Awesome experience
Excellent experience from Pitalino show!!! Very good manuality with cooking with food and excellent ability in keeping guests entertained. Loved it!!! Highly recommend!!!

Our favorite restaurant!
Elias and Ana are wonderful! We were very lucky to have them as our hosts on 10/12/2025! Thank you Elias and Ana! Workers like you is the reason people keep coming back to Chianti!

Disappointed
Definitely not a 5 star resort. We had to be moved from 204 because it smelled musty and every mirror was ruined. The new room was musty and I complained several times, to front desk, concierge and house keeping and nothing was ever done. There was black mold all over the room. On the doors, in the shower, in a pack of courtesy cotton swabs. There was someone else’s hair on the shower wall the entire 5 day stay. There was water accumulation on the ceiling. The room was gross. The AC vent was CAKED in dust. The entire room was in serious need of repair. The hotel in general looks like it was glamorous in the mid 90’s and they haven’t done much updating since. They also still give room keys which is annoying. On a positive note, the food was excellent. There is a food area which is fairly new and the service, the workers were all 5 star. But the workers are given cards to write their names on to ask customers for reviews…ridiculous imo. I’m enjoying wonderful service then the waiter has to beg me to put their name in a review. Do better Grand Fiesta.

Best Dining Experience Ever!!!!
Carlos Molnar at restaurant Chianti at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach, he is fantastic!!! The food is also great but to hear this wonderful musician play while eating fantastic food is a once in a lifetime opportunity! Please give it an opportunity!!! It is well worth it!!!!

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
