Wonderful stay ! From the moment we arrived to when we left was a wonderful experience.
Amazing staff. From reception , concierge ( Olivier) to the restaurant ( Daniel)! The pool staff , house keeping. Everyone ! Thank you.

Fantastic stay Feb/March 26
We had a great relaxing 11 night stay at the Vincci, super hotel, lovely large room with side sea view and large balcony, Clarins toiletries, complimentary water each day, friendly reception staff Oliver very welcoming and helpful. Pool areas varied and suitablefor all ages and tastes, no problem getting a sunbed but there are always the few who reserve then disappear. Breakfast buffet lots of choice also omelette, poached eggs staion for freshly made. Yes hilly as mentioned but this wouldn't put us off returning.

Wonderful hotel and staff
We booked this hotel via BA as part of a flight/hotel package. It is a really lovely location as it's away from the busy beach side but close enough to walk to on days you want to go. From the hotel you can see the peak of Mount Tiede (if it's a clear day) and the views from front and back of hotel are stunning. The hotel and rooms are really lovely, with sophisticated decor. The food is varied and delicious. There is evening entertainment if interested, really good tasteful singers and musicians. On our last night there was an astronomer who set up his telescope and gave a talk - we were able to see stars and the moon, was beautiful. The location is a great base for evening walks too. Highly recommend!!!

A very pleasant stay
This was our third time and we really enjoy the rooms, the great balcony we had and a fabolous breakfast

Comfortable, quiet, great views
Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, rather dated. Good service. The food in the buffet is very good and we enjoyed the Italian restaurant- try the tiramisu! But - 10 minute walk to the beach, 20 minutes steep uphill walk back. There are no bars, restaurants or shops nearer. Free shuttle but only every two hours and must be pre booked. It’s also a very quiet hotel. If you like nightly entertainment, live music or dancing, it’s probably not for you, although taxis are easily available.
