We loved our few days at this resort. Staff, restaurant choices, menus, BEACH -- everything was excellent. A great value. The staff was wonderful. We were there for a few chillier than expected weather days but the resort still delivered an extraordinarily warm vacation.

The room we had was outside the elevator. People coming and going by way of the elevator caused a lot of noise. Not that they were loud, we could just hear everything. The balcony was behind a balcony for another room! (We were in room 2352) The closet was smaller and cut with a weird angle not allowing many clothes to be hung up. I know the resort wasn't totally full, so why were we put in such a horrid room? The food was just ok, looked better than it tasted, but a huge selection. But I must say all the service workers were great!

Dining at the Italian restaurant at Sunscape Resort Cancun felt less like dinner and more like stepping through a hidden doorway into the heart of Tuscany — somehow tucked between the turquoise Caribbean Sea and a sky painted in sunset gold. From the moment we entered, the warm glow of amber lights and the soft murmur of Italian melodies wrapped around us like a velvet cloak. The air carried the scent of garlic, fresh basil, and simmering tomatoes — the kind of aroma that makes you believe a nonna is somewhere nearby, stirring a pot with generations of love. The bread arrived first — warm, perfectly crusted, and impossibly soft inside — as though it had just been pulled from a stone oven in a countryside villa. Dipped in olive oil that shimmered like liquid emerald, it set the tone for what would become a feast worthy of Italian royalty. The pasta? A masterpiece. Each strand cooked to a perfect al dente, coated in sauces so rich and balanced they felt composed rather than cooked. The marinara tasted like sun-ripened tomatoes plucked at their peak, while the Alfredo was silk spun into edible form — creamy, indulgent, yet never heavy. Every bite felt intentional, like a love letter written in flavor. The pizzas emerged from the kitchen with golden, blistered crusts and bubbling mosaics of cheese and fresh toppings. One slice in, and the world outside — the pools, the beach, the bustle — simply melted away. It was just us, the candlelight, and this enchanted plate. And dessert? A tiramisu so delicate it seemed to float, layers of espresso-kissed sponge and mascarpone clouds dissolving like sweet secrets. What made the evening truly magical, though, was the service. The staff moved with warmth and pride, as though inviting us into their own home. Their smiles were genuine, their recommendations thoughtful, and their attention effortless. In a resort filled with sunshine and ocean breeze, this Italian restaurant manages to create its own kind of magic — a portal to another country, another pace, another romance. If you find yourself at Sunscape Cancun, follow the scent of garlic and oregano. You just might find a little piece of Italy waiting for you.

We went for my daughter’s wedding and they did an amazing job. The wedding was gorgeous!!Illeana was the wedding coordinator. She was attentive, helpful and answered all my emails. The staff at the pool, bar, restaurants ( really everyone) was amazing and friendly. Great restaurants and food. Tacos at the pool. The beach was gorgeous. White clean sand. The resort was always clean. Gym was good. About 5 treadmills, a couple of ellipticals, weight machines and free weights open 24 hrs. The cafe in the lobby had great coffee and snacks. Walking distance from restaurants and bars on the strip. Felt safe. Really no complaints. My experience here was a 10. Highly recommend!!
