Radisson Blu 1835 Hotel & Thalasso

Very disappointing experience. My reservation at Canopy by Hilton Cannes was canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, and I was charged a cancellation fee according to their policy. I requested an exception as a gesture of fairness and good customer service. The hotel said they would pass my request to the general manager, but they never came back with any response, even after Booking.com customer service followed up multiple times. This lack of support left me with a very negative impression of their service."

Just had a spa and massage in the hotel. Really good service and lovely place. Swam in the pool and used sauna and steam room. The massage by Dounia was very good. Extremely relaxing, just what I needed.

Second visit to great little spa in Cannes. Staff are really friendly. Facilities are immaculate. We used steam room, sauna & pool. Fabulous relaxation massage by Julie. thank you!

Mis selling of swimming pool. This hotel does not have a swimming pool for swimming / sunbathing There is a small pool attached to the Spa but Residents are charged to use this pool, and restricted to 1.5 hours per day

Great hotel in fab location, best rooftop bar / restaurant in the area, but experience spoiled by the mis- selling of the hotel pool. - Not a pool for regular hotel residents, but restricted for Spa users. - Really disappointing. We had to revert to beach bathing which costs anything from €50 - €120 per person per day.
