Fairmont Palliser

I treated myself to a birthday stay on the Gold Floor at Fairmont Palliser, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the experience felt truly special. At check-in, Neha graciously and completely unprompted upgraded me to the largest room available — such an incredible and thoughtful gesture that set the tone for my entire stay. The level of service is simply top-tier. Every detail made me feel cared for, welcomed, and honestly… like a queen. The room itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had that extra touch of luxury that made the stay feel unforgettable. I also treated myself to a spa session and massage, and Quinnie was absolutely amazing — one of the best experiences I’ve had. What truly stood out was the personal touch. Neha went above and beyond by preparing a birthday card for me and even a small Easter gift for my son. It meant so much and turned this stay into a memory I’ll genuinely cherish. The Gold Lounge was fantastic, with great food and a relaxing atmosphere that made it hard to leave. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Gold Floor team — and especially Neha — for making my birthday so memorable. I will absolutely be back… and I might just make this my annual tradition (next time for two nights!). Thank you for such a beautiful experience.

Stayed in an Executive King, which provided the hotel within the hotel service. The room was spacious and comfortable. We liked the separate VIP check in service and large lounge. One arrival we were welcomed by the most charming and hospitable Nera. She confirmed that our advance custom room requests were in place. She then very solicitously inquired if any special occasion brought us to the hotel. In fact it was my partners Birthday.on hearing that Nera went above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcome; including cake arriving to our room as we were settling in. This personal attention and kindness really exemplify why we return To The Palliser when in Calgary

We were there for 3 nights. The staff were so welcoming and the atmosphere was amazing. The staff Mehe at the FG floor was too kind who made my kid feel special. Great experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Palliser and was truly impressed by the level of service. The staff went above and beyond, especially Neha at the Gold Concierge and Ina at the front desk, who were absolutely amazing. Neha, in particular, was exceptional, super accommodating, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made a huge difference in our experience. The service overall was absolutely outstanding and made our stay feel both seamless and special. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.
