Kempinski Hotel Cancun

The place we keep coming back to Kempinski is one of those rare places you come across in life that offers the perfect combination of the most beautiful beach in Cancún and the warmest, most memorable service. For seven consecutive years, Kempinski has been our favorite destination. We have been coming here since the property was the Ritz-Carlton, and when the name changed, everything we loved stayed the same: the welcoming, family atmosphere, the peaceful surroundings, the excellent food, and an experience that is always first-class. But it is the service that will always bring us back. From Joaquín at the entrance and Rubén, our butler, to the restaurant team—José, Ángel, and Suleym—everyone always makes us feel at home. Everything on the beach is immaculate, and our heartfelt thanks go to Reynaldo, Jorge, Edgar, and Claudia. To ALL of you: thank you for always making our vacations unforgettable. Kempinski lovers forever!

An amazing trip! Location is beautiful and the staff put the experience over the top! They get to know you and anticipate your needs. Always so gracious. Property is very pretty and the food is excellent. Would highly recommend for solo, couples and families.

The service was top notch. I was there on a solo trip for a much needed break and rest. I was upgraded to the club lounge and treated with deep courtesy. The restaurants can be a little expensive but other than that, all was great.

My fiancé surprised me with a private dinner right on the sand around 7:30 PM just as the sun was setting over the water, and it turned out to be an extremely perfect proposal. What made it so special was our server Moses. When my partner got down on one knee by the lantern light, Moses was already stepped back quietly in the dark taking dozens of angles on my phone without interrupting us once. He caught the exact second my fiancé opened the ring box and even made sure the ocean waves were framed in the background. After I said yes, he brought over two glasses of cold champagne and took some gorgeous posed picturs of us standing near the cabana before serving our dinner. The beach was quiet with just a light breeze, and having that secluded spot to soak it all in made the whole evening completely unforgettable. Moses truly took such good care of us that night and we cannot thank the hotel enough.

What a night! My partner brought me here to propose to me and the staff here in particular Moses delivered an incredible experience which made my now fiancés proposal even more incredible! With a private cabana arranged for us on the beach, Moses made sure we felt special and also made sure we had captured every inch of this magical night! Beautiful food, venue and photos!
