Perfection
I come to the same resort every year with my best friend and Sergio and his team are five-star. The service is amazing. I rent a cabana every year and it's worth the money because the service is so excellent. I travel all over the world and this is the best service that I get in any part of the world.

Amazing Itzel

The best place in Cancun!
This hotel is so classy, peaceful and elegant. We traveled from Houston to relax and escape our very stressful city life and we were greeted with wonderful service and a beautiful atmosphere. We had the most relaxing time. The beach is gorgeous here. Itzel from the pool bar provided exceptional service! Roberto from the lobby made excellent margaritas. Also Sergio, in charge, made sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely return. The best place to stay in Cancun. December 2025.

Wonderful experience, exceeded expectations
My wife and I couldn’t agree on a hotel to stay at when planning our trip to Cancun, but when we came across Kempinski, it appeared to be just what we were looking for. After staying for three days and three nights, I have say that the amenities, location, service and overall value was unparalleled. The hotel has a gracious staff. They will take care of your every need during your stay. The hotel provides daily room service, provides a beautiful beachfront and pool, and has a very nice selection of restaurants. My wife and I agreed that when we return to Cancun, we will be staying again at Kempinksi. A special shout out to Edgar and his service team for doing a wonderful job in taking care of all the guests.

Paradise
We were staying at a different resort and wanted to experience the beautiful beaches in Cancun itself so we had organized a day pass, with a beach villa at the Kempinski hotel. Sergio made sure we were taken care of as soon as we arrived at the hotel for the day. Service was top notch and on our next visit to Mexico, we will definitely be staying at this hotel.
