Kempinski Hotel Cancun

Stayed with a few of my friends for a trip and everything was incredible. The amenities, location, views, staff- everything was top notch. The staff was extremely kind, intentional, and detail oriented. I was here for my birthday and everyone really went above and beyond to make the trip special. Osman, part of the waitstaff, went above and beyond to make every meal special. He was so kind, funny, personable, incredible at his job, and most importantly a great person. Thank you to everyone who made this trip special, especially Osman! Would highly recommend for anyone considering staying here!!

This is our favorite hotel to visit. The beach is beautiful, the staff is amazing and we visit at least 3 times a year. Jorge, Claudia, Joel, Itzel, David, are just a few of the servers who make us feel extra special each time we are here. This hotel was formerly a ritz Carlton-the service is still exceptional and the property is fantastic Highly recommend!

This is our second time visiting Kempinski Cancun for my older daughter’s birthday. She absolutely loved the first time that she requested to stay at this hotel again for her 8th birthday. We are so glad she did because we had an amazing time. The hotel is beautiful, clean and very well-maintained. The food at the hotel restaurants is delicious. We have been fortunate enough to stay at many 5 star hotels and resorts around the world. But what sets Kempinski Cancun apart from the rest of them is the staff. They are incredible. From the moment we got there, the staff made sure my daughter’s birthday was celebrated every day we were there. Frida and the lady in red decorated the room with balloons and had cakes, chocolates and treats delivered to the room every day. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. Their attention to detail, friendly demeanor and willingness to help is what makes this a true luxury experience. Seeing some familiar faces on staff from a few years ago was like seeing old friends. The breakfast staff are wonderful. Juan made my younger daughter the most delicious waffles and pancakes every morning. Catalino was a great waiter. Itzel at the outdoor cafe was so sweet. Moises showed us a sea turtle laying eggs on the shore! My girls were so excited. The pool staff are the best…Jorge, Joel, Edgar, Oscar, Mario, Miguel, just to name a few. And last but not least, my friend Miguel at the Concierge desk…he was always smiling and took care of anything we needed. This hotel really felt like home to us and we will definitely be back very soon!

Amazing property with an amazing staff!!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and professional. A special thanks to Mr. Godwill, who made my stay even more enjoyable. He was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help with a warm smile. His professionalism and genuine hospitality truly stood out and made me feel well taken care of throughout my visit. I highly recommend this hotel and sincerely appreciate Mr. Godwill for providing such outstanding service. I look forward to staying here again in the future.
