During the period from February 25, 2026, to March 4, 2026, my wife and I had the opportunity to stay at your hotel. Having not vacationed in approximately fifteen years, we were uncertain about what to expect. Nevertheless, our high ratings reflect that we were thoroughly satisfied with all aspects of our stay. Condition of Hotel: • The entrance area was exceptionally clean, both indoors and outdoors. • We were highly satisfied with the condition of our room. • We appreciated receiving a complimentary room upgrade without having made a request. • A special gesture was extended when my wife received a piece of cake along with a birthday greeting and a banner attached to our room entrance acknowledging her birthday. • We did note minor concerns regarding surface stains on some pieces of furniture. Hotel Entertainment: • We were very satisfied with the entertainment offerings. • There was a wide variety of evening entertainment, which we enjoyed greatly. • Daily activities were continuously available; even when we chose not to participate, we found them enjoyable to observe. • We especially appreciated the entertainment team members who greeted us each morning at the breakfast buffet restaurant, engaged us in conversation, and sought our feedback regarding our stay. Condition of Hotel: • Entrance area was immaculate both inside and outside • Very satisfied with the condition of our room • A room upgrade was provided without a request from us • An added touch was provided when my wife was provided with a piece of cake with a happy birthday wish as well the banner attached to room entrance door acknowledging her birthday • Minor concerns were raised when we observed surface stains on a few pieces of furniture Hotel Entertainment: • Very satisfied • Large variety of evening entertainment that we enjoyed immensely • Continuous daily activities were available and in cases were we did not desire to participate in them, they were still enjoyable to observe • We greatly appreciated the added touch of the entertainment team members greeting us at the entrance of the breakfast buffet restaurant in the mornings while they engaged in conversation and seeking our input related to our stay • The Entertainment Team was genuinely cohesive, and their camaraderie was clear during our time with them. • My wife and I both appreciated and enjoyed our daily interactions with everyone on the team. • Supervisors Jaime and Mariam led an outstanding group throughout our stay, and members such as Michelle, Alexander, Omar, and Maurice—just to name a few—made our vacation truly satisfying. Pool and Beach Experience: • During our time at the resort, we primarily enjoyed relaxing by the pool and strolling along the beautiful beach property. • The bartenders and beverage servers were consistently attentive, helpful, and clearly committed to ensuring our visit was memorable. In particular, the poolside and beach server, Salvador (if memory serves), provided exceptional service throughout our stay.

I’ll start by saying we had a great holiday and the white sands and clear waters were amazing. There was plenty of entertainment at the hotel if you wanted to join in, but never hassled and created a good atmosphere. This Hotel is definitely not 5 star. I took my wife for her 50th and felt like I had cheaped out. The official website also says it’s 5 star. There’s plenty of hotels to choose from and what swayed me to this, is we stayed at dreams royal beach in Punta Cana the year before (which truly was a 5 star hotel) so I was expecting this to be a similar standard. At first I thought it was. The lobby is 5 star and when you first walk in you can see straight through to the crystal clear sea. On the way to the room it just didn’t feel like it was going to be 5 star. When we got to the room to say I was devastated is an understatement. The rooms are clean but they are 3-4 star at a push. zero comfort or luxury. They have a king sized bed with 2 half pillows nothing like their website. Windows were dirty and curtain hanging off. Bathroom mirror was hazy and old looking. I wanted to leave. The rooms are not inviting or a place you want to be. I drawers for underwear and things. There’s a built in cupboard and your clothes would smell like an old cupboard when you got them out. The dreams I had previously stayed in was very comfy and luxurious. I Didn’t fly 11 hours for that. Maids would take your towels and not leave new ones, coffee and water rarely replaced. When you look at the hotel from the back it looks like they’ve bought an old hotel, spent a lot of money on a nice lobby and done all of the rooms on a budget. A lot of the official Photos you see, it’s nothing like that. On a night when you are dressed, you are served your drink in a plastic cup (a lot of them really scratched) even in the lobby. I understand it around the pool but that made it feel cheap. The staff work their socks off and the food was great for the first week and was 5 star, however in the second week the standards slipped. The Asian restaurant was great at first but last night we were there, the portions had halved. I mean 3 little scraps of chicken on your plate. The hotel shop was a joke. You expect to pay more but not 5 times more. We had a great holiday because we made it a great holiday. If it wasn’t for the white sands and clear sea I would have definitely changed hotel. I felt very short changed. I had seen a few reviews saying it’s not 5 star. I thought they must have expected too Much as other dreams are amazing. Sadly I should have listened. Great holiday but I certainly wouldn’t return or recommend as a 5 star. If you don’t have to fly for 11 hours, get a good price and accept it’s 4 star at best then I would recommend.

Awesome experience!!! Food was amazing, entertainment staff was top notch, and lots to do for the kids! Highly recommend whether traveling with just adults or a family with kids!

We are used to much larger resorts and we weren't sure if there was going to be enough variety of restaurants and activities at this resort. We were pleasantly surprised! The resort is right on the beach so it is easy to get around and not waste any time getting to where you need to be. It is clean and always being cleaned. There was always something going on, the vibe was great. The service is the best that I have had at an all-inclusive resort. They knew what we needed before we did :) I would 100% recommend this resort to either adults or families. I don't know that there was a lot to entertain teens.

Beautiful place, but it can improve the food quality . The service was excellent, very clean resort. I would recommend this place for sure.
