Mondrian Cannes, located on the legendary La Croisette, is the only hotel on this prestigious boulevard to have its own private gardens, offering direct access to the stores on Rue d'Antibes. The hotel embodies an exclusive lifestyle concept that is both elegant and modern. Bathed in natural light, its design combines open spaces with touches of wood and marble, creating a warm and refined atmosphere.

This is a 4.5 star review as we did love our stay in Cannes and would definitely return to the area. The hotel has been refurbished so it's vibrant and the location is exceptional. We booked a deluxe high level Junior suite as a Gold Accor member. It was spacious and enjoyed the complimentary mini bar, Nespresso pods and Voss water plus snacks refilled daily. The Balmain products were very nice and there are bath salts for the bath. Our outlook was hillside. We paid for a top level deluxe suite although it was still looking into other hotel rooms and not top level and was directly next to the lift so a lot of noise came into the room from the lift area. The window however is very soundproof and can be opened for fresh air. The bed is extremely comfortable and a true king unlike other hotels we stayed in that said they were king and were more like a queen size. The welcome we received was lovely, we were shown to our room and there was a welcome message and macaroons. Unfortunately our room had a very unpleasant odour which we think was a previous smoker or dog owner, not sure exactly what it was as it was also in the bedding. We mentioned it to housekeeping the following day and they addressed it immediately, sprayed the room and changed out all the bedding. The room was cleaned to a high standard. We also had very noisy and inconsiderate neighbours next door that allowed their child to run up and down the corridor quite late at night until around 10.30-11pm. The hotel addressed this through a personal email and when I called reception in the evening . I would stay here again if we were guaranteed a room away from the lift as the doors are not soundproof, you hear each door slam throughout the day and night and there is a lot of chatter, mobile phones ringing and people hanging out by the lift. Also would prefer being on a higher level to avoid looking into the other hotel rooms. The biggest asset to this hotel are the lovely people who greet you as you enter, who work in the Hyde restaurant and Mr Nakamoto and the lovely bar staff. The concierge offered to help with our wifi issues which unfortunately did not work well for our entire four night stay. I usually have fast wifi offered at Accor hotels and never had a problem before so not sure what happened with our room wifi. It worked fine downstairs at the lawn area. The restaurant Mr Nakamoto is exceptional. Would absolutely dine here again, compliments to the chef. The lawn area with very comfy rocking chairs is perfect on a Sunday afternoon drinking cocktails and listening to live music and a good dj. The Hyde restaurant is also very good and Mathew was extremely hospitable. Loved the Hyde vibe and if returning would come in September to swim in the Riviera and book sunbeds. The buffet breakfast is very good. Eggs Benedict is excellent , best I had on this trip. Overall this is a 5 star experience we just had an average room position. If Accor/Mondrian could invest in soundproofing their entrance doors to the room, particularly next to the lift, then this would be a 5 star review.

Décor cream, turquoise, & gray – very soothing. Very nice hotel, as befits Cannes. Staff are extremely professional, helpful, and polite; and also all Italian. Entrance in back. Right on Croissette, set back from road with nice little grassy park area. Positives + location – right on Croissette; centered so everything is within easy walking distance + AC works very well, is individually controlled, and gets room very cold although it gets warmer at night and harder to sleep + very nice sheets, towels, and pillows + traveler storage & use – 2 luggage racks, 2 closets, real hangers you can move, 4 drawers + staff very pleasant and professional + breakfast buffet B+ - chocolate muffins very good; baguettes A+; omelettes & fruit ok. Not included; cost E 42/pp + turndown service includes chocolate + affiliated with Hyde Beach Club across the street – lovely pontoon with turquoise blue umbrellas Negatives - Shower is not a walk-in but is showerhead over an old tub, which is very very slippery with curved sides. It is very hard to keep your footing and not slip, and even harder to keep your balance and not slip when you reach for the shower control knobs which are down low by the tub faucet and you have to reach through the shower water. - The shower water changes temperature suddenly to be much hotter or much colder without any seeming tie to time of day or duration of shower. - Bathroom is very small - No mini frig; there is a small drawer that is filled with minibar beverages - Breakfast is E 42/pp - Bathrobes lack belt loops so the belts fall off onto the floor

This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the area with all of the restaurants. The shopping in this area was the best I have seen anywhere! The views from the room were spectacular. My balcony had two super comfortable lounge chairs. The room was clean and they provided you with Voss water, coffee, cookies. It was perfectly quite even with the restaurant down below. They have a fantastic restaurant in front of the hotel in a garden. Their breakfast was delicious and had something of everything. It was a little more expensive than I usually book, but work every euro! The GPS directions sent me to the front of the hotel which is not where the parking is. I was a bit stressed and confused but they were so sweet an let me enter that way and then took care of my car for me. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel and a magical experience. The staff were exceptional - in particular Laurence and Justina on the front desk. They treated us so well and surprised us with a bottle of champagne for my husband’s birthday! Look forward to returning next year
