We loved the food
We loved this hotel. The food was amazing throughout the resort but Azul was our favorite! The chef Lucy made our meals special and the service was exceptional too. We ended up eating at the restaurant 3 times during our week stay!

Great Family Spot- Staff is 10/10
We have been to this hotel twice now and we love it. It’s spotless, there is no lack of staff, the food is great, and we keep coming back for the kindness of the people who work there. The chef Esmeralda would make my son special buttered pasta every day- she gave us a goodbye gift and a cuddle for him when we left. The entertainment does a great job remembering you and getting you up and moving. We loved the dance lessons and the pool competitions. The entertainment was exceptional- the Luxo show, pool show, and the Broadway night was incredible. We were also married here mid week and the staff, including the wedding planner Osmara, were at your every beck and call. They went above and beyond to make it special. The staff is what makes this place feel safe, fun, and relaxing. They all do an exceptional job at making you feel welcome. We love this resort- highly recommend for families. Hello to Esmeralda from your little blonde toddler friend! He talks about you still. Xx

Excellent!
We loved it, super friendly and polite staff, they are all at your service and being very helpful no matter if you give a gratitude or not. Clean room, a lot of entertainment and activities on the beach and swimming pool. All restaurants served great food, all waiters are great, our last one was Italian Viaggio, and very professional waiter Edgar, but they all super nice people created enjoyable vacation. I recommend it big time!
