We recently stayed at Sunscape Cancun and found the experience to be quite mixed, with the exceptional staff being the clear highlight. The Positive: Exceptional Staff The best part of our stay was the service. Every staff member we encountered was great, very kind, and prompt. Their excellent attitude and responsiveness were genuinely appreciated and made the difficult aspects of the stay more bearable. The Disappointments: Dated Rooms & Poor Sleep Quality The room quality was a major issue. The rooms are not modern and feel significantly dated. The humidity and climate control were problematic: AC Noise: When the air conditioning unit turned on, it did so very loudly, frequently waking up our entire family during the night. Dampness: If we chose to turn the AC off to avoid the noise, the room immediately felt musty and damp. Food Quality Did Not Meet Expectations We were particularly disappointed with the dining experience. We were really hoping for an authentic, high-quality Mexican food experience, but the offerings were consistently below par for an all-inclusive resort: The quality of the basics was poor (e.g., poorly done pancakes). The cooked meats were lacking (e.g., bacon that was stuck together and flavorless chicken). Overall, Sunscape is an affordable, family-focused resort, but future guests should be aware that the rooms and food quality reflect the lower price point. The hard work and kindness of the staff deserve recognition, but the accommodations and dining need significant improvement.

Excellent massage from Jazmine. She is so kind and professional. I highly recommend for deep tissue massage and facial.

From entering the Resort you will fall in love. The rooms are amazing. I had a Jr. Oceanview and let me tell you it was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable I didn't want to get out of it. I will definitely return again.
