Great Experience!
My family and I stayed at The Charles Hotel over the Labor Day weekend, and we were wowed from beginning to end! The service was impeccable, the food was delicious, and the snacks were generous. :) If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay at The Charles Hotel.

Great experience for college drop off
I was very pleased with our stay at the Charles for drop off at Harvard. The hotel was very ready for all of the parents and chaos and handled it all well. From sending packages ahead, to needing a room with a rollaway but booking one that it didn’t fit, to the lovely breakfast in Henrietta’s, we had cocktails in the downstairs bar and I have no complaints. Service was great. Room was clean and comfortable, everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. You can’t beat the proximity to campus during move in, and the hotel had cute themed welcome to Harvard cookies and things. It was all very nicely done. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Best Experience in Cambridge
Excellent hotel adjacent to Harvard, MIT and Lesley. Staff was very attentive and welcoming to the families moving to campus. Breakfast was always amazing with homemade bread. The spread on the welcome table for the kids, was heavenly.
