An absolutely breathtaking stay at the Carlton Cannes. From the moment we arrived, the service was truly over the moon—the staff is attentive, professional, and makes you feel like royalty. Our room was stunning, perfectly blending classic Riviera glamour with modern luxury. The food was equally impressive, with every meal being a highlight of the trip. This isn't just a hotel; it’s an experience. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Stayed at the Carlton Cannes for the final leg of a family trip and it was the perfect way to close it out. We were a group of six across three rooms, and the property delivered on every front - service, comfort, and that classic Riviera setting right on the Croisette. The staff were genuinely warm and accommodating from check-in through departure. Sheree was especially helpful coordinating our arrival. They handled accessibility needs for my mother without missing a beat, and the team was attentive to dietary requests including gluten-free options. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and immaculate. The views and the iconic facade live up to the reputation. The location is unbeatable - steps from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and shops. A standout stay and a fitting end to a special trip with family. Thank you to the entire Carlton team.

It is sadly too easy these days to become immune to inefficient service and disappointing hotel experiences but once you come to the Carlton Cannes you realise that efficiency & high service standards are still possible. We were fortunate to be upgraded on check-in to a seaview room. Our room was completely to our taste. Spotlessly clean, light, more minimalist than cluttered, super comfy bed and gorgeous bedding, a white lounging sofa by the french doors, lovely bathroom with double sinks, bath & shower. Coffee machine, well stocked with coffeepods - not the usual 2 coffee pods & 2 decaf ones left in a drawer. The soft drinks & chocolates in the minibar were also complimentary. Staff are all genuinely lovely - not stuffy at all. Housekeeping is excellent. The outdoor poor, at the perfect temperature -of course- was a delight to swim in after strolling around le suquet. I picked a quiet time to swim & enjoyed the pool to myself. We didn't have breakfast. I'd made lunch reservations for each day so it seemed a waste to pay for a full breakfast & just have a coffee & croissant. I'm sure the breakfast would be lovely if you had time to linger & savour a few things. We had lunch at the Riviera restaurant (separate review) which was delightful. Hotel has a great location. The french doors are incredibly well soundproofed. We slept so well. If I had to make one observation, our room was just above/behind Ruya restaurant so we could hear muffled music from there one evening when music was playing, however, as our room was an upgrade & lovely in every other way, the noise was not an issue for us. Highly recommend staying here. We loved it.
