Grand Residences Riviera Cancun

The live music at dinner was outrageously and horribly loud. It was louder than a club and impossible to even talk to the people at your table. We asked politely for them to turn down the volume on the speaker (especially since there were only 2 other groups sitting in the restaurant) and they said no. It seemed like there were 40 people staying at the resort and therefore plenty of open rooms, but they gave our entire party rooms facing a construction zone. We asked for turn down service and no one cleaned our room the whole stay. There was room service food left out for 2 days in the foyer area outside our hotel rooms. They do not go the extra mile to make your stay pleasant or special - again, the hotel was empty yet they could not offer late check out for just one hour. The manager Isai was incredible rude and impolite. To be honest, will never stay here again. The food was mediocre.

Beautiful quiet smaller resort, pristine cleanliness! Not a party spot, but PERFECT for quiet tropical getaway! Friendliest staff guaranteed Great food!

Great resort with amenities. Lots of helpful & very frinedly staff. Shuttle transport was a plus. Only problem was there is almost nothing to do after 5pm.

I have been coming to this property for 10 years - it is still outstanding and they have kept up the property well. Excellent staff services and very clean. The pool set up is top notch and beautiful. Rooms are very spacious and I highly recommend.

Our stay at Grand Residences was extremely relaxing and very accommodating! Every employee at the resort was kind and helpful. Despite only having a few restaurants, the food was very good and I loved the variety for dinner options. The theme dinners were super fun and the food was very well prepared for all meals. There were also activities at the pool throughout the day that were fun. It was easy to book excursions through the concierge, who was extremely helpful and personalized our experience there. The pool area was really nice and very clean. There was some construction being done around/near the property, but that didn't bother us! It was relatively quiet on the property, especially at night. The room itself was beautiful and spacious- a couple of mosquitoes got in but not a big deal.
