Beauty!!
The best hotel I have ever experienced. It’s my second time here and I will be back. The beauty of the hotel, the breakfast, the rooms, the gym, the beach, and most of all the amazing staff. Can I move in? Lol

Wonderful stay
Excellent stay for two nights. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with modern technology throughout and beautiful architecture that made the property feel both elegant and welcoming. The staff provided great service from check-in to check-out, and everything was well maintained and up to date. I would definitely stay here again.

As Far As First Impressions Go — Not Impressed.
I entered the hotel to check out the lobby for a potential future stay. While there I needed to use the restroom. The Front Desk pointed me in the direction of the restrooms which were in one of the restaurants. When I asked a hostess for directions to the restroom, I was told that I couldn’t use the restroom. The hostess was pleasant and said that I could use the restroom if I purchased something from the restaurant— a drink perhaps. So, basically I needed to pay to use the restroom. Really? I needed to pay to use the restroom at the Carlton? It doesn’t take much and costs nothing to make a good impression. I have to say that I wasn’t impressed.
