Really enjoyed the JW Marriott. Alvaro was the best poolside. Top notch service and experience. Food was excellent across all the onsite properties. Our room was fantastic with excellent ocean views. Would highly recommend staying here.

Thank you JW for acknowledging my Titanium for Life status as we return to your resort for probably the 5th or 6th time. We both appreciate the upgraded room and the complimentary breakfasts. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the pool relaxing with attentive service for the chairs,towels and the cocktails. One special call out during breakfast is one of your servers who has taken care of us in the past. Efren is the best of the best and I hope that you recognize how well he executes his job. We always ask to be seated in his section. He remembers us by name and does a great job of making us feel welcome and valued.

Excellent staff at the JW Marriott Cancun
Great visit at the JW Marriott Cancun Resort. We stayed from July 5th to 11th and had two connecting rooms. Two adults and three teenagers.

Marco,Javier, Sergio and the entire staff was extremely attentive and respectfully courteous!!! They all provided and demonstrated exceptional communication and customer service!! I’m definitely coming back . Dinner @ Bravo’s was very intriguing and delicious 🤤 I was ecstatic!!

What shines about this property is the service; I have never had better service, felt as welcomed as I have here. I realize this is the job of a luxury resort, but it is something else to see this consistently in action in every restaurant, bar, pool, with each and every representative. the lobby is well appointed, glistening, clean, with a nice entry lounge and bar area that is well attended with any sort of drink you might want. For a luxury resort, the pools seem like a bit of an afterthought, they are nice for adults but for kids a little too… adult. Our room was amazing and I enjoyed every moment in it. There are three restaurants offering a good variety if you want to stay on prem. La Isla Mall is just a mile away and is an absolutely sensational walking mall. I am not paid in any way by Bon Voy, I just had a fantastic experience here with my wife and three boys. Would come back in a heart beat.
