Kempinski Hotel Cancun

We had such a lovely stay here. The service is exquisite (especially the Spartans and the James Bond!), and the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet is a must - full of fresh fruit, perfect pastries, fresh made masa tortillas, made to order omelettes and eggs, and a variety of Mexican favorites. Room service and beachside dining were also fantastic. You don’t ever have to leave the hotel to eat and you won’t regret it. The atmosphere was relaxing, quiet, and peaceful. No obnoxious techno music or wanna-be influencers. No drunken dude-bros. And all though there were a few children, they weren’t very noticeable or disruptive. The lobby is beautiful. Our room had a wonderful view and a private patio to enjoy it from. The bed was dreamy and the deep bathtub separate from the shower was greatly appreciated. Shout out to housekeeping because the hotel and our room was spotless. After staying at other locations throughout Tulum and Cancun, this was a 100% home run. Highly recommend.

Great location. Walking distance to most places we wanted to go. Beautiful hotel. Nice rooms. Great service. Would happily come here again.

Wonderful hotel, with delicious food, beautiful beach and amenities! Have to mention Osman at breakfast, Jorge and Claudia serving us on the beach, and Yeny in the spa! They were all wonderful!

What a great trip. Had a been to the property twice before when it was the Ritz and loved it. Still the same high end amazing hotel with a great staff. Suite was beautiful, restaurants and bar always great. But the highlight of the trip was the dinner on the beach in the tent. Moises was the best server/host/master of ceremonies!!! What a great night. We will definitely be back.

Words cannot even begin to describe how incredible this stay was. I booked very last minute after having to switch locations and from the moment I walked in all of the staff at Kempinski made me feel extraordinary! From the check in, welcome drinks, navigating the hotel and everything it has to offer to my last few hours. I was celebrating my birthday and Michelle made me want to cancel my flight and extend by her outstanding customer service and incredible personality. Not only did she help me take the perfect photos, she also organized a tequila shot and strawberries (I cant eat cake) just from a simple conversation where she retained crucial information but also went above and beyond to ensure my birthday ended on the perfect note. Thank you to Michelle and the incredible staff at Kempinski hotel for ensuring I had an amazing time and birthday! I will definitely be back!
