Excellent service nice room, cleaniness is superb spacious room with balcony and view. Will definately come and again

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. I was giving a presentation, which the hotel put on extremely well with a great ambience. The room I stayed in was comfortable, clean and well decorated. The food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was really good. The people who looked after us (Dani, João and Kelly) did a fantastic job.

I had a wonderful meal at the Clayton Hotel Cambridge restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was outstanding. João, Yuki, and António were all incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional — they really made the experience special. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and everything came out promptly. It’s clear that the staff take pride in both their service and the quality of the dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next visit to Cambridge — and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone staying at the hotel or nearby.

The service, location and stuff everything was amazing Thanks to Suhas for providing us a wonderful room with a city view, it was very pleasant to take a rest in a clean and silent room after 12hours flight Definitely worth a money to stay:) Our family will be regular customer for sure

Where do I start… the hotel/versinity car park was quite challenging to find when you Don’t know the area. I called The hotel and a lady called Hannah answered, what a special person she came out of the hotel got in my car showed me the way but it doesn’t end there she waited for me while I figured out how to pay for parking ( just what you need after a long day) is a complicated parking app! She helped me With my bags made Sure I was checked In walked Me To my room And then 15 mins later brought me a drinks voucher to have a free drink at the bar! Which was welcomed after a long day plus stress of travelling and not knowing where you are going, a huge thank you from me! Talk about above and beyond there is no customer Service Anymore But this special human saved my day and it will Be spoke about for years to Come! Thank you 🙏
