We were there for 24h (1 night). The hotel location is unbeatable. Right next to the pyramids, although the entrance to the pyramid complex is not walkable to. It's also close to the road that goes to Memphis and Saqqara. Rooms are in need of renovation (our bathroom was really small). We had a room with a pool view. We liked the main pool, what we did not like is the fact that - although the pool closes at 8PM, the pool bar stops serving drinks at 7PM. We had arrived from the airport to the hotel at 7PM, took a quick dip in the pool and we were "welcomed" with a firm "no" when we asked for drinks at 7:15PM. We had dinner at the restaurant with the pyramid view. The view is amazing and we were also lucky that there was a wedding on site that had great music we could listen to while having dinner. I initially found the price of the airport transfer provided by the hotel expensive at 100 USD. To get from the airport to the hotel we paid 20 USD via booking.com. However, we did not feel very safe during the 1h trip. On the way back, we thought we should try Uber. We kept on booking Uber and every driver would contact us asking for more money than the price listed on the app. In the end we got frustrated and asked the hotel to help. We did pay the 100 USD, but - in all fairness - we had a very prompt and professional service and felt safe. I would highly recommend the hotel to those who are in town for a quick visit of the pyramids.

Amazing unparalleled views of the Pyramids from our room. It was actually magical to be so close to such beauty. Great service all around, the gardens are lush and picturesque. There's an exclusive entry point to the pyramids from the hotel which sets it apart.

The history of this hotel is enough to stay here. The view of the pyramids is enough to book this amazing hotel. Still, we were blown away by every breakfast - both by the quality / diversity and quality of the food, but i want to call attention to Amal, who treated my daughter with the kindness of family. Mohammed who was so excited for us to try Egyptian food, that he made us a custom egg dish/ omelette and remembered our quick conversations from the day before, and Sayed who brought us his favorite things to try! Also the spa: Walaa and the kind gentleman who worked late to help last night when there just wasn’t any reservations. Overall, you will be blown away at the hotel for its beauty and service.

Wife and I wanted to stay at this hotel for three nights, after seeing all the amazing balcony pictures of the pyramid views. <> The short story is that this hotel is pretty amazing. The staff struck me as really genuinely interested in our satisfaction. Out of about 10-12 staff members we encountered during our 3-night stay, only 1-2 were a bit too impersonal. The interior of the hotel (i.e. the common areas) is very well-maintained. It feels like it was recently renovated. The rooms are also fairly well-maintained. The carpets are quite worn down though, and the shower/tub has the half-partition that can make getting in and out a tiny bit tedious. Those are generally small issues. For plats and above, the complimentary breakfast is served in the lounge. It's pretty basic. Hard boiled eggs, a few different kinds of bean dishes (i.e. baked beans and ful), some different breads and pastries, potatoes, smoked salmon, yogurt, salad vegetables, and a few different kinds of spreads (e.g. hummus, baba ganoush). It's enough to get through the day. The coffee and juice offered via table service is good though. The pool is very clean. Even though it says it opens at 8am, that mostly means that there are no services until then (i.e. towel service). But if you bring your own towels from your room, and your other amenities, you can swim mostly whenever you want. We went to the pool at around 7:15am and none of the staff stopped us. We booked a Pyramids tour at the concierge desk. A bit pricey (roughly double the price of the equivalent available on other websites) but we were satisfied. We had dinner at "139 Pavilion" on-site during one evening. Food was OK, definitely reasonably priced. But again, you're eating there mainly for the direct view of the pyramids. In general, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, during my visit to Giza. Many of the other nearby accommodations will say that there is a pyramid view, but neglect to mention that the view comes from the rooftop. You are booking this hotel for the view. The direct walking path from the hotel to the pyramids was blocked off recently, but the view is really as good as what you see in all the pictures. The staff are generally very friendly and very willing to help make your stay a special one.
