Charles Hotel and Regattabar
We went to the Charles because we were attending the Regattabar located there. The hotel was pricey, but a decent value for Cambridge. The staff was very helpful, the room was beautiful. The show (Ron Carter) at the Regattabar was excellent.

Holiday get away
Perfect location. The hotel is clean, inviting, and elegant! Enjoyed my stay. Water pressure was great in the shower, bed was comfortable, and rooms were quiet.

Wonderful hotel in Harvard Square
Exceptional all around. Everything was functional and decor pleasant, muted, style without glamor, perfect fit with my personal taste.

An excellent hotel
My king-bed room was spacious and bright and cheerful, the bed was very comfortable, and the location is great for anything going on at Harvard. Everything was very clean, although in my room I encountered the (common) problem that the shower drain needed cleaning. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room service food was expensive as is always the case at hotels, but at least it was very good! I caught the flu while I was there and they whipped up an amazing chicken soup. The heating in the room was a little annoying--it wouldn't get warm unless you really cranked it up, and then it would get too warm. I managed it, but the staff responsible for the AC/heating should try to work on that. Wouldn't hesitate to book the hotel again.

They charged a bottle of water without informing the price. The smeling of the room was not good at my arrival. The rest of the service is good.
