An incredible beach, very calm and clean waters, the hotel staff were all very friendly. The quality of service is generally good.I would like to highlight the friendly service of the waiter Oswaldo at the Portofino Restaurant, very professional and dedicated . Below is a list of the three best restaurants in terms of quality of service, food preparation, and service. 1 Portofino. 2 El Patio. 3 Gaucho Grill. ***It is highly urgent that Hayatt Management undertake a complete repair of the Wold Cafe roof. Multiple water leaks could cause an accident and deteriorate the entire structure, which would lower the hotel's appreciation.

This Dreams resort sits on one of the nicest beaches in Cancun, sargassum free and can walk out 100 yards and the water is still knee deep. They have a volleyball court out in the water which was a hit with the kids. The preferred pool was small but had a lot of shade. The food was decent, the Japanese restaurant was our favorite. We had the presidential suite which was nice with lots of space with the living room but no additional amenities were included. It would have been nice if they included a beach cabana with the suite instead of another upcharge. We had a large group so in order to sit together the hotel required us to purchase alcohol bottles which wasn’t a bad idea but did add to the costs. Overall, the hotel was great for the value, decent food and drinks but amazing beach and location to downtown. I would come back. The staff in the preferred lounge were amazing along with the managers who helped us with some room issues.

I enjoyed the property. The beach was clean, staff was friendly and food was good. Rooms were a little small but you don't spend much time in the rooms. Great resort for relaxation.

This hotel does not seem to prioritize families' needs when it comes to room assignments. I didn’t expect adjoining rooms, but I did request that my children’s room be reasonably close to ours. Instead, the front desk initially placed me and my wife on the 9th floor and our kids on the 4th floor. After about 20 minutes of expressing my frustration—and only after I raised my voice—a manager was finally called. Suddenly, the front desk staff was able to find two rooms just four doors apart. The rooms themselves are nothing special. The main highlight of the property is the grounds, which are beautifully maintained. The pools are nice, and the beach is stunning. That’s the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one. What concerns me most is the apparent disregard for child safety and family convenience. To make matters worse, the staff even attempted to upsell me on rooms closer together, which makes me suspect this may be a tactic to squeeze more money from families. That’s unacceptable in my opinion.
