeted us with genuine courtesy and warmth from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Ragab in the executive lounge who looked after us when we were in then. He played with our children and made jokes and games to keep them entertained. He's a real credit.

We have had a wonderful stay in Cario as a family of 4. We enjoyed being central and having opportunities to explore Cairo and the history of Egypt. The trips to the pyramids and different museums were easy to get to. The staff in the hotel were absolutely fantastic nothing was too much - whether entertaining the children or sorting out trips for us ensuring we were well looked after. The food was incredible - especially breakfast were the choices suited all. We enjoyed visiting many of the restaurants in the hotel. We also enjoyed sitting by the pool and enjoying the sunshine - again being well looked after by all of the staff. Thank you for everything. And I want thank Aya very much from reception

Housekeeping Service Quality
Mohammed Abdul’s… delivered various supplies such as coffee and water and did a quick service to our room this evening… he did a great job and was most courteous!
