Kempinski Hotel Cancun

I would guess that this is the best hotel in Cancun. Beautifully decorated everywhere, wonderfully trained staff, great swimming pools, lots of food options too. Special prase for Ruben, the client services manager who like many of the staff, have worked there for over 20 years.

Amazing service with our favorite server Osman, as usual, the breakfast and food is excellent!!

Jorge was such a great server. He was courteous, kind and friendly during the entire time. Will definitely come back.

This was my second Kempinski stay, after visiting the Munich property during Oktoberfest a few years ago, and once again the service was outstanding. The staff are what make this hotel special—friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on creating a great experience. The property features beautiful Mexican sculpture and artwork that gives it a unique, traditional character. We booked through Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts, which added some nice Club Level perks. The pools were crystal clear, and while the beach was experiencing the seasonal sargassum issue we expected, swimming in the sea was still enjoyable with a little extra effort. The food and beverage program felt elevated, and everything I ate was delicious. Despite the staff’s efforts to keep the rooms clean and the property well maintained, the rooms could use a cosmetic refresh, as some of the furniture is showing its age. This is an excellent choice for travelers looking for a refined, quieter alternative to the large all-inclusive resorts, and I would happily return.

Osman is the best waiter EVER very attentive speaks and understands English !!! please ask for him when having a perfect breakfast on that perfect day ..
