Great vacation spot, could use better dining options
i’ve been coming at this hotel for almost 20 years, to summarize my continuous experience. Here is a great hotel, excellent service very clean. The beach area is really good too. However, and sadly, the food and restaurant options are not so great and continuously declining every time I’m here. So if you’re looking for experience with a very friendly staff and luxurious accommodation, this is still a great value however, if you are looking for great dining options this place will disappoint. You, just my two cents.

Great band! Plays any request (even Feliz navidad in August!). Very enjoyable! Amazing voices, amazing instrumentals! Friendly band members. Played at every table. So great so great so great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best part of the trip
They were absolutely amazing. Play anything and everything…even baby shark for my little ones. They definitely added to the vibe.

Amazing trip!
Amazing service! This place was wonderful. The server from the time that we got there was unbelievable. We stayed for 10 days. The food was great, restaurants were so good, our favorites were the hibachi and the steak house. We had a 2 bedroom suite, the rooms were great, bathroom was huge and the view!!!! Beach was clean and calm, the pool were nice. The pool temp does get hot my afternoon but the drinks are cold! By far Carlos, our poolside waiter was amazing. He was so attentive and kind. He made our trip experience over the top! We will return!!!

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
