Hyatt Zilara Cancun

The customer service was over the top great. Remodel is beautiful and food quality was amazing. I would definitely go back to this resort. Highly recommend on all fronts.

Wow. I almost hate to write this review because I know it's going to make this resort even busier! But, this place is amazing. Seriously. Everything about this resort is top-notch. I had low expectations for an all-inclusive resort. They were misplaced. The entire property is beautiful. The food at each restaurant was amazing. The service was over the top. Our room was gorgeous, fresh and clean. We also took advantage of the spa and massage and loved them both. Highly recommend. Absolutely one of my favorite Hyatt resorts.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the Hyatt Zilara Cancun and would recommend it without hesitation. The resort is beautiful and feels fresh and modern throughout. The food and drinks were outstanding — well above what you'd typically expect from an all-inclusive — and the activities kept everyone entertained from start to finish. The staff and overall atmosphere made the whole experience feel effortless. If you're looking for a top-tier adults-only getaway in Cancun, this is the one.

We love the staff! Our Butlers, Brandon, Jorge and Rose were fantastic! We look forward to coming back and seeing them. The staff member Elias remembered my wife because of her beautiful eyes. We looked forward to seeing Elias and Able each morning at Spices. Then there is a 22 year veteran at the resort who always remembers us and we love to see, Ligia. And we must mention Cesar who is the youngest of the bunch who really looked after us. The crew at the early morning coffee shop were also a great. The resort itself is wonderful, but the staff really makes it great! We will be back again and again. Thank you for making this yet another memorable experience!

We’ve stayed at the Zilara 15 times beginning in 2009 when it was the Royal in Cancun. While we were disappointed we weren’t able to stay last year because of the shutdown and reconstruction, the wait was worth it. While the new, reimagined physical facilities are beautiful, the best part of the Zilara experience remains unchanged - the heart of service that separates the Zilara staff from anywhere else. They are the best! Kudos to David, Daniela, Ligia, Humberto, and all the other service staff at the restaurants and cafes. A special thanks goes out to Montse and Job at the front desk who went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us in being able to spend most of our time at the Zilara even with the late opening. And Toni and I are very grateful for the kindness and care given us by Eduardo Rojas, the general manager of the hotel. We love our home in Mexico - the Hyatt Zilara, and look forward to our next reunion with our Mexico “family”.
