After a terrible experience elsewhere, moving to JW Marriott completely saved our holiday. This hotel is true 5-star luxury from the moment you arrive. Every single area of the hotel was immaculate, beautifully maintained and felt genuinely high-end. The views were absolutely stunning and the whole atmosphere was calm, luxurious and relaxing. What really made the stay exceptional was the staff. Every member of staff was attentive, professional and couldn’t do enough for you. The pool waiters in particular were outstanding — constantly checking in, providing amazing service and even remembering us by name, which made the experience feel so personal and welcoming. The rooms, pools, restaurants and service were all faultless. You can tell this hotel takes real pride in maintaining high standards throughout. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend JW Marriott to anyone looking for a genuine luxury experience.

Our time at JW Marriot was great! We enjoyed ever part of our trip. The staff in the 750 pizzeria, Jose & Isabel, were very kind and accommodating, plus they made great coffee each day! Overall, would come again.

Her service was outstanding, and she made every visit feel personal and welcoming. Liz at breakfast was another shining star. Every morning started perfectly because of her attentiveness, positivity, and amazing customer service. She made us feel like valued guests and always made sure everything was perfect. Javier, the bellboy, deserves tremendous recognition for his professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help with absolutely anything. He truly represented the spirit of luxury hospitality and made our arrival and departure seamless and enjoyable. Brenda at the bar created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Her drinks were fantastic, but even more impressive was her personality and attention to detail. She made every evening memorable. Lucero at the Thai restaurant delivered an exceptional dining experience with her warmth, knowledge, and impeccable service. She made us feel comfortable, appreciated, and excited to return again and again. The entire team at the Italian restaurant was phenomenal. The food, service, hospitality, and teamwork were simply outstanding. Every member of the staff worked together flawlessly to create a first-class experience. And finally, a huge thank you to General Manager Juan Calderon. Exceptional leadership is reflected in the quality of the team, and it is clear that this hotel operates at such a high standard because of his dedication and vision. The culture of excellence, hospitality, and professionalism throughout the property was evident everywhere we went. This JW Marriott is truly special because of its people.
