The Charles is a beautiful hotel with excellent staff and service that is perfectly located to visit Harvard. The only thing that was inconvenient was the lack of a refrigerator in the room.

The accommodations and the service and the staff are exceptional! If you are staying in Cambridge and want to have a hassle-free experience, then I cannot recommend The Charles Hotel enough. The a/c stopped working in my room and I was quickly given an upgrade upon the moment of the inconvenient event, which happened around 10:30 at night--without question. This was the smallest amount of disruption I have ever experienced, and it allowed me to complete my work in a timely manner. I look forward to returning to The Charles Hotel the next time I am in Cambridge.

The Charles Hotel was absolutely beautiful and was the prefect fit for the work conference I attended at the Harvard Kennedy School. The location couldn't have been more convenient. I would highly recommend any groups looking at hosting a workshop near Harvard Kennedy School to check out this hotel!
