Fabulous Hotel in Cannes!

We had such a wonderful 10-days stay experience and will definitely come back. Indeed we will be back in the coming spring for a 2-weeks+ stay! The lady Lyle or Lilou or (?) on the front desk who checked us in and out was super helpful and pleasant to work with. For the breakfasts, the ladies Vanessa(?) and Carla and team were fabulous who took very good care of us and made our days every days. The spa team and services were fantastic. The Concierge team was very responsive, efficient and supportive. Last but not least the housekeeping team was simply amazing throughout our stay. Always did an excellent and outstanding job! We have been regularly traveling and vacationing in Cannes since 1993 and had always stayed in Carlton but will only stay at the Hotel Martinez from now on.

Absolute lack of service received

Zero value to the customer experience. The 5 star experience comes from history, not the current affairs, beyond a shocking experience. The hotel shows incompetence and a lack of interest in resolving paying client issues. When we had issue during our stay your team told us 4 separate stories to what happened in the space of 20 minutes and no one seemed to know what was actually going on. While the hotel facilities were great it's a shame we are not treated as valued guests and with such minimal attention.

I just got back from Hotel Martinez in Cannes, and honestly, it was amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel completely welcome. A special shoutout to Carla at the front desk. She greeted me with such a warm smile and a really kind, welcoming energy. She walked me through the hotel’s amenities, showed me to my room, and made sure I had everything I needed. Even during my stay, she checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Carla was genuinely caring and professional—exactly what you want from front desk staff. I also want to highlight Catherine in the restaurant. She was attentive, kind, and made every meal feel really pleasant. Her friendly personality made the dining experience that much better. Overall, Hotel Martinez is just a fantastic place to stay. The staff made it feel personal and inviting, and thanks to people like Carla and Catherine, my experience was unforgettable. I can’t wait to come back.

Stayed here last week for 3 nights and what a sheer delight.From entering the main door the staff were so polite and friendly. We had a king room which was lovely. It was a good size and the amount of mirrors in the room was like none other I have had and same goes for lighting.The room had 4 different light settings with a night setting also.Hot water was excellent with good pressure.Great hairdryer also and nice toiletries. The bedding was white,lovely crisp cotton.Breakfast was really lovely and served till 11am.huge selection and a cooked breakfast if you wanted it too. Had a drink in the bar which was lovely. Had a nice meal at Vesuvio,2 min walk which was very authentic and super busy.We didn't eat dinner in hotel as its too nouvelle cuisine for us but was told its one of the best in Cannes! All in all a beautiful hotel with lovely fresh flower arrangements and diffusers.You have to stay here to see it for yourself!
