Hyatt Zilara Cancun

What an amazing experience! The resort is worth every penny!!! As a World of Hyatt Discoverist member I was welcomed with rewards status and given every consideration. The Pool Party is awesome. A special shoutout to tje gentleman at the mixology bar; Cesar, Francisco, Moises, Alexander. It’s a very unique and amazing experience. I would highly recommend the Hyatt Zilara for your next vacation.

The Hyatt Zilara has hit it out of the park after the year long renovation it is beautiful! Excellent service and food/drink quality. A must stay for luxury all inclusive in the Cancun hotel zone.

I want to give a shout out to 2 of our poolside service attendees. Lino and Abimael, they were absolutely amazing and attentive to our bar service needs. They made our pool side experience even better. Everyone has been so nice here at Hyatt Zilara Cancun.

We usually go to Hyatt Ziva but this time around we decided to try this hotel. It was a recommendation from my sister in law which is a member of Hyatt hotels and resorts. It was just newly renovated, that's always a plus. The buffet set up is quite genious. They serve food at the buffet all day till 5pm . From breakfast throught until 5pm. After that you go to the restaurants to eat. No reservations, no line ups. Wonderful way to enjoy a holiday. The restaurants were all great . The Japanese was really good as well went 3 times. The chefs make some pretty amazing food. It's quite amazing how these restaurants can serve such great food, better than home which is Toronto. The pad Thai shrimp was the best I ever had. The cheesecake was so different but delicious. I can go on and on about the food. The buffet was also pretty good. Elias was always so great to us and always a joy to see in the morning . But the man of the hour was Lino. He served us at the beach. He learned our routine and our drinks were always ready for us. We would go in the water or for a walk and by the time we got back to our chairs our drinks were ready and cold. What a guy . Lino made our beach experience so much fun. He made me laugh everyday. The entertainment guys were great . Daniel and Pablo made the nights fun . A special thank to Wendy Bastista for making our stay so special. Thank you everyone for your great service .

We had the absolute best experience at Hyatt Zilara! From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcome and genuinely cared for. Every part of our stay exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to our waiter, Luis he truly made our trip unforgettable. His service was hands down the best we’ve ever experienced. He was attentive, friendly, and always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The cabana experience was fantastic, the speakeasy was such a fun and unique touch, and everything throughout the resort was beautiful and well thought out. We couldn’t have asked for a better anniversary getaway. We would recommend this resort 10/10 and can’t wait to come back. Thank you to the entire Hyatt team for making our stay so memorable!
