JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa

Our stay at the JW Marriott Cancún was absolutely outstanding. We traveled as a large group of 13, and everything—from start to finish—was handled flawlessly. The pre-arrival service was excellent and made planning for a group our size smooth and stress-free. Once on property, the concierge team was incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with reservations, transportation, and any requests we had. The cabana staff and overall service staff truly stood out—everyone was overly friendly, warm, and genuinely kind, making us feel welcomed at all times. The level of service, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout the resort made this a memorable stay for our entire group. JW Marriott Cancún exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would absolutely return and highly recommend it, especially for large families or group travel.

The JW is excellent in every way, whether it’s the lovely and comfortable accommodations, the dining options (don’t miss Gustino’s!), the pool and beach areas, and especially the staff members. Special shout-out and thank you to Beatriz for surprising us with a yummy dessert treat on our last night at the resort! This was our fourth stay at the JW, and we will certainly be back!😊

Excellent stay, excellent room , excellent location and excellent service. We had an amazing stay. The stand out people were Carlos who made our anniversary very special and Gustavo at the Italian restaurant was an outstanding server. We will be back !!! We stayed at JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa, from December 22nd through December 31st, and once again this resort exceeded every expectation. This is our 5th time in six years coming here, the staff and service are truly exceptional. From the moment you arrive, they know you by name, make you feel genuinely welcomed, and take care of anything you may need—without hesitation. the Thai restaurant Sasi deserves special mention—absolutely delicious and a must-visit. The buffet is consistently fresh and well done, and the bars are fantastic with great service and atmosphere. Rooms are always clean and taken care of . A heartfelt thank you to some standout team members who made this stay even more special: • Ricardo at breakfast — always attentive, friendly, and welcoming • Fernando — consistently professional and helpful • Gilberto — exceptional service and genuine care Adrian at the pool and all the staff And lastly Miguel Flores guest relations manager always on top of things. Before I forget the kids activities they had daily were incredible. That staff that handles all of that did amazing.

Excellent as always! Service is top notch, fitness room excellent, pool is great, pool service is excellent, Club 91 is top notch and walking distance to great restaurants!
