The room, the restaurants, the entertainment and the service were all extraordinary. The service in particular was consistently outstanding. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

Veggie Habachi
Very enthusiastic chef at the Habachi grill, lots of fun. And the food was great. The vegetarian experience was pretty good, served before the meat was cooked. Don't advice you order off the menu though. The tempura was a little soggy. Thanks.

We requested “Remember Me” from Coco and the band did great! Very friendly group of guys and very talented.
The members of the group were awesome! Very talented and knew a wide variety of tunes. Super friendly and wonderful voices!

A truly disappointing stay so far
We are currently half way through our stay at GFACB and can honestly say this is our most disappointing stay in Mexico we have ever had. We were so excited to stay here and it has been such a let down. The service is almost non-existent. Servers stand around and walk right past us with offering nothing most the time. The pool service was almost non-existent our first day. I watched a server offer everyone around us drinks for over an hour. I ended up getting up and going to get our own. Our room wasn’t made up today. We came back at 4:00 pm to an unmade room despite seeing service in the hall and being gone most of the day. The food has been good. That is the only positive. All in all, this is disappointing and I wish we had chosen somewhere else. This just isn’t what we are used to when visiting Mexico. I’ve see other guests be treated better as I write this. What an unfortunate experience. We are friendly, we tip well, but something isn’t right here.

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
