Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis

My stay at the Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. Martina made our check-in experience seamless and welcoming, and Youssef was equally amazing during check-out. Both of them truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect, always checking in to see how they could enhance the experience and making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The hotel itself is luxurious in every sense the ambience, the service, the attention to detail, everything was top-notch. The food was beyond delicious and honestly one of the highlights of the stay. Peter and Mohammed made my poolside experience unforgettable with their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. One thing that truly stood out to me was how every single staff member made me feel special. I wish I could remember everyone’s names because the entire team deserves recognition. From the front desk to the security staff, everyone was incredibly helpful, warm, and attentive. I also want to especially thank Martina for helping accommodate the best rooms and views. I absolutely loved the garden view even more than the pool view it was peaceful, beautiful, and made the stay even more memorable. I truly appreciated the recognition of my member status and how the staff consistently asked if there was anything they could improve, even though honestly everything already felt perfect. The location next to the airport was extremely convenient and made traveling stress-free while still feeling like a luxury escape. This was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I will absolutely be returning. Thank you again to the entire team for making my stay so special.

This hotel is a beautiful gem in the buzzling city of Cairo. As far you arrive the concierge welcomes you with a smile, the first impression is the most important one. The front office, check in was smooth and professional. The rooms are huge, modern and very clean. They also have a wonderful bar, the staff at the entrance and inside always make you feel welcome. The breakfast has a wide and exceptional selection with nice seating in the excotic inside garden, outside seating is available too. Also like to mention the Spa which is a wonderful place to relax. Thanks for the professional massage service and the well organised&friendly lady at the reception desk. The pool area and the bar service is lovely. Thanks to Mr. Nader gor the fantastic wine service. Another special thanks goes to Mrs. Farida for the friendly&wonderful Executive-Club Service and Mr. Mahmoud Abdel Aziz for the great Concierge Service. For sure I will return to this georgeous hotel in future.
