Lovely hotel
Great hotel, lovely staff, amazing garden and pool area overlooking the sea. So many different pools to choose from and very calm and relaxed.

Fantastic hotel for winter sun and relaxation.
We had a really wonderful stay and would definitely return. All the facilities are excellent and staff are lovely. A big shout out to Monica (teaching pilates and leading the art workshop) and also Oscar who taught the Barraquito workshop with her. I really recommend this hotel.

Short break away - extended
Came for a four night stay and was so impressed and loves the hotel so much we extended our stay another two nights . Reception did this flawlessly and without having to move room which was plus . We had a solarium room with whirlpool tub with views of the sea which was lovely and we used it quite a few times . Staff very accommodating and the buffet restaurant for breakfast had a great selection . We ate one night in the Italian and the staff and food was lovely - when they said the tiramisu was made there they really meant fresh at the table - it’s a must try ! . All in all it was a wonderful trip and our first visit to Tenerife and we will definitely be back and would go back to this hotel again in a heartbeat !

The hotel does not reply to your emails.
I stare in October 25 for 5 nights with my son and his girlfriend.. the hotel is nice and maybe a little tired in places but the room was huge and comfortable.. However, I left my diamond ring in my room obviously unintentionally, I emailed the hotel as soon as I realised which was the day after.. I was informed the ring had been found in my room and I needed to fill a form to start proceedings to have my ring sent back.. I did fill in the form but it wouldn’t submit, emailed the hotel, did as instructed but nothing worked, emailed numerous times, sent screenshots of the problem.. then heard nothing at all from the hotel.. it’s been nearly four months now and they still have my ring.. emailed again yesterday and nothing.. I’m beginning to wonder whether my ring is actually there..

Best hotel
We had the best time in the hotel. Everything was flawless. Service is top, delicious food, very clean, warm pools and lots of wellness activities. Spa activity with Lily and Francesca was amazing, special thanks for that!
