Kempinski Hotel Cancun

Stayed at the Kempinski with my family and we had a really good long weekend! The location of the hotel is great, as its right in the hotel zone and is walking distance from many of the popular restaurants along the road. The service from the check in to check out was also outstanding, as the staff were very pleasant and attentive. The rooms were also very spacious and clean with great views. The food was outstanding, as the breakfast had countless options to choose from including a taco station! We also took advantage of the club level in which snacks and food were provided throughout the day which was a great. The beach in front of the hotel is also really nice with clean blue waters, albeit sometimes it can get a little wavy. Furthermore, the amenities were great, including the gym as well as the tennis court which I utilized. An overall great experience!

I had the most incredible stay at the Kempinski Cancún for my birthday, and I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Every single staff member we encountered was polite, warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly. What impressed me most was the consistency — not even one person was different. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was outstanding in every restaurant, and the service around the pool was wonderful. The 8th-floor service was truly exceptional, with an amazing selection of food and drinks available throughout the day. Every detail of our accommodation was beautifully taken care of. And the spa was absolutely fantastic. I had one of the best massages I have ever experienced. The combination of the hot plunge, cold plunge, and steam room was truly above and beyond. It was the perfect place to relax and feel completely pampered. What made this stay especially meaningful was that I was celebrating my birthday, and the entire team helped make it an unforgettable experience. I highly, highly recommend the Kempinski Cancún. It is rare to find a hotel where the service, food, hospitality, accommodations, and attention to detail are all exceptional. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday so special. I will absolutely be back next year! ❤️

A Truly Unforgettable Luxury Experience Our stay at Kempinski Cancún was exceptional from beginning to end. What truly stood out was not only the beautiful property, immaculate rooms, pristine pool, and impeccably maintained grounds, but the level of service and genuine attention to detail from the entire team. To me, true luxury is when the staff notices how you like your coffee and brings it to you before you even have a chance to order it. That kind of thoughtful anticipation is what makes a stay feel genuinely special. The attention to detail extended to every interaction. When we mentioned that we would be splitting a dish, it arrived already divided onto separate plates—such a small gesture, but one that perfectly demonstrates the hotel's understanding of what exceptional service means. A special mention must go to Carlos from the breakfast service, who was phenomenal. He provided truly outstanding service, anticipated our needs, accommodated every request, and consistently went above and beyond to make our mornings perfect. His warmth and attentiveness made a lasting impression. The entire staff seemed genuinely dedicated to making our stay unforgettable, memorable, and unmatched. There was a feeling that every person we encountered was there not simply to provide a service, but to make sure we felt cared for. From the impeccable cleanliness of the territory, rooms, and pool to the extraordinary attention to detail, Kempinski Cancún delivers the kind of luxury that you remember long after you leave. A beautiful property, exceptional service, and a team that understands that the smallest details can create the most memorable experiences. We cannot wait to return.

Great experience. The staff is excellent. We return every year to this hotel because the staff is superb…so attentive to our needs and friendly and professional. We have never been treated so well - that’s why we return every year. There is no better hotel in Cancun! The waiters Carlos, Angel were very attentive. This hotel used to be Ritz Carlton. Now it is called Kempinski which isn’t that known by Americans but it is the best place ever. We spend our anniversaries and birthdays here because they sure know how to treat you here! And they have excellent amenities and outstanding food! In a class of their own!

This hotel is an absolute gem! The rooms are spacious and beautiful, with stunning views. The hotel staff—front desk, dining, pool, housekeeping—truly every staff member we had the pleasure of dealing with—are really so pleasant and made us feel like royalty. Friendly, attentive, gracious, went above and beying, and all with a huge smile. A special shout-out to the manager, Luis, behind the scenes at the front desk, who went out of his way to make this family vacation so special. We will definitely be coming back.
