Absolutely wonderful
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. They put on activities for the adults, we did cupcake candle making with Francesca which was so much fun. Also star gazing one evening and learnt so much. A faultless stay and we wait to return!

Wonderful stay
We have been here several times and from the welcome on arrival to leaving we were treated with kindness and respect. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are spotless and cleaned every day. We went B&B and were always able to be seated outside for breakfast (may be a slight wait at busy times). Plenty of choice at the buffet. Never had a problem getting a sunbed. Have been upgraded a few times as repeat customers. Not much to add that hasn't already been said , yes tit is on a hill but a shuttle bus is available if needed so check with reception.

A perfect Oasis
This has been our second visit to this beautiful hotel … We were upgraded on arrival by the wonderful Gabi on reception, we had a fabulous room, gorgeous comfy bed and amazing sea view. The staff are excellent (the newer younger lads need a bit more coaching - bless them). We were B&B and chose to eat two nights at the hotel, it was Spanish night at the buffet, it was delicious and another night at the Italian, both great experiences. The location isn’t the best given it’s in a hill (we walked to Adeje and La Caleta - and grabbed a taxi back only €5 … saved the up hill drag !) You really could just perch here for all your stay and never leave - keep your eye on the board type as I would highly recommend doing HB and staying around the hotel for food. We ate lunch at the pool side every day - the garlic prawns are incredible. I booked a deep tissue massage on the first day - it was top quality and really helped me ease into our break. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will, without doubt be back - again !
