Stay at Vincci
Had a lovely week at Vincci - our fifth visit. Sara was amazing always friendly and the other host (can’t recall her name) also lovely. Great entertainment with Sasha and Francesca at water aerobics both fantastic. Spend afternoon painting with Sasha and other guests - great fun. Food lovely. Room was lovely. There was an issue with room service but it was rectified and reception were very helpful in sorting.

Beautiful surrounding, wonderful staff, very relaxing
This is a lovely, peaceful place to relax. Every single member of staff was friendly and so helpful. They really made the stay! The pools and surrounding areas are really lovely, with lots of plants and plenty of umbrellas for shade. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The buffet dinner we had was a bit mediocre and overpriced for what it was. There is good, safe, free parking. The beach and restaurants are close and easy to get to, but it's quite a long, steep hill to walk back up. The hotel is located at the nicer end of Costa Adeje, so there are very nice restaurants and a lovely walk along the nearby promenade. We also went to a few cheaper restaurants that were a slightly longer walk along the seafront (20 min from the hotel). We also took a taxi to go a little further, and the taxi price was pretty cheap. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. They're not modern, so not to everyone's taste, but lovely nevertheless. I rarely say this about a hotel I visit, but I'd really like to return and stay there and have some more time to explore Tenerife.

Great hotel
Arrived 29/8 on B&B board basis. First of all the welcome we received when we arrived was excellent. Glass of cava most appreciated and the staff seemed lovely and eager to help. Our room had a view from the balcony over del duque, Fanabe and over to Porto colon. With the amazing views from the hotel does mean there is a lot of hills to walk up back to the hotel. We walked up from the coast a couple of times but when out for evening meal we walked down and got a taxi back to hotel afterwards. Breakfast at the hotel was really well organised and there was plenty of choice. Room was cleaned well daily and turn down service with a couple of chocolates was appreciated. Pool bar had quite a big menu and the food was well presented and tasty. Be careful when signing for drinks and food to our room, we were overcharged a couple of times but this was easily rectified

Great hotel
Great hotel. We read the reviews and they were right. This is a brilliant hotel. We stayed in a suite with sea view (309). The room was beautiful and massive. Huge bathroom with bath, separate toilet and shower room, walk in wardrobes, four poster bed and a huge seating area. We’ve stayed in a lot of nice hotels and this is right up there. Breakfast was good with a good gluten free menu for my wife. Pool bar food was decent but could have done with a bit more variety. Loads of sun loungers, no subbed wars with English people and we managed to get daybeds a few times. Pools are nice, one was freezing, the other two were heated. The gym is fine, wee but basic but ok. The pool area could have done with some background music during the day as it was a bit quiet but we were there to relax so no biggie. I would be aware that the hotel is situated at the top of a massive hill. We mostly got taxis back from La Caleta, Adeje and Torviscas but when we did walk, our calves were killing us for days (and we’re pretty fit). Staff were lovely and attentive but not overpowering. Don’t believe the bad reviews. This hotel is ace
