Mondrian Cannes

Be careful when managing reservations at this hotel. I booked four rooms at the flexible rate 8 months in advance. All rooms were held under one account in my name. Plans changed at six months out. When I cancelled the reservation via my email confirmation, only one room actually cancelled. Apparently each room is assigned a different reservation number - even though all showed up together on the account under my name. The subject line of the email sent after the change simply read. -Mondrian Cancellation. I did not realize there were three rooms still with live reservations, or that I needed to cancel each individually. I did not hear from the hotel again until the start date of stay, when I was finally emailed to inquire about our arrival. I replied with concern about the mix up and was politely thanked for understanding that I would be charged first night for the three remaining rooms. I have emailed to pursue refund for the cancellation inconsistency, but have received no reply to my emails. Be very careful, Mondrian reservations is not there to assist.

Had a lovely stay the last 8 days of April 2026. The staff made it the best hotel stay we have ever enjoyed. Breakfast with Agnieszka was something to look forward to as my wife is Polish. The restaurant hostess Karine was always a bundle of energy and the Concierge were gracious as we probably spent a touch to much time talking to the dark haired Italian. All the staff was 100 percent to be honest. The location is perfectly located and having the hotel set back off the street buffered the noise from traffic and activities. Won't think twice about somewhere else to stay if we are back to Cannes in the future. Craig and Alina

one of the nicest locations in Cannes. I tried their outdoor coffee area; lots of varieties, friendly staff, and beautiful sitting area. Would go there many more times.

Lovely hotel, service by house keeping, reception and concierge staff was great and as you expect from a 5*resort. location is perfect, however beach staff weren't great. One afternoon we went to the beach for around an hour and half so didn't want to spend the €65 each for a sunbed, So I asked the beach staff for some towels and sat on the beach so my child could have a play in the sand.. a few minutes later I was asked to move of the beach to the public beach for the customers.. in which I replied I am a customer. No one else on the beach seemed to have an issue but the beach waitors. I didn't move, but it did have a negative impact on the rest of our stay at the hotel. My family and I have stayed in numerous 5*+ hotels in our time and have never been made to feel like we did then. Which is shame as when we choose to return to Cannes in the future we will choose an alternative hotel instead.

Absolutely an amazing experience. Impeccable service, flawless and efficient in all aspects. Exquisite food and drinks from the Bar, the main restaurant, Hyde Beach Club and from room service. Modern facilities and clean interior design. Loved this hotel!!! Highly recommend!
