The hotel is stunning, luxurious, and beautifully maintained, with incredible attention to detail in every aspect. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, and the staff made the entire experience unforgettable. A special thank you to Fatma from room service, who went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. She was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and always made sure everything was perfect. Her warm attitude and genuine hospitality truly stood out and made our stay even more special. The room service was excellent — fast, high quality, and always delivered with care. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional customer service.

Room and staff
It was Great and everything was perfect. Fatma provided us with great service and excellent communication skills with all respect and kindess. She genuinely left a good memory of the place. Thanks to all the staff and the room was perfectly clean and all the services were great.

One of the best hotel in cairo
The location of the hotel is excellent I was in waldorf cairo hotel for 6 days I considered it as home, All the thanks for the manger Mohammed Azet for warm welcoming and fast process of check-in plus he was available all the time for any help and service. All the appreciation to nice very clean team of house keeping who are available all the time to clean and receive any comments regarding the room especially fatima sulaman and khalid. I can’t forget the breakfast catering team and chefs: Abeer, maryam, Nada and kenze. Also I want to thanks the team who was welcoming us at the door at the beginning and end of the day. For best hospitality and holiday I would recommend Waldorf cairo all the time

Great service
Chef Abeer was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. She was ready to help and serve us as soon as we walked into the restaurant. She took great care of my kids as well, even garnishing their food with fun designs that made the experience extra special. Her kindness and attention to detail were truly appreciated.
