Fairmont Palliser

I was travelling with my mother for a special event in Calgary. Neha was very helpful and accommodating to find us a room that provided the accessibility that we needed. Throughout our stay, Neha and all staff were very attentive, offered exceptional service and gave us gold star treatment. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Our experience at the Fairmont Palliser was quite positive. It is a classically aged hotel, but with age it has elegance. Staff is efficient and pleasant. Our room (Junior Suite) was nice but it sadly lacked electronic portals which in today's world is without acceptable excuse. Bathroom was updated and nice. Fairmont Gold Lounge was extremely pleasant but food was a bit too pedestrian.

My wife and I hosted our wedding reception at the Fairmont Palliser and could not be happier with the experience. The level of service and attention to detail was unmatched (Thanks Nicole!) We we also impressed with Arin and team who were able to deliver an amazing fully gluten free custom dessert for our guests!

My wife and I stayed for one night only and we were made to feel like it was a week we booked a Fairmont gold room and had the advantage of checking in on their dedicated floor which was made even better by Sami who could not do enough for us I can’t recommend enough this hotel is located in a perfect position for getting about in Calgary

I have previously given the Hotel Pallister a good review but I can no longer recommend any Fairmont after seeing the general decline in their properties and my own terrible experience at the sister location in Edmonton. I no longer trust Fairmont to provide a good experience - or even 6 hours of sleep. Won’t be staying at any Fairmont again unless there is a serious change in ownership / management / policies.
