Special arrangements were made in the room because it was my partners birthday - we very much appreciated the personalised touches (thanks Suhas!). Besides that it is a beautiful hotel with that I would highly recommend.

Went here for a friends birthday and as soon as we walked in we were impressed,has a feeling of luxury.Reception staff were excellent and let us leave bags with them as we were early arriving.Room was large with enormous bed which was extremely comfy with lovely pillows too. Hotel close to station and botanical gardens which were lovely.Huge variety of eating establishments nearby if you’re not eating at hotel.,..had a lovely weekend and would highly recommend this hotel.Rooms and all areas spotless.

Stayed here for a couple of nights..we arrived by train so was ideal location no more than a 2 minute walk from station. Check In was smooth and friendly.. the room was spotless, complimentary soft drinks and water in the fridge was nice surprise. Breakfast was a ample buffet style.. all nicely laid out all hot food was hot and regularly replenished. Overall a perfect stay.
