Great experience
We had such a wonderful dining experience at Hyatt Zilara Cancun! Chef Gerardo went above and beyond to make our meals special. We also want to recognize Lorena for her warm, attentive service at breakfast and Chef Roberto for preparing such delicious food every morning. They were all incredibly welcoming, thoughtful, and made sure everything was perfect for us. Thank you, Chef Gerardo, Lorena, and Chef Roberto for making our stay even more memorable!

The Hyatt Zilara was truly the best vacation I've ever had. Well worth the money. The food was amazing, the drinks were endless and tasty, there was so much to do just at the hotel itself, and the staff were all so kind and accommodating. Ivan at the swim up bar at Pier 12 and Emilio at Silu made our trip so much better. Their hospitality was above and beyond. We are planning to make this an annual trip because of how much fun we had here.

Cesar and Francisco were fabulous bartenders at the Speak Easy. Ginny or Ginny at the Pier outdoor restaurant was wonderful as well.
