Hotel was of course great, nice lcoation, nice tucked in from main street, lovely pop up bar and ambience from restaurant / outdoor area. But the best was the amazing service and concierge team who made almost everything possible with short notice and was super welcoming and friendly!! Would go back just for the staff.

Went for Cannes Lions and couldn’t say enough. This hotel is the best. The staff and service is incredible and rooms are immaculate. The cafe is delicious (Mr Nakamoto) and the location is perfect. Honestly will never stay anywhere else.

Was here for the Cannes Lions as a platinum attendee. We have stayed at other 5 star properties across the Croisette multiple times - The Carlton, the Majestic, the Martinez and also the Mondrian. By far the service and level of attention is better at the others. The Mondrian staff were rude overall and I hate to say it but it felt very “French rude to Americans” like they were annoyed every time. Like when I was looking for a package and they insisted it wasn’t there. When it was the whole time and there were other packages that were delivered near by. Until I brought French-speaking colleagues they waved me off and dismissed me. I came down for breakfast one morning to grab a few items and go, they gave me an entire letter and verse about it. The woman was rude and I got a manager. Her response to me was “they said I was rude to you…” So I guess that was an apology? House keeping scoffed and spoke in French negatively when I asked for two face towels. Truly for the amount of money our companies invest I would absolutely recommend they be taken off the Platinum list. They have a lot to learn and I will request not to stay there again. The rooms were good albeit the bathrooms have a bit of a musty smell, I think it’s water related. We were comfortable and it’s well located so that’s why I give it a 4. If I were doing service alone, easily a 2. Shame for a five star hotel.

Excellent stay overall. We had a beautiful room with a great view, which made our time in Cannes even more enjoyable. The room was spotless and very well maintained, and the service throughout the hotel was professional, friendly, and attentive. The only downsides were that several beach areas were closed due to conferences and private events taking place during our stay, and the hotel does not have a swimming pool. If a pool were available, this would be a nearly perfect experience. Overall, a wonderful stay and a hotel I would happily recommend.

Great location, pretty much everything is walkable. Rooms are generous with nice quality linens. Staff is warm and helpful. nice breakfast. The only thing that would make it better is a pool.
