JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa

Beautiful hotel. Our room was perfect and looked like it was just painted. We had a very large bathroom with separate toilet, and shower. The room was made up 2x a day. Good size balcony overlooking the ocean and grounds .mattress and pillows were wonderful too. The service from all the employees was impeccable. Especially for Hildago and Rafael at the pool area bring us lunch and what're else we wanted.they are all so friendly . The beach is beautiful and kept very clean . The food is delicious too. Especially in Gustavo's (Italian/fish ) restaurant . The restaurant is beautiful and they have an amazing violinist some nights. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It deserves 10 stars! We will be back and I told all my friends about it. We are well traveled so I know a good hotel when I see one !

The resort is spotless and we enjoyed the impeccable service from all staff we encountered. I liked that it wasn’t AI so we could enjoy different restaurants and cuisine of our choosing. Our room was spacious and beautiful. Our view (south side) looked straight out to the beautiful beach and ocean. There are plenty of beach chairs and palapa umbrellas for shade to keep everyone comfortable. The pools are interconnected which makes for a pleasant experience as you are not running into people all of the time. They have 3 hot tubs and an adults only pool but there are very few chairs there and they fill up quickly! The staff at the pool were personable and always ensured we had our drinks and food promptly. We ate a delicious meal at Gustino Italian Grill. The lasagna and shrimp risotto were excellent. The guacamole station every evening at 5:00 was a nice appetizer before dinner. Breakfast was a buffet and expensive. We could not eat $40 worth of food so instead enjoyed a sausage egg McMuffin each morning at the McDonalds a five minute walk away. lol. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would return!

We stayed here a few weeks ago. The hotel rooms are beautiful and spacious. Everyone was friendly and service was excellent. Food at the pool was great and we were able to get an ocean facing cabana very easily. The pool was heated and service at the pool in general was fast and easy.

I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed staying at this hotel! The rooms and the resort are very nice and clean. The resort staff was VERY welcoming from the moment I walked in. The massage I received from Juan was excellent. The most favorite part of my stay was the pool area. The food and service were excellent. A huge shoutout to Benjamin and Rafael. They made my stay all the more magical. I cannot wait to come back!

I had the pleasure of visiting for a work trip. We loved every bit of our experience at the JW Marriott and wanted to give a special shoutout to Manuela, our pool service gal. She was exceptional!
