Thank you for a Special Birthday!!!!
We had not been to the JW in a couple of years- The minute we walked into the lobby-the feeling of "Welcome Home" came over us. Miguel checked us into our room- He was delightful and courteous. I had mention we just booked this trip the night before and it was my birthday. He wished my a Happy Birthday and asked if he could send something special to our room. I replies with a "YES" He thanked me for my Titanium status. Every team member/staff in the Hotel would call me by my name and thank me for my status. The Breakfast Team- Eliza and Manuel and the rest went above and beyond to make us feel Welcomed. We had dinner one night on property-Bravio- the Spanish Restaurant. The service was exceptional. The Lamb Chops were cooked to perfection. All the servers at the Adult area were constantly checking on us thru out the day-mine you the Hotel was full and very busy, they were on the move constantly. The Nachos and Fish Tacos were fabulous. Thank you Marriott for making my Birthday Special!!! We will be back soon

Amazing service at the breakfast restaurant-Thank you, Ricardo!
We are staying here now with our 3 young children (3,6,&7) it has been an amazing experience. But there was a server at breakfast who has made our trip. Ricardo went the extra mile for us in every way, from helping our kids at the brunch buffet so my husband and I could focus on our own plates, to refills before we needed to ask, complimentary this or that, helping before we had to ask for help, and overall kindness. The little things are the big things. Thank you, Ricardo!!

Heated pool!
Nice resort, rooms have been updated but the rest of the hotel is older. Pool is great, nice loungers with a ton of shade and best of all, the pool is heated! It was probably at around 88 degrees at all times!

BEST SERVICE!
Hidalgo & Jorge R are truly the best! Great service and better conversation. These guys single handedly make me want to comeback! Top notch service and better genuine people. It I was Marriott I would have these gentleman in leadership roles! True AMAZING people. Make sure you look for them during your next stay!

Great hotel with stunning views and superior service
This is a great hotel property with a staff to match! The hotel has spacious rooms with great views of the ocean and pool area. The hotel has numerous dining options from casual to elegant. Nearby are other great dining options with great views and food. We were particularly impressed with the friendly and professional staff. This was our third visit to the hotel and we will return!
