Loved our Stay & will Return
Very Friendly, Clean, BEAUTIFUL Surroundings, love the breeze sitting in the Lobby… and Hotel Was Just Spectacular… Food was Awesome and such a good variety… loved All the Activities at the pool.. Rooms were spacious & clean. People attending our floor were so friendly, helpful and everything was clean!

Relaxation at it's best
Clean and well maintained facilities, plenty of great dining choices, entertainment Staff and poolside service totally stood out for us!! Christian, Alain, Benjamin, Daniel, and of course how could we forget Big Mac!!

Relaxation and good times.
Second time we were there. They (Glenda, Fatima, Antonio....., remembered us from our last visit and we were bumped up to VIP status. Great beach and lots of restaurants to choose....we liked the Italian restaurant. Entertainment every night.

Great vaca!
1st all inclusive for me. Usually stay at 4 star hotels resorts like westin lugnamar or maui westin villa for capomparison1. Alltra was GREAT! Checkin staff a bit cold but ABSOLUTELY all other staff were fantastic. Service, helpfulness, politeness. Everyone spoke English so no reason to be shy. Entertainment crew engaged everyone but not in intrusive way. Thank you Andres and Maria. Having somthing to do all day was refreshing - at no extra cost! Ocean view was above pool so noisy during games but perfectly quiet at nite to enjoy ocean waves. Italian restaurant was ok, again great staff but food was not too flavorful. Buffet had wide variety so you can definitely find something to your liking. At breakfast they make fresh eggs or omelets. Lunch and dinner pasta or fajitas for example. Yummy fresh desserts. Didn't try Asian restaurant. Really no reason to leave but taxis and bus stop right at entrance if you want. Drinks with or without alcohol everywhere. I chose it for multiple reasons one was no smoking which they enforce. Air Conditioner in each room with separate ceiling fan. AC kinda noisy buy hey it worked! Room cleaned and restocked bottled water daily. Hotel store has high prices (like everywhere) but pharmacy/circle k a quick walk if you want to save some $ and need something. Didn't use room service or laundry service. Nice size so you can find amenities easily. Able to go daya without using cell (truly able to unplug). $1 USA bus ride so don't even need to exchange money.
