The resort was amazing the staff and overall service was so lovely everyone who worked there was extremely helpful and friendly they really made the experience. A plus at the end was getting an amazing massage from Luis as a goodbye as we were leaving the resort which was much appreciated as he tended to the whole group and provided relaxing head and neck massages. Thank you Luis!

There is not 7 restaurants in the hotel . There no variety on the food same things every time . They do the activities while you’re trying to swim not good the bar closes early also the restaurant. They don’t sweep the rooms . The hotel is not what it seems on the videos or pictures the building is old . The wall plugs in the rooms are very loose you can’t really plug anything. I would go to another hotel

Save your money and go elsewhere. We booked with Wyndham directly and a week before they changed to sun scape cancun. The harassment from employees in the lobby to attend a timeshare was unreal. I tried to avoid them but you really can’t because they are everywhere in the lobby and they don’t leave you alone. I don’t appreciate being harassed on a relaxing vacation. No should mean no. The food was okay the steakhouse was my fav. Beds are comfy Some staff are awesome but overall they are looking to constantly make money with upselling which is annoying The hotel shop charges 5x the price for sunscreen or aloe Vera, walk down the street to the pharmacy it’s much cheaper They told me I can have late check out and when the day came they denied my request I literally had to beg for one. I’ve stayed at the adults only resort in playa del Carmen and it’s incredible. My kids enjoyed it but they don’t know any better. The beach was full of seaweed and they don’t clean it. This is not a luxury 5 star resort. Max 2-3 stars
