An amazing place, would definitely return
We had a most amazing family holiday (2 adults + 2 kids aged 10 & 5). Stayed for 10 days in an ocean view room (see photos). We booked breakfast only so had the option to go out for dinner (you can also buy reasonably priced dinner vouchers to eat at the hotels buffet dinner which we did do on a few evenings). The food was varied and great quality, we all enjoyed the variety and the most helpful and warm service we received at the restaurant and all around the hotel. It definitely feels like a 5 star place and we felt very pampered indeed. They hotel has their own app which has all the information you may need and allows you to order things like extra pillows or toiletry or ask questions etc. The app also had all the information about the various activities taking place each day, which was super helpful. The kids loved the kids club - Ayo, Sasha and Lily were so warm and friendly and brilliant, and the activities were really varied (club available for ages 4-12) and included. The gym is well-equipped and I absolutely loved the Pilates and Yoga classes with Lily. We even tried Aqua aerobics! These are all at no extra cost. Also tried the Facial Yoga session with meditation at the Spa (no extra charge) with Francesca, Lily and Sasha which was wonderful. There are several pools, and the staff actually try to ensure that there's no "sunbed hogging" so there were always places (no mad rush at 7am by people trying to reserve their sunbeds). They provide towels to use around the pool (we could even borrow them to take to the beach). There's a free taxi service twice a day organized by the hotel to the beach, which was very convenient. The beach is a 15-minute walk down the hill, and there are loads of restaurants and bars that way too, within a 15-25 minute walk. The days when we stayed in the hotel for dinner, they had entertainment on, a different singer / musician each night which was really lovely too. Toiletries are provided, which was a really lovely touch, and we genuinely felt wonderfully looked after during our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel, I would be happy to return here again - thank you to all staff for they warm welcome and looking after us so well!

Hotel Review
A lovely hotel. Very clean. Great pools and sun beds. Great service from your sun lounger. Nice food at the pool side. Good clientele. Not much going on in the hotel which made it lack atmosphere. One night of entertainment which was a fire show a little slow and boring. Nothing else going on. Overall lovely staff. Great for a peaceful stay.

Simply the best hotel with the best staff .
Everything about this hotel screams 5 star ,from the service from housekeeping to the receptionist every employee in this hotel goes way and beyond to make your stay a memorable one nothing is too much trouble and always comes with a smile ,the hotel is immaculate inside and out ,if you want that extra touch book the villa's with jacuzzi ,got home today and already thinking about going back ,was our 3rd time ,only draw back is the distance into town but from someone who doesn't really enjoy walking to far would still highly recommend for a enjoyable and memorable holiday .

Highly recommend
Sprawling, beautiful, Moorish architecture, cleverly constructed on a grand scale, into the mountainous landscape of Tenerife, over-looking the ocean. Facilities are excellent: pools, spa, gym, restaurants, bars, salons, kids facilities. Rooms are spacious, well-decorated & comfortable, including all the amenities wanted: private hot tub, dressing room, large bathroom with Jack & Jill vanity, surround shower, spa-bathtub, large comfortable bed, satellite TV. The staff are the real stars, they genuinely appear to love their work & cannot do enough to make you feel relaxed, happy & welcomed. Excellent value for money.
