Nestled along the beach in Cancun's hotel zone, the JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa constitutes a quiet refined oasis among the surrounding din. Elegant details set the resort apart from its peers. A delicate flower scent permeates the welcoming lobby and guests can frolic around four outdoor swimming pools. The infinity-edged main pool threads through the landscaped grounds and fronts the pristine powdery sand. Jump the diving pool's deep end and explore the built-in artificial reef. Dotted with beach chaise loungers and shady palapas, the 700-foot beach beckons to linger. The cerulean ocean is the resort's ubiquitous backdrop and all 448 rooms have private balconies where to take in the view. Appointed in classic style, roomy accommodations (the smallest measures 465 square feet) feature sitting areas with lively color accents, wireless Internet access, 32-inch flat-panel televisions and twice-daily maid service. Bathrooms are exquisitely marble-bedecked with separate tubs and showers.

The JW Marriott Cancún made our babymoon so special. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so sweet and thoughtful with us, but what really stood out was how personal they made everything feel. They took the time to handwrite cards for us and our soon-to-be baby girl, which honestly meant so much to us. A huge thank you to Eliza, Edgar, Lizeth, Lulu, and Julio Ruiz for making us feel so welcomed and cared for. Lizeth from Bravio especially went above and beyond and even got our baby girl the cutest little gifts. It was such a sweet surprise and something we’ll always remember from this trip. We are so grateful for all the love, care, and attention everyone showed us during our stay. We had such a beautiful babymoon and truly felt so special. We can’t wait to come back with our baby girl someday! 🩷🩷🩷

Beautiful experience, thank you for helping me celebrate my birthday and creating memorable experience. Fabiola gave me a lovely surprise while enjoying poolside. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago. The service was incredible as it was last time we stayed. We felt like the quality of the food in the restaurants was not nearly as good as our first stayed a couple years ago and the restaurants have been rethemed. The restaurant service was excellent however. We were also disappointed that the entire lobby was closed due to remodeling, and we were not notified of this in advance. We likely would not have come until the work was complete. It definitely detracted from our overall experience.

Stayed 3 nights at the JW Marriott Cancun in connection with our family holiday in Mexico. The JW is an older hotel and currently undergoing renovation, but everything is done for this to have as little impack on hotel guests as possible. The rooms are nice and spacious, good beds and a nice balcony. Bathrooms have a good size, good shower cabin and have everything you can ask for. The outdoor pool area is big, really inviting and plenty of sunbeds for everybody. There is also a beautiful indoor pool in connection with the spa and fitness area. The fitness areas is one of the best I have seen in any hotel. There are several restaurants on the premises and quality of the food is good. Service throughout the hotel is great. If I am to mention a small negative thing. The general cost for eating at the hotel is a little on the high side.
