Location is spot on and try and get a newly refurbished room
Just returned from a long weekend for my birthday , it was perfect here . We have visited Cannes many times usually in summer when this hotel price point is much higher , got a fab room rate for October , newly refurbished room ( not all floors are complete yet ) , huge comfortable bed, gorgeous Fragonard scented toiletries great power shower , coffee, tea facilities , really quiet room and the location is perfect . Totally recommend and thank you to hotel team for the birthday treat on arrival .

Great Experience.
Our entire experience was top notch. Ylan and Arthur greeted us with a warm welcome. Pascal, Zukhriddin, and Sasha who was new, gave us great directions to the ATM and excellent suggestions for dinner. Overall a fabulous experience.

No pool. I think there is a sister hotel you can use theirs.
A very large hotel complex - reminded me of Vegas - has had a lot of traffic through it. We were disappointed there was no pool. You have a private beach to walk to. But you do pay for the sun lounges. We come from Australia- used to amazing beaches for free. There are lovely cafes and restaurants nearby, but remember it’s a $$ place to visit. I’ve been to nicer places. Rooms were a good size and we had a small balcony that saved the day for us!

Unprofessional staff behavior Jana or monya
On August 27, 2026, at approximately 2:00–3:00 AM, I called the hotel reception to ask about the possibility of a late check-out. The employee I spoke with, whose name I believe was either Jana or Manya, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I politely asked if it would be possible to have a late check-out. She told me that the latest she could offer was 12:00 PM. I then asked if 1:00 PM would be possible, and her response was, “Believe it or not, I’m giving you 11:00,” before she abruptly hung up the phone on me. I was honestly shocked by the way I was treated. I was simply asking a question, and even if a late check-out was not possible, there was absolutely no reason to speak to a guest in such a disrespectful manner or hang up the phone. This was not the level of service I expected from the hotel.

A Truly Memorable Experience .
Great experience! We really enjoyed our visit. The atmosphere was lovely, the service was friendly and attentive, and everything was very nice. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely a place I would recommend. We would be happy to come back again
