This is a beautiful property with wonderful service. All staff went above and beyond to insure an incredible vacation. Club 91 was an added bonus. Breakfast, lunch and dinner provided with an open bar each evening. Would highly recommend to enhance your vacation. Don’t miss the spa and request Juan.

Our stay at JW Marriott Cancun was, once again, absolutely wonderful. The property itself is stunning—just a quick 15-minute ride from the airport, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with serene white and blue tones that echo the beauty of the Caribbean Sea. The beach is pristine, the pool area is inviting, and there’s always plenty of seating whether you’re soaking up the sun or relaxing in the shade. There is an excellent gym on the 4th floor. The gym has plenty of cardio and weight equipment, as well as a second room for stretching, yoga, and group exercise. The poolside wait staff are attentive and kind, especially Julio C. We make it a point to sit wherever he’s working at the pool—his friendliness and patience with me trying to speak Spanish always makes for a great day at the water. Club 91 is a true highlight. As soon as we arrived, we headed straight to Club 91 to hug Marco before even hitting the beach! Each meal at Club 91 feels like a celebration, thanks to the vibrant atmosphere and the fresh, varied meals crafted by Luis and his staff. Located on the top two floors, it offers delicious meals, excellent drinks, and fun classes that add a personal touch to your stay. My daughter and I took the Margarita Class with Edwardo—a true margarita expert. His warmth and expertise made the class engaging and informative—and I now feel confidently equipped to craft a great margarita at home. What keeps us coming back year after year is the people. I don’t know what inspires such loyalty and joy among the staff, but we deeply admire JW Marriott Cancun for retaining such incredible individuals—Edwardo, Ana, Franco, Francisco, Krystal, Marco, Luis, and Julio C. and so many more familiar faces we see each year when we return. We’re deeply grateful for the hospitality, the beauty, and most of all, the people who make JW Marriott Cancun my happy place. Nos vemos el próximo año!

From the moment we arrived, the level of service was outstanding! This is a gorgeous property. Completely relaxing and serene. Our entire trip, I found myself asking, “who are these people?” The staff across the entire property, in every capacity, are the best of the best. Almost everyone we met during our week were repeat vacationers at this property. We will definitely be returning and I look forward to our next trip!

This hotel is amazing! It’s beautiful, great views, but what really just brings everything together is the staff! The most caring, attentive, friendly people ever!! From the cafe, to valet, reception, servers at restaurants, and just anyone who I’d pass by, they were all so hospitable!! I am from the US and the type of hospitality I received in Cancun is one the US could never match honestly, the warmth and care is truly special there!! Also the cafe has the best food!! I love this hotel and can’t wait to return!! And yes I’ve already recommended it to all my friends and family!!

Our family has been coming to the JW Marriott Cancun since my daughter was a baby, and she has celebrated every single birthday here. A huge reason we return year after year is the incredible team of Adrian and William at the cabana rentals, along with Guillermo Canto, Director of Operations. Adrian and William go above and beyond to make every visit truly special. They remember every detail from setting up the perfect cabana, decorating with my daughter’s favorite colors, organizing a piñata, and even ensuring everything is ready early in the day. We take a photo with them every year on top of all the decorations! They also make all of our dining reservations, and every time we go to dinner, the service and experience are flawless. Every cabana and meal is carefully coordinated to account for towels, drinks, food allergies, and personal preferences, making our family feel completely taken care of. The attention, thoughtfulness, and genuine kindness of Adrian, William, and Guillermo make the JW Marriott Cancun feel like home. They create magical, effortless, and unforgettable experiences we can’t recommend them highly enough!
