Carlton Cannes, A Regent Hotel

An absolutely unforgettable experience and, without a doubt, the best hotel stay I have ever had. I chose the hotel to celebrate my birthday and New Year’s Eve, and everything exceeded my expectations: the room upgrade, early check-in, late check-out, and the incredible attention to detail throughout the stay. The concierge team was outstanding from the very beginning, helping with reservations and planning, making everything seamless. The New Year’s Eve dinner was exceptional, the food, service, atmosphere, and fireworks created a truly magical night. I was also deeply touched by the birthday surprise with a chocolate cake and a handwritten card. Every interaction, from front desk to restaurants, room service and housekeeping, reflected genuine hospitality, warmth and professionalism. A premium experience where every detail truly matters. I will certainly return and highly recommend it.

This is simply the best hotel at Côte d’Azur, the staff is excellent, very professional and you feel immediately welcome. You may attend your meetings in and around Cannes and return with excellent parking service and still have time to relax in the afternoon. We had the opportunity to stay over New Year’s Eve where there are no better location in Cannes and a wonderful evening at riviera restaurant completed our stay.

My family and I had the best, magical, and memorable New Year's Eve celebration. The food at the restaurant Riviera was top-notch and truly refined. The overall service was also very good however we would like to extend our sincerest gratitude for the extra-mile service from Nathalie (Reception, arrival & check-out), Maxime (Concierge, departure), Sandrine (Housekeeping service staff, room 618 & 616), Hervé (Restaurant Riviera), and the young man (we didn't get his name) who brought us up to our rooms after check-in.

I feel amazing after my stay at this hotel. The Christmas decorations made me feel like I was back in my childhood, surrounded by warmth and magic. The food and cleanliness were more than perfect, everything was spotless and delicious. I will definitely come back.

Beautiful Christmas with children. Upon arrival my room was upgraded to a higher category with a spacious salon with stunning view. The well connected concierge was able to organise a real sapin Noël for us just in a last minute before Christmas. In a stunning view room with a red Christmas snow covered tree, we were gathering together exchanging our gifts.
